Location was key to the work trip, clean and comfortable

Ideal location for where i needed to be .Good carry out across the road

The place looked like it could do with a paint and tidy up outside.

For the cheap price, the room was good, basic, but good. Staff also responded quickly when I had a problem getting into the door. The TV was actually quite good, smart tv with netflix and so on logged in. Quiet rooms as well.

The location is awful, its advertises as meadowhall but its not, its in one of the worst areas of rotherham. On street parking, not a camera in sight, luckily i could park outside my window. One the 1st night someone set the fire alarm off from smoking weed in their room. Lots of smoking/drug use around the outside of the hotel, and in the garden. Its basically a hostel but with a private room, no staff, anything goes.

Value is amazing,clean well kept rooms,shower was better than my own and customer service was faultless,pizza place opposite is a must

WiFi could have been faster but considering it's free I couldn't moan

Clean comfortable and warm and value for money, also in the 3 nights I stayed I couldn’t hear any other residents like places I’ve stayed for a lot more money. If I work in Rotherham again this would be first choice.

The property was as clean as it can be for an old property

No staff to communicate with. Not picking up calls and not responding to messages promptly. Facilities were old and tired, falling apart as soon as you touch them. Pillows very flat and disgusting, duvet as flat as a sheet, TV not working. Worse than a hostel.

although there isn’t a reception, we were given clear instructions of how to gain access and locate our room key. the room was spacious, high ceilings, to a very high standard of cleanliness. close to the centre and we were able to park a very large van close by.

just got one set of towels for two of us, but, everyone makes mistakes sometimes..

Nothing about this hotel is good!

This hotel was a major disappointment! When we arrived, the hotel had a closed noticed on the door, and all the windows had the blinds or curtains drawn - see the pictures. The property is advertised with free parking - this is off-road parking in an area that does not fill you with confidence that your car will be safe! This appears to be an un-staffed hotel, which is not clear when you make the booking - I would not have booked the hotel had I known. On the arrival day the owner (Adam) messaged me with the details of how to enter the hotel, and find my room, and the times to leave the hotel. Since "not staying" at the hotel, I messaged Adam, and he has just ignored me. I complained to Booking.com, who are not really interested in sorting anything out. They have emailed the hotel, and also have had no reply. As far as getting my money back, that is my problem! Despite being a loyal and long customer who has spent thousands of pounds through them over the years. I did try calling the owner before arriving at the property, but the call was not answered, and communication then happened over text messages.

Good value for money. Adequate facilities, room appeared to be clean. Bed was small but comfortable enough for a decent sleep.

Waited 30 minutes for a staff member to arrive to let us into the building. Sink was blocked and had yellow stagnant water in when we arrived so had to use the shower as a sink. No staff/assistance on site at anytime.

It’s not properly a “hotel”. There is not stuff in at all. Area is quite dodgy and unfortunately not well served by public transport ( the bus 135 is a complete disaster). Minor issues has been solved quickly by the stuff contacted by email. Unfortunately main problem was that the radiator didn’t work as I expected ( considering it was -5 outside overnight). They tried to fix it but of course, first night it was uncomfortable to me.

nothing it was a hell hole !! people partying all night stains on bed and curtains the floor was discusting !!! worst place Iv ever stayed !!

everything it was dirty smelly loud all night people partying !! we left early at 8:30 as we couldn’t stand the noise of people still up from the night before . this property isn’t even suitable for animals to stay awful !!!

Heating is really bad

Not much really. The area wasn’t the most welcoming place, the bed sheets were dirty, there were stains on the floor and fellow guests made quite a lot of noise through the night.

the cleanliness was under expectations, the price was extortionate for the room and quality. The floor had dirty marks everywhere and the bed sheets were dirty
