I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand elevation hotel. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered.

Overall, my stay was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone one looking for comfortable, convenient and clean.

My recent stay at Grand elevation hotel was an absolute delight, the room and buffet breakfast was fantastic. Best location and very clean.

Breakfast was very good and they changed some dishes daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful too! Overall, i think its a good value for money and a good place to stay in Phnom Penh.

İ think the rooms look much newer on photos or at least our room didn't look like the ones on photos. Wifi was very slow.

Where do I start. I never normally right bad reviews especially in country which is not my own but on this occasion my stay from start to finish was a complete nightmare. I had to change my room 3 times! The first room was right next to a building site in which I could hear constant drilling, until late in the evening. I asked if I could change rooms, they moved me to the exact room just one floor up! I you paid for one night, the next day wanted to leave because I could not get any rest due to such noice but they were going to charge me a cancellation fee because I had originally planned to stay for 4 nights. I did not want to stay because the facilities were shocking. Finally I agreed to stay and they moved me to a middle room. Much quieter which was adequate enough for me to at least get some sleep. However, on the 3rd and final room change, I sat on the bed (I am no heavier than 9 stone) and the bed completely collapsed. I told staff at reception they did nothing about it. I slept in the other single bed next to it. It was only until the cleaner finally saw it that she got someone to repair it. The shower was broken, only had a hot shower once whilst I was there, and the shower was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was very mediocre, the coffee machine didn’t work!!!!!! The person in charge of breakfast was very nice but there was never any food left in the mornings.

Very nice and cozy place. Perfect location. Brilliant staff. Comfortable rooms (take the one with window and street view!). Tasty breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended.

Приехала ночью и пришлось остаться. Отель очень старый и убогий, с одной стороны стройка , с другой стороны дорога. Номера без окон вообще находятся возле уборщиц, уборщицы с 8 утра кричат и стучат, всю ночь кто то шарахается, стены картонные, слышно все даже из номеров через коридор, как будто спите на улице, днем тоже страшный шум, в комнате запах курева и старости

小さいゴキブリがたくさん出ました。水回りがあまり綺麗ではありませんでした。

the aircon auto shutdown every 1 hour. i request change to another room. but the housekeeper tell me need to wait and see

I didn’t like this hotel & don’t value for money. In front of our room door was dirty & dropped dirty water from roof. We inform them but they didn’t attempt. The ac was small than room size. Serially three bed but the air didn’t at the last bed.

To my surprise the room we booked didnt have windows even the shower, felt like we in a cave. No natural light coming in.Its good to stay for short term or few days.

We regularly stay in that hotel because of the good price good breakfast and location. It's located just a few hundred meters from Aeon Mall and Basac Lane with bars and restaurants. The staff in the hotel is always friendly and helpful. Really nice place to stay for business or work

Almost all rooms don't have a window but it is mentioned on the booking page. The aircon needs service. Overall the hotel looks a bit tired and needs some paint job and renovations but the price you paying for the room is talking all.

Good value for money! Location was super close the Aeon1 independent Royal Palace koh Pich Riverside.Breakfast was surprisingly good.Room was massive and clean with great air conditioning.

The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is very good and we can order food from their restaurant with tasty and acceptable price. Everything here is good and will be there again.

The room had no window, which was in the booking description, but the lighting was pretty bad so the room was rather dark. The AC in the room was also very weak. The room was overall very dated and grim.
