I think the carpet in our room was not vacuumed.

Easy to locate, good TV channel selection, close to motorway

Room was very small with 2 single beds and not a lot of wriggle room

free parking, kind personnel, digital self-check device, various supermarkets and services in walking distance

no lift, limited buffet breakfast, no coffee at room

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Vending machine available to get hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.

The first room I was offered was a bit musty and had an odour of cigarette smoke, as I was with my baby I would not be comfortable in this room, when I told the lady on reception, she was super helpful and she changed my room immediately. I was very grateful for her help and we had an excellent stay after this, in a nice clean room on the 2nd floor.

there was no elevator

Asked for taxi to be ordered to hotel, was told taxi couldn't collect me at hotel only on the road. Was told taxi would arrive in 15 minutes, it never did. As a result I was 1 hour late for friend's wedding.

The hotel is just out side of town often having scooters outside which can be used to get around town very cheaply

Wow. the staff are extremely rude. my friend was ill in the night and had managed to splash a wall next to the toilet. the first morning they charged him €80 which he paid and apologised for the mess (though it was just a small splash) the next morning upon checkout they charged him a further €200 but wouldn't provide a receipt. they held our bags. One of the ladies who got very aggressive threw my bag causing damage to my iPad. We continued to ask for a receipt remaining as calm and polite as possible while being shouted at?! Eventually they called the police?! we have photos of the toilet which seriously, was clean!?
