Very nice room and lovely terrace. Hosts very sweet.

This was a bed and bathroom let only, which is fine if you can walk to bars and shops. Instead one had to drive down quite a way for every single thing. They could fit a tiny kitchen corner on the terrace but it this can't be done at least provide a minimum of cutlery, glasses, and crockery for picnics on the terrace.

We liked the AC and the easy check-in process.

The main door was not possible to lock, the entrance smelled liked cat urine, walls next to the bed had pealing paint, the blinders on the street were not able to close i.e. people could see inside. 10min drive from city centre. Note, we stayed in the room on the street - perhaps the other rooms have a better standard.

Good place, clean, a lot of trees and green around.

Was realy hard to find the villa. Even with the different navigations 😀 but we did it. Our host spoke only italian so was difficult to understand. Everything else was Ok

The view from balcony is nice,rooms are clean and bed comfortable

There was NO HOT WATER!!! the place was supposed to be 2.9km from the city center but the real distance was 5.2km. Ms. Anna cant say a world in english so communication is impossible.
