Glad I was patient. Getting in and out was difficult b

Location was excellent. Facilities were excellent.

The business of collecting a deposit after paying in full in order to obtain the keys was a difficult one for me because booking dot com was not part of this process and failed to give me notice. Notice came by email to my junk mail. I found it ten minutes before arriving at the property and cost me $1,000 which I have no record of.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The position was fantastic, it was in walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit. It was very clean and the secure access made us feel safe.

The lounge room was quite small and eating on stools around the bench wasn’t particularly comfortable. The lack of a curtain in the back bedroom made it hard to sleep.

No supermarket or bakery in the surrounding area. Apartment quite small for 5 persons. You can hear the subway passing under the building

Overall, if you are not fussy about cleaninness, it's a good place to be

The location was great, close to most places we wanted to visit. The fact that it had an elevator was a great plus point for our luggage. The beds are small but comfortable.

The bathroom and shower had a strong scent of mold. The towels were very thin and overused which was not enjoyable to use. The kitchen sponge needs to be changed more regularly.

Amazing location

The location is amazing. The metro station is in 2 minutes and there are 4 diferent lines. In 10 minutes you are in the gardens in front of Louvre . The shower and beds really nice.

We used the kitchen and could be better equipped. Better knifes, more kitchen rags... The appartment is not big, and with the sofa bed open not to much space, but enough for us.

Lovely apartment in central location

Great location… near the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, Seine River, Musee D’Orsay, etc. Very nice and comfortable accommodation. Tiny elevator but does the trick if you have mobility issues.

Wonderfull stay for a few days in Paris!

It is a very nice apartment where you get value for your money. The location is really good. Near lots of stores and centrally aligned. Would recommend this apartment for 3/4 guests. The hosts were also really involved and helpfull.

The elevator in the building is a bit small, but not a problem!

Pleasant

The location was perfect

The apartment was really small compared to the cost levied per night. The beds were uncomfortable and very small. There was a lack of additional or good quality pillows and the towels were cheap and obviously not very new. The WC was really small and not particularly pleasant to use or private. The insulation in the old building was poor and the main bedroom not overly private. We found it cold on our first evening but we could not turn up the heating in anyway and there were no additional blankets for the beds, so we used our coats on the bed to warm us up. In the kitchen, it would have been a nice idea to leave a welcome pack with perhaps some water and also milk, so that we could have had a cup of tea rather than just the usual espresso capsules. The incessant calls and emails throughout are stay were also completely unnecessary. I also don’t appreciate being called and told to leave a 10/10 revue. Nothing was terrible, just a huge feeling over being underwhelmed. I also want the option of telling future guests what they are going to expect rather than just what you want them to hear.. If you want a bolt hole to stay in Central Paris there are far better and more economical options to enjoy.

Perfect for a Paris getaway

Clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the staff in English. Location is perfect! Recent furnishings are classy, with some modern touches. Our stay felt like we had our little home in Paris. Appreciated the attention to detail and very helpful information provided by the hosts in a dossier. Would highly reccomend and return!

Neighbors might get a little noisy after 12am, playing loud music and such. Not a problem for us, but could be for other people.

It's a good place for a couple with a child. Very conveniently located for high-end shopping

The location was close enough to the metro and supermarkets.

I didn't like being given the wrong code to get into the apartment and didn't like the tiny lift. Nothing conveyed earlier could have prepared me for that tiny size.
