8BR/6 Bath home (sleeps 24). Two side-by-side 4BR/3 Bath duplex units (each sleeps 9-12) in the Keystone Ski Area. Rent separately (see vrbo 29761 4BR and vrbo 773693 4BR) or together (8BR--vrbo 1405138). The two units are connected with an inside door (that will be unlocked if both units are rented together). Walk to the Mountain House lifts, 7 restaurants, night life (3 night spots with live music), and an internet/sports cafe (12 HDTV's + video game area). Each 4BR unit has a separate private hot tub, 2-car private garage, and two-story living room with two walls of high windows. Panoramic view of the top half of the Keystone Mountain ski runs. Ideal property for those who want to be in the ski area near everything and still have more privacy than several condos.

We rented both 180 & 190 for a large family vacation of 21 soles. 180 was updated and had everything needed for a family outing.

Fantastic place for our group of 14! Easy walk to Peru lift or take the shuttle bus for a shorter walk. We had both units that connected through the garage or the patio between the two hot tubs. Easy walk to a few of the local restaurants. Amazing communication with the host and immediate resolutions to any issues we encountered (microwave stopped working - messaged in the morning and a new one was in place by the time we finished skiing). We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family met for a Christmas skiing vacation in Keystone. We stayed at both lodges and loved it! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kids loved seeing each other and getting to play. The hot tubs were a bit hit as well! We were able to cook meals when we felt like cooking. It was about a 5 minute drive to go skiing or shopping & ice skating at River Run Village. Overall, it was an awesome vacation and a great place to stay!

My sisters and I vacation every year with our spouses, kids and we rope our parents into coming as well. We booked both properties together and divided ourselves between the two homes while still having access to spend time together. In total we have 24 people, 11 adults and 13 kids ranging from 1-16. The ease of communication with the property manager was quick, clear and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. We used the BBQ grill daily, relaxed in the hot-tubs, enjoyed taking in the view of the mountains and at the end of the day curling up near the fireplace and watching movies. Everyone was very excited when we even got to see a moose foraging behind the property! The parking space was great and there were plenty of places to get food and groceries nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay here immensely! We would book again should our family trip bring us back to Colorado!

We stayed here for our wedding with our bridal party and it was perfect. Having both sides of the duplex allowed everyone to have their own space. The condos were clean, had fully stocked kitchens, great hot tubs, and communication with Richard Seymour was super easy. So glad we found this place!

We had 16 guests including 5 children. Property was clean and had all of the amenities advertised. The hot tubs were a nice feature. Owner was informative. Location was pretty convenient with Dillion and Silverthorne within 20 minutes. Consider bringing a baby gate if you have a little that can’t do stairs.

We booked both properties at 180 and 190 We stayed in 180 and were disappointed at the decor differences between the two properties. 190 was not without problems(a trim piece in the kitchen fell off) however, it was alot better updated decor wise. 180 needs a face lift

This property was super clean, and very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again. Only 2 things that made me put a 4 star... the pictures of the property are super misleading as far as remoteness goes... I was under the impression that the house was far removed and with just a few neighbors... it actually backed up to a whole strip mall right next to it. Kinda annoying but not a huge deal. Also, having to make a different stop for the keys wasn't my favorite but it is right on the way up to the house, only a 3 minute detour or so.

The property was perfect for our extended family golf trip. Age ranges from 5 months to 71, total of 20 staying between the 2 units. . Lots of seating for family meals and games. Great stay, highly recommend it!! Hot tubs and grills were used and worked great! Well stocked kitchen.

We used this place for two nights because it looked great and the price was competitive with hotels. We needed the stoves to get the last of the wedding stuff cooked and prepped. It was beautiful. The hot tubs were great. If I had to say anything negative it would be the lower rooms stayed a little cool for the older great grandmother and the aunt form Florida.

Having a group with young kiddos in it the split style of these two units was perfect for allowing the kids to go to bed at a normal time and giving the rest of us a whole house to hang out in still. Noise was managed well between the two. I do wish there had been a door inside the kitchens to attach them instead of walking into two of the bedrooms or through the downstairs garage but it still was a win in our group to have them seperate!

Lots of space to spread out with a large group. Two of everything made it really easy to do whatever, whenever. Location wasn’t bad, had a few places to walk to which was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had both sides of this duplex and it was great. Plenty of towels,dishes, etc. It worked really well for our large group as they had plenty of everything including even spices in the kitchen. Great place. We will stay there again

We rented both sides of this duplex for the wedding of one of our kids back in 2019 for a wedding to take place in summer 2020. When the pandemic hit, we had no problem communicating directly with the owner and working with him on moving dates. As parents of the groom, working with Richard was the easiest part of the planning.

The duplex was defect for our 16 Eason family. I was not happily surprised to see all the stairs to reach the main level because I am dependent on a walker for stability. That meant I had difficulty in climbing up and someone had to carry the walker up. I would to have had an opportunity to discuss my handicap. I could then have ascertained whether the bathroom had safety holds.

Both of these properties are great, they are adjoining town homes with identical layouts. We had 8 couples and an infant which allowed everyone to have their own separate rooms. The master suite on each side has a large walk in closet that doubled as a quiet nursery. The kitchens were great and well equipped. It's about an 8 minute walk to the Peru lift area and there is a ski shop and Mexican restaurant in the adjacent parking lot. I would say the only downside to the properties was how they connected. You have the option of going to the bottom floor and passing through the garage or going through bed rooms (outside by the hot tubs) to go from one to the other. Also the hot tubs were great - we loved this place.

This property was excellent. Our large group had a great time. Plenty of space to hang out and close to a lot of different activities. The place is clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone with large groups.

We had a family getaway trip, the space on both duplex satisfied everyone which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. We did see a mouse but overall we had a great time. Can’t wait to visit in the winter, this place would definitely make you feel right at home.
