Dit hotel is een parel in de alpen. Het begint met de persoonlijke ontvangst en het ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel die het verschil maken en klaar staan om alles wat jij wil te regelen. Daarnaast is er een heerlijke SPA met bubbelbaden (binnen en buiten!!), zwembad en saunas met uitzicht op de piste. Verder een GEWELDIG ontbijt (hoge kwaliteit (locale) producten en breed aanbod. Verrukkelijk!! Verse sinaasappelsap (uit apparaat) verse hazelnootpasta uit een apparaat, verse baguette, etc. etc.). Tot slot nog de fantastische grote kamer voorzien van alle gemakken met heerlijke handdoeken en een fenomenaal uitzicht op de bergen. Wauw.

Echt helemaal niks. Het was zo fijn. Ik kan niks bedenken.

Ottima posizione, design hotel

È stata purtroppo una disavventura dall'inizio e sottolineo che un hotel che pretende oltre 350/400€ a notte genera in automatico una aspettativa di ottimo customer service, cosa che deve fare ancora lunga strada per raggiungere o essere all'altezza del prezzo richiesto. Abbiamo prenotato per periodo di Capodanno . 1.Ho prenotato una superior e richiesto zona silenziosa, trovata in una superior ma per disabili , di fronte al ascensore che si sentiva ogni volta veniva usato e di fronte all'entrata del loro bar con la terrazza, dove non si poteva avere la privacy durante il giorno salvo tende chiuse.. Chiesto cambio camera ma non è stato possibile per il periodo, che era comprensivo ma non giustificativo per la tipologia di camera prenotata. 2. Vasca idromassaggio - il problema cruciale dell'intera permanenza Premetto che all ascensione non funzionava e ho dovuto sollecitare l'intervento del loro " tecnico/tutto fare" e poi ha funzionato, purtroppo ho avuto una sorpresa terribile in quanto ritrovata circondata da numerosi pezzettini di ruggine o sporco dei tubi durante funzionamento della vasca. Ovviamente ho chiesto l'intervento della manager, che come prima cosa anziché preoccuparsi di come sto e scusarsi, si è preoccupato in primis di cosa succede se avrà situazioni simili in altre stanze e poi assicurarmi quanto loro puliscono e verificano il corretto funzionamento della vasca. Vorrei sottolineare ancora una volta che in tale situazioni la priorità è il cliente che vive la situazione, perché anche se ci posso credere che loro puliscono e verificano ma il dato di fatto resta che io mi sono trovata circondata dai residui dei tubi e ho rischiato di prendere un'infezione, quidi la situazione lo stavo vivendo in quel momento e non futuri clienti, future situazioni, etc etc ma ero io a vivere questa esperienza di m...

La vue depuis l'appartement était juste fabuleuse. L'établissement offre des équipements hauts de gamme à tout niveau (de la cuisine à la literie, la domotique, les espaces de sports, les espaces de détentes). Le spa est juste le plus dingue dont on a pu profiter dans ce type d'établissement. Un vrai spa dans la montage!!! Le personnel est souriant... sympa... (sans donner l'impression de surjouer). C'est tellement agréable et change l'expérience 4* en 5*. L'accès à la montagne en sortant par le local à materiel. Buffet de petits déjeuner de qualité et varié. Très bonne table le soir, un peu chère.

L'absence de système actif ou passif pour rafraichir l'appartement oblige à fermer les tentures en journée pour éviter une surchauffe mais on s'y habitue. On a aussi eu des petits soucis de bain/jacuzzi (présence d'algues malgré un nettoyage) mais un dédommagement a été proposé lors du check out.

Service, facilities, cleanliness, just really great stay. The patience the staff had was incredible. The ad hoc services such as pilates class, the game room, etc

very modern , has everything you need and more , the stuff very kind , they really tried to help us , i would really like to thank Elizabeth and Shilly ( i don’t know about the spelling) they were very nice

the location has a good view but not in the city center but very close 15 minutes walk , also , it’s a ski resort so it’s hard to arrive their by car for the people who don’t use to drive in mountains
