The location was great for us. Loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable.
Parking was a little tricky, but doable. Would've loved to have USB ports in the room, as well as bedside table lamps.

The property was unique. I liked the history of the building that was chronicled on the wall. The property was also conveniently located to the downtown activities.
The rooms were small and our particular room had a poor view from the window.

Ate at the Big Bad Breakfast downstairs. Cost not included. Excellent fresh food and coffee.
Secure, modern, clean. Instructions for operating things were correct. Everything worked. Bed was comfy and temperature controllable. The bathroom had ample countertop for our toiletries without risk of them getting wet.
Small window overlooking roof and ac units next door, so you don’t lay in bed looking at the view. Bedside lights were on a wall switch that you had to get out of bed to turn off. I don’t recall any handy USB ports. The arrangement for luggage could be better. We don’t unpack so handy, well lit, waist high countertops with room for shoes underneath are correct for us.

Proximity to my meeting location and it's cleanliness.
Room was too small.
Loud noises at 2:30 in the morning. Cold showers. Staff rarely at desk.

the decor, convenient location, comfortable room
the water pressure
the room key expired several hours before check out, making more challenging to go enjoy breakfast and then check out.

location
no shampoo, bar of soap the size of a peanut, thin walls, no views- looking at adjacent building roofs, cold feeling decor, smoking homeless person in wheelchair blocking very small entrance vestibule,

Location, location, location!!!
Front staff did the basics but no effort to go above and beyond. Neighboring room needed help with travel to the airport and basically front staff just said they could not help with that.

location was ok, no breakfast
room really cute, but really small. Could hear the music from basement.

loved the vintage room with thoughtful updates including high end plumbing fixtures.
the rug was a little dirty. I would’ve preferred no rug to a slightly stained dirty rug. otherwise the room was delightful.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location for exploring Florence. Having the bar and bowling alley in the basement was a plus.
The walls are very thin - we could hear conversations in the room next to us and in the hallway. Even worse, the band playing at the bar next door was SO LOUD in our room, we could not sleep (and the band started at 10pm). I wish this weren’t the case, as the hotel is lovely otherwise.
