receptionist are nice and helpful but room was very poor.

I was very disappointed with the room. bed has no sheet just a fitted sheet. we have to asked for a blanket since only had a comforter. shower room has no door. i was in the same place year 2020 with friends and we were very happy with our rooms the reason i booked again in the same place/hotel. will do it again next time.

the room is good and the toilet including the shower room. The price is high compared to other small room and hotels in

property looks different in real life. The entrance door of the hotel is small like a lodge inn only.

it was pleasant and close to eating places but difficult to hail a cab for short distances … grab works after waiting fo

the staff were very good and prompt !

the drainage in the bathroom was poor although the staff helped with towels to soak up the water ! if you charge so much u should provide at least a bottle of complimentary drinking water in the room !

I forgot my watch and the house keeper brought to me before I leave 😊

The hotel is really bad I checked in the first room and it was wet and l noticed water leak from the AC at the wall the staff transfer me to a different room however it was bet worse the bathroom was not flushing and the bedroom floor was sticky. There was no complimentary tea or coffee nor water.

Will not go back next time.

The size of our studio room was big and bright. WE love the size.

WE almost have to beg staff to clean the room and provide fresh toilet paper. Our room was near he main road and it was very noisy. The way to reduce the noise is to put double panel window or have some sort of noise reduction device.

don’t believe the photos

the hotel is not too far from bgc where we spent most of our time.

grubby, old rooms that haven’t been well looked after or refurbished in a long time. the hotel/rooms is nothing like the photos. the towels had dark stains on them they were so old. the staff were ok but they will try to charge you extra for anything they can. the room was ready when we arrived but they wanted to charge us for an extra night just to check in early. noisy at night

Location as near my workspace

1st day NO WiFi, system down Given a room very noise as near the street, cannot sleep at all 2nd day ask for room change to quient room and I have downgrade to smaller room (as cannot cancel)

Great place to stay but I hope they can clean the molds.

The room was very spacious. The people at the reception were very accommodating and the guard was very helpful. Great location.

Disappointing and frustrating

Extremely bad cleanliness, mould everywhere. I got sick just being in the room. Towels were useless and upon checkout tried to add “hidden charges”. Would not refund our deposit either.

Very Isolated location but quite positive feeling once we got inside your hotel room.

I really like the inside room, the view from the apartment and the rooftop facilities in the same building. Really positive feeling once we got inside my hotel room.

The hotel location is quite isolated and there is nothing interesting around. The indication to find the hotel is quite bad. My taxi had to search for a long time before we could find the location... First, the TV didn't work because of the remote control batteries... Then, after repair, it was impossible to find how to use the two remote controls. Really frustrating! Could it be possible to install an electrical plug in the lobby to help travelers to use their computers or phone that aren't always charged?
