Peaceful, warm, comfortable and safe.

Simply, I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Everything was close to perfect and worth every penny! (1) All the staffs we encountered were friendly, warm and accomodative. We just feel safe and trusting of them somehow. (2) The room we got [4006] was comfortable, clean, spacious and had the perfect view of both the pool and the beach. At night, when it gets real quiet, we can hear the waves crashing which is a plus point. (3) Eventhough the hotel is right next to GrandWorld, a casino and other public attractions, the ambience is still peaceful and calm. Ocassionally, you can hear loud sound coming from either one of these attractions, but it is bearable and not overly loud / distracting. (4) The hotel provides alot of complimentary necessities other than the common ones. Some of them are umbrella, beach slippers and a clothing line in the bathroom. They also provide complimentary water in glass bottles. (5) Facilities provided by the hotel are all on point! The pool is clean and big so it is comfortable to swim around. There are ample comfortable seats around to chill. The private beach is also gorgeous, especially when the sky is clear. The beach is clean. There are also lifeguards around most of the times and the hotel provides some free beach activities like snorkelling (free life jackets and snorkels) and kayaking. Hotel towels are ready-to-take at both pool and beach. There's even a spacious playroom for kids with various activities. (6) The hotel provides transport alternatives to certain places like the airport (one of the staffs were kind enough to suggest to us: book with hotel for airport transfer and thereafter, take grab / taxi to your intended destination from airport as some tourist attractions are nearer to the airport. This can lessen the grab / taxi fares), Duong Dong Night Market and GrandWorld. The transports to these places are punctual and staffs are always ready to give a helping hand.

There is limited choices of vegetarian and halal (muslim-friendly) food. There is one stall allocated for vegetarian dishes however, there are not much varieties to choose from.

На один раз пойдет, но возвращаться не станем.

При заселении взяли депозит в размере 100$. Еще в мини баре был прайс и он не соответствовал ценам, а точнее с нас при выселении взяли больше за 3 банки пива чем было указано в прайсе. И нам не понравилось где был расположен наш номер, а именно в самом конце коридора очень длинного коридора 6003, далеко от лифта. На завтраках было мало фруктов.

Radisson Blu Phu Quoc was amazing

First visit to Phu Quoc and so glad i chose this hotel, went on a few tours and saw other people’s hotels and the location of Radisson Blu was far better in my opinion. Easy access to VinWonders, GrandWorld, Safari and beautiful beaches. Stayed here to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and was surprised when our room had been decorated and a cake - which was delicious, was delivered to our room shortly after arrival. The private beach was amazing, pristine cleanliness, free use of kayaks, coconut boats, sun beds, towels and a pool bar all monitored by lifeguards. The swimming pool was enormous, hammocks, chill out bean bag area, free bicycle hire and the friendliest of staff. Breakfast was amazing, huge choice and the food tasted great. Casino on site, shared use of the neighbouring Wyndham Hotel gymnasium, free on demand shuttle service to Grandworld and return service. Free transport to the airport and back. This hotel has it all. Our one bedroom suite was awesome , massive bed which was so comfortable, the lounge area was very plush with coffee maker, tea making facilities and fridge. Pool and sea view from the 2 balconies. All in all this was a great hotel and we will return.

не понравилось , что горничные , приходили всегда убираться тогда , когда мы были в номере. А когда мы оставляли номер с 10 до 13 часов - они не приходили. в связи с чем номер за все время убирали 2 раза.

Красивый отель с ухоженной территорией.

Чистый отель и пляж, а также территория. Вкусный завтрак,но каждый день одно и тоже. Приятный персонал. Бесплатный шатл в grand world в любое время. Хороший бассейн. Много лежаков. На пляже есть душь(несколько). Отсутствуют насекомые и живность. Красивый отель.

Плохие обеды и ужины,лучше ездить в grand world на бесплатном шатле в любое удобное время. Отсутствие магазина в шаговой доступности,если не купили необходимое до 22.00,уже и не купите. Мы закупались в grand word,там кучу ресторанов и магазинов. Цены в баре у бассейна высокие,но все очень вкусно. Номера чуть устарели,но в них все равно было комфортно.

海灘游泳池

真的非常差勁，感覺很糟糕我們住三天，水呼冷呼熱，非常嚴重，飯店不覺得那是個問題，冷氣調到18度還是非常熱晚上要睡覺時發現窗簾合不上，飯店人員就給一些夾子叫我們自己夾隔天去野生動物園玩了一整天回來放東西發現窗簾還是沒修好，還是夾著該補的東西也沒補最後一天更誇張連水都不補了很過分！已經有反應了但完全沒什麼下文說要換房間但也只是換同樣房型然後溝通上面也很難理解英文不太通中文也不太通隔壁room service 吃完真的垃圾丟在房門外至少丟了3小時沒人處理五星級酒店不應該是這種處理方式有免費接駁車去grand world 但是再免費到動物園或是遊樂園都需要在等至少半小時還是要叫grab 所以我覺得不太有用不過接駁車到grand world 還是很有幫助回程按電鈴就有人來但超過11點要至少等半小時多才會有人來中間不知道按幾次了要打電話去催才說快來了在十分鐘有點不太優 11:10站在那邊一直等接駁車（之前飯店說馬上就會有人來）結果等到到飯店已經11:48 真的很浪費時間這間是我此生住過最爛的五星飯店到處都感覺在防賊連衣櫥的衣架都鎖起來不讓你拿起來超難掛衣服的然後要晾乾把門打開隔天清掃人員又把他關起來結果泳衣都涼不乾早餐選擇非常少又不讓我們帶背包進去真的超級詭異好像每個人都要偷拿食物一樣游泳池不可以帶任何游泳圈我覺得這點也非常奇怪，寶寶只能自己抱著游或是帶臂圈遊戲室超小而且說三歲以上可以不用大人在但裡面的遊樂設施三歲以上應該不玩了吧超級小的寶寶玩的比較多就放了兩個大電視放卡通寶寶進去就瘋狂看電視還站很近另一個打電動奉勸帶孩子出門的不要選這間有其他酒店遊戲室都好很多孩子拿著小車子很喜歡但因為他不準我們去吃早餐我說我等等半小時內還給你可以嗎讓孩子先帶出去一下他就一直說nonono然後直接用搶的把孩子手上的車子超大力的搶走，真的很過分孩子當然是爆哭到不行連給我們和孩子溝通的時間都沒有找經理出來處理的也很差勁真的很不喜歡這間酒店如果來的話真的要三思

The hotel has potential to be great, management let's their guests and staff down, disappointing.

Friendly staff who are unfortunately overworked and under staffed.

Waiting for look towels, no where near enough day beds, poorly managed breakfast stations, extremely long wait times for room service, terrible food served for room service, rude and unruley guests who are never called to order, non existent room service due to over worked staff. Won't be returning.

還不錯

房間寬敞，泳池大，早餐也很豐盛，私人沙灘很舒服，可惜浪大沒有玩到獨木舟。

房間一開始進去有個奇怪的味道，不確定是不是太久沒有人住，位置離電梯很遠，電視螢幕上有裂痕，但是一開始進入房間時，是歡迎畫面，所以沒有發現，後來通知櫃檯人員，只是派維修人員進來查看。

An amazing birthday celebration

My partner and I had the most amazing holiday at Radison Blu. The service was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was outstanding and was decorated (free of charge) as a birthday theme as requested. Birthday cake was served to the room on my partner’s birthday (also free of charge and only required to be booked in advance) with outstanding service. We had the most wonderful birthday celebration and couldn’t ask for more from the amazing customer service, the cleanliness of the room and the atmosphere of the hotel and the beach. Bonus points: there is also a free of charge transportation to Grand World, the city centre and to/from the airport which is the biggest surprise to us as not many hotel would provide this. Overall, 10/10 experience and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to all the staff that makes this happen. I think the receptionist who served us named River and the house keeper named Thao + Co Sua.

Breakfast was overbooked on one of the days so we was moved to another restaurant to dine in. The food selection was not as varied, which was a shame as we had a really nice breakfast a day before.

Персонал просто ужасный! Это самый худший Рэдиссон из всех, в которых я была, а была я много где. Во-первых ужасно говорят по-английски, чтобы объяснить что тебе нужно, приходилось использовать переводчик. Во-вторых, вели себя так, как будто я к ним вломилась без спроса домой, очень дерзко и надменно, в-третьих повара на завтраке абсолютно не умеют жарить элементарную яичницу, а когда просишь их сделать по другому, тебе эту яичницу почти в лицо с недовольным видом швыряют.

Отлично для отдыха с детьми

Местоположение отличное, хороший пляж, завтраки разнообразные и каждый может найти себе еду на любой вкус. Номера убираются хорошо. У нас была поломка по сантехникае и её исправили за 15 мин.

Нехватка лежаков на пляже и у бассейна, соотношение цена/качество еды в ресторане а-ля карт (получили холодную пасту присыпанную пармезаном) и в баре у бассейна (салат с креветками, салат с тунцом и авокадо 50г по весу... в меню вес блюда не указывается, персонал по-английский не говорит). Нашей семье очень не доставало бассейна для плаванья, т.к. глубина этого 120 см в самых глубоких местах и он построен таким образом, что в нем можно только сидеть, но для детей просто супер.

Однозначно рекомендую, но не в пиковые времена

Месторасположение очень хорошее, рядом Grand World, Safari park и парк развлечений. Бесплатный трансфер по времени в и из аэропорта, мы не успели (отдали за такси 600 000 донг). Хотели взять байк на прокат, но кругом стояли только электрические, а местные не понимали английский, так вот девочка с ресепшен просто отмахнулась, а парень сел на багги, отвез нас и помог договорится с местными и мы отлично покатались. Спасибо ему огромное!!!! Море и пляж очень чистые, много спасателей. В первый день приплыли медузы так всех выгнали на берег и пока не отловили в море не пускали. Еще каждый день автобус возит на местный рынок, не забудьте зарегистрироваться. Номер хороший, кровати удобные. Принесли фрукты в номер по приезду. Порадовал отдельный халат для пляжа.

После 1 января приехало очень много народа, лежаков на пляже катастрофически не хватало, приходилось либо в 7 утра бежать занимать лежак, либо располагаться на траве или песке, что довольно странно для 5 звездочного отеля. Ужины оставляют желать лучшего, поэтому не знаю насколько оправдан полупансион. Если мало народа, то ужин по меню, которое не меняется, а обслуживание очень медленное. Ни одного раза нам не удалось поужинать менее чем за полтора часа. Воды приносят в номер литр на номер в сутки, приходилось покупать в магазине.

ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ונדיבה. בריכה יפה ונקיה למדי. חוף נקי ויפהפה. אינטרנט חזק ברוב הזמן.

מים בחדרים - כדאי לחלק יותר. היו יכולים לתת מיטה לילד בחדר הורים ללא תשלום, בעיקר כשמדובר בסוויטה...

Масштабно, огромный отель, номера нормальные, со вкусом. Большой бассейн, красивый вид из номера. Детская комната очень удобная.

Лежаков катастрофически не хватает! Люди с детьми вынуждены сидеть за столиками кафе на готове, чтобы в любой момент сорваться к освободившемуся. На море лежаков тоже очень мало. Не допустимо🤷‍♀️ завтраки однообразные, не вкусные, ребенка почти не накормить. Вечный ажиотаж на фрукты будет продолжаться, если будут выносить микропорциями. Выносят на стол их редко, не по остаткам, поэтому там обычно почти ничего нет) у ребенка заберут яблоко из рук, даже покусанное, потому что выносить ничего нельзя. Все это правильно, но Давно уже не встречала. Можно попадать на территорию соседнего отеля, попользоваться ими удобствами) Есть казино. Спорт зал не большой и находится сравнительно далеко. Уборка номера посредственная, ни разу не вытерли около унитаза и не убрали волосы в душевой, ковры очень грязные. Новогодняя программа была скучной, столы нормальные У отеля 5*, но они уже не стараются, нет пятизвездочного сервиса и удобств, у них есть имя и этого им достаточно

Номер делюкс: кран подтекал, на балконе столик с облезшей пленкой, сидение туалета было плохо зафиксировано, душ направлял воду вправо или влево, но не прямо. Приветствие на телевизоре было указано в фамилией другого гостя.

Bonnes vacances reposante.

L'emplacement est très bien, le casino pour les adeptes, la nouvelle ville copie conforme de Venise et surtout la plage est propre et belle. Très peu de chaises longues avec parasol. Le personnel de la plage ne vous aideront pas pour vous installer mais souriant. Le petit-déjeuner est en buffet est très complet et parfait. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et propres. Les SDB sont spacieuses équipées de douches et baignoires. Le restaurant buffet ou à la carte n'est pas mal mais très limité. On a reçu un repas pour 4 personnes en cadeau suite à notre réclamation au sujet du personnel de plage et piscine. Dans l'ensemble on était bien.

Les prix des extras sont très chers. Que le personnel ne vous aide pas quand il vous voit en difficulté

Outstanding

The beach next to the pool is wonderful. The variety of the food for the breakfast is rich while the restaurant is spacious, which is comfortably made. The hotel provides 24 hours free Tuk-tuk to the town where you will find eateries easily and some attractions as well, which is super. The pool is big which enables you to enjoy your time in the sun leisurely.

There is no gym room right in the hotel. You need to hide the hotel Tuk-tuk to its affiliated hotel nearby to do your exercise, which is a bit inconvenient.

Nice hotel but scam central off the property! Don't go unless you plan to stay strictly at the hotel

The beach front was stunning, the view from our balcony was wonderful, and the staff were friendly.

The staff called us a taxi that ended up being a scam! When we complained to the hotel after losing hundreds of dollars, they said they called the police but there is nothing they can do. We were shocked compensation wasn't attempted in any way. We are highly disappointed the Radisson would recommend a company that scams guests. More importantly, the staff didn't even warn us of typical scams or things to be cautious about! I understand the hotel can't control how other companies and workers treat their guests off of hotel property, but a renowned company like the Radisson should provide REPUTABLE taxi services and WARN guests what to be aware of.

Amazing stay

Amazing hotel, it is located right next to the Grand World and not too far away from the VinWonders attractions and safari. It is located about 30 minutes away from Phu quoc city but Grab is not too expensive to get there. We loved our stay! The spa treatment was very professional, clean and relaxing and just want to comment that the staff there is extremely helpful, Min specifically is amazing and was very helpful for us, right from booking our spa treatments to organising a private taxi! She is amazing, thank you so much for having us

Uniquement pour se relaxer sinon séjour ennuyant.

Le petit déjeuner est varié et fourni. La piscine plutôt propre et grande. L’espace de l’hôtel en général avec la plage situé juste derrière.

Délai d’attente très long au bar Azure au bord de la piscine alors qu’il n’y avait aucun autre client. Si vous êtes pressés, passez votre chemin. Moquettes et saletés au niveau des étages (cure dents et emballages plastiques qui traînent sur plusieurs jours). Le ménage paraît très succinct.
