Über den Ort:
Nehmen Sie die kurze Treppe zum Gerät und teilen Sie sich den Haupteingang mit einer anderen Wohnung. Zugang zu beiden Türen ohne Schlüssel. Nehmen Sie die Treppe zur oberen Einheit (linke Tür). Fast alles wurde umgebaut. Sie betreten das Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. 60 "in LED-TV mit Kabel-HD-Paket, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Kostenloses WIFI ist verfügbar. Das Queen-Size-Sofa Sleeper bietet zusätzlichen Platz. Neue Küchenschränke, Arbeitsplatte, Insel, Bodenbelag ... Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen oder Genießen einer Tasse Kaffee benötigen. Extra großer Waschtisch mit übergroßem Spiegel führt ins Badezimmer. Neue Fliesenarbeiten, Duschkopf, Toilette ... Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen. Das wahrscheinlich beste Merkmal ist die Aussicht vom Balkon. Genießen Sie die Bergkette und den Seeblick.

Restaurants (Pug Ryans, Arapahoe Cafe und Pub Down Under, Bowling am See ...) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Condo was clean with a great view of Dillon reservoir! No complaints about our stay just be aware the entrance has a lot of stairs and you do share an entrance door with the neighboring condo. Would be great for families, couples, or a group wanting to have a weekend away at the lake!

We stayed at Remi's property for a concert at the amphitheater and it was perfect. The home was well stocked with nearly everything we needed to make our meals. The WiFi signal was excellent for working remotely (on the balcony, of course), and the TV allowed us to catch up on our shows after a day of adventure. The location is amazing for walking to almost everything we did, to include the concert, kayaking/paddleboarding, and restaurants/pubs.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed here to attend a concert at Dillon Amphitheatre! It was the perfect walk to the venue and the place met all of our needs and was exactly as advertised. Would definitely return to this property!

Wonderful location. There was a small issue with the cleaning crew arriving late, but it happens sometimes :) we would totally stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great Condo in Dillon
The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location, especially the view of the lake. Cooking essentials were provided and we had everything we needed to make meals. Contact with Remi was easy and fast.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable and convenient tiny condo. Enjoyed the balcony and lake view.
Two sets of stairs to enter, should be noted for the less agile.

The View 😍
We loved our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and felt like home. I could sit on the balcony all day, the view is truly spectacular. We only had one instance where there were not enough parking spaces, so we parked a few blocks away, waited an hour until a space opened up, then went and got the car. This condo is in a safe neighborhood and it was a great opportunity for a walk. I will definitely be checking the availability of this condo the next time we visit Dillon.

Part of a larger condo/apartment complex, which I wasn’t expecting, but we came off-season, so there were no issues. Spent little time in Dillon; went to Leadville for a day (had a great time!) and a half day in Breckinridge, which was our plan. The drives in the area were beautiful, easy and without incident.Owner was easy to work with, very accommodating and easy to work with. Remodeling was happening on the outside of the complex, which was not really an issue, but for parking; he was concerned about our comfort with that, however, and left us a bottle of wine(he knew it was our 40th anniversary!) very kind and thoughtful.Very comfortable place to stay for two nights, but we were out and about and mostly just slept there.

Dillon get away
Nice property. Interior is updated and there’s a beautiful view. Exterior is being updated but didn’t impact our stay. Remi was very responsive. Close to everything.

This place was fantastic! The views are just incredible & the unit is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Its been updated very nicely. The outside building is undergoing renovations which is very much needed but the unit is fabulous. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A Great Place to Spend a Long Weekend
My girlfriend and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and had a great trip. Checking in and checking out was painless. Personally we had no issue finding a parking space. Scenery off the balcony is amazing, I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family!

Relaxing stay.
While the building is older, the unit was updated and decorated nicely. Queen bed was super comfortable! Cute little kitchen that was well-stocked with staples. While May is a slow time for Dillon, we enjoyed walking along the waterfront, enjoying the views from the unit and hiking a nearby trail. The local restaurants offered great food and friendly staff.

The condo was perfect. Clean and everything as expected.
My complaint is with parking. Just make sure you get there early and not too late on a Friday night. Maybe the past weekend was just a really busy weekend since I didn't see any other negative reviews concerning parking.
I will say the owner did the best he could to address the situation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice, clean and updated. The view was amazing. The only downfall was the limited parking spaces.

Great homebase for mountain vacation!!!
The condo was perfectly situated and had all the touches of home, making our weekend away a total joy! Communication with Remi was seamless, and everything from entry instructions to parking rules and appliance operation was laid out clearly. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely return for another one.

Spectacular views and great location!
Nicely decorated, cozy condo with amazing views of Lake Dillon and snow-capped mountains (from the balcony as well as the sofa!). Owner was very responsive. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the exterior is in need of some attention, but the interior is as clean and comfortable as it can be. Would love to have stayed longer, but we hope to return again soon…

You literally cannot beat the view
Easy access, walkable to restaurants, and direct access to the lake and marina. The inside is beautifully done with everything thought of. I was truly grateful for the tea and coffee, we were driving through staying at different places throughout our trip and being able to relax on the balcony with a cup of tea after a long hike and drive was heaven. We sat for hours just watching the sail boats and then made the beautiful walk to Arapahoe café for dinner. (Which was so good we went back for breakfast!). Dillon is beautiful but my stay is what will bring me back again!

Great views of Lake Dillon and nicely remodeled inside
We stayed 3 nights and really liked the condo and the location. The inside has been remodeled really nicely. The view was spectacular from the third floor balcony, and you could also see the view while sitting on the couch inside. The owner was very responsive to the couple of issues we had. The outside of the building is a little worn, but once you enter the condo it is all good. There is a lawn between the building and the beach, with picnic tables, barbecues, sand volleyball court with ball, and a Frisbee golf basket with a bunch of Frisbees. We were able to launch inflatable paddle boards from the beach, and there is a rental place just across the cove. We definitely recommend this one for the money.

Amazing!
My wife and I have stayed in dillon every summer since we were married as a ritual for our anniversary. As such, we have seen many condos and I must say... this was the most thoughtfully well executed condo we have seen. Everything was beautiful, organized, and clean! The sound proofing could use some work as the road outside was a bit noisy, but otherwise this has easily been our favorite visit to Dillon! 10 out of 10, would recommend!
