Husband and son really enjoyed their stay! Clean and cozy and had a Play ground near by and walking distance to the water. Will be staying again!

This place is very clean. The units is as cold as you want it to be. The beds and accommodations are very comfortable. The outside shower is a huge plus and the only shower we used. Parking under the house keeps the boat and cars cool in the heat, and the ice machine can’t be beat!!! There are hose at all 4 corners of the parking under the house and plenty of space and seating for hanging out. Definitely recommend this place!

We stay here once a year and every year we love it! The Hosts Mike & Amalia are the perfect hosts. They treat our kids as they are theirs! They even gave them bubbles, watermelon & a Tonka truck. Our boys look forward to seeing them each year as do we. The set up is perfect for us. There is a outdoor shower to wash off from the beach, a ice machine that is a life saver when you catch fish or just need to cool down beverages. It has a private feel with a outdoor seating area, a place to barbecue and just very relaxing all around. This place is also extremely clean which is a bonus! We just left but already excited for next year!

Was a very nice spot, me and a few buddy's came down to go fishing, I'll tell you great ac and quiet for those afternoon naps. The hosts were very nice and greated us even in the late hour we showed up on. Ice machine was definitely a plus for bringing the fish back. I will definitely be coming back.

Michael and his wife greeted us at check in and were so friendly and welcoming! The place is very clean and the location is great. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

Booked this place for a last minute fishing trip with a buddy and it exceeded our expectations. Place was extremely well kept and clean and had all the amenities you could ask for and more. Mike and his wife were super friendly as well. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed here many times. Great property, plenty of room for my truck and 28 foot trailer and boat. Always clean, Krups coffee maker, 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds. Super hot shower indoor and out. Fantastic ice machine on site to fill coolers etc. Hosts are really great folks and if you don't have it, chances are it is available. Price is right for all you get.

The Petinos place was exactly what we needed for POC. It was extremely clean, the parking for a truck and boat and extra vehicle was excellent and the ability to use the hose to clean up boat was.exceptional. they have an industrial ice machine for keeping stuff cool. Water pressure and temperature was great. This is the perfect place for POC if you are planning on fishing all day and need a place to sleep. The owners are awesome and accommodating.

I feel like the pictures don't do this property justice as it was much larger than we expected. It was impeccably clean, there were far more amenities than a hotel and the hosts could not have been more kind or welcoming. Our family of three stayed for two nights for a fishing trip and it was perfect! It was so nice to come "home" to a cold room (they set the a/c low and let us decide where we wanted it) and shower after a long day on the water. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was nice to have seating options other than the beds. There were two sitting chairs and two or three folding chairs. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker were an added bonus. I have a fishing tournament coming up and I'm bummed my team already booked a hotel room because I'd much rather stay here.

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our twin 2 year olds. Had everything we needed plus it was SUPER clean! The outdoor shower was a plus with 2 year olds after the beach and the access to the ice machine was a life saver. We will for sure be back

The property owner is great, and maintains a wonderful rental that was perfect for our stay in Port O’Connor. Quiet part of town, and close to nearby amenities. Will definitely be back again!

What a great stay! This was even better than it sounded on line. I has my 22 foot boat and driveway was big enough for my boat and truck. This is a really clean place and well taken care of. It was well lit and we wanted for nothing. Michael and Amelia (I hope I spelled that right) were great hosts. They met us on check in and communicated well. We grilled and there was plenty of comfortable seating. Coffe maker was high end and GREAT coffee. Shower inside had fantastc pressure and plenty of hot water. There was a big outdoor shower as well with hot water. They had a really nice washer and dryer on site. The best part was the commercial grade ice machine. This was huge for me and it made a gargantuan amount of ice. There was a hose to flush the boat and rinse it down. I was a little sceptical of the bunk beds but they were super comfortable. No stove but we came to fish and the microwave got the job done. Close to boat ramp and gas station. Cathy's and also a steak house right down the street. One of the best deals out there. Four thumbs up!

Super clean and just what we need for our fishing trips. Beds were comfortable and the best water pressure in the shower! Great boat parking and the ice machine was a big plus! Will definitely stay again.

Made a quick trip to POC last minute for a friend's bday. Mike met us at check in and showed us everything. Mike's place was just what we needed...a clean place to sleep and shower. Comfy beds, clean sheets and plenty of linens. Loved the hammock and sitting outside in the rocking chairs.
