Location, restaurant, clean, staff.
Room too small
4.1
Komfort and view, friendly staff and nice location very close to the international airport.
I got a dark very small room, 5m² less than i paid for. I complained, but the clerk insisted the room was 23 m². In my world 6,6x2,8 meters, minus service shaft is approx 18 m². A bit disappointing that I had to insist, but it ended with a free upgrade.

Comfy bed and very helpful and friendly staff, with a great location made this a reasonable place to stay. The room was clean and a good size and the breakfast was good.
Some of the facilities did not work (i.e. sauna, gym)
4.1
Located close to the airport (you can walk to Terminal 3 of NAIA in 10-12 mins)
Staff are square minded/inflexible (name to the service industry) and don’t always understand

location and the view from my room and bed and its cold.
No banana in breakfast. Omelet not good.

The hotel’s proximity to NAIA Terminal 2 makes it ideal for a layover. The rooms are quite small but clean and provide the bare essentials. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working, and the breakfast had limited options, though it was decent. Given the price, it was a reasonable choice overall.
It would have been better if the rooms had USB plugs for easier charging of devices.

everything but the following:
1) bed too small for the amount of people booked, 2) took me by surprise the free breakfast was ONLY for 2 adults, so I had to pay extra for my children.

Great hotel and enjoyed the bar and snacks
Did not think the breakfast buffet was value for money. I was forced to pay for airport pickup which my daughter in law had paid earlier. Money has not been refunded yet

Limpio, desayuno variado y rico
Información como siempre imprecisa (dicen una hora de desayuno y es otra), el baño no tiene mampara, esta a las afueras pero cerca del aeropuerto y pese a todo los atascos hacen que se tarde en llegar casi 1h

The staffs are helpful and politely answers all my querries. The receptionist Patrick is very accomodating with my check in and check out. I like the hotel service especially to OFW like me who needs a pick up and drop off to the airport.

Appreciated the location to the airport, but due to the roads it was still around 15 minutes via taxi from Terminal 2. Were able to check in quite late at night, and the front desk arranged for our breakfast to be made early and be ready for us to take to-go when we checked out for our next flight. Wish we could've stayed longer and enjoyed the hotel/facilities.

Clean & cheap
Swimming pool full of loud local kids

This property is very close to the airport terminals. They have tight security and even have a sniffer dog. Breakfast buffet was lots of healthy choices. We stayed this hotel for the third time.
During checking in, there were only few staff in the registration counter and I noticed that they moved slow and it was busy and the line was long. I think it took 45 mins to an hour before we got a room. We were hungry and exhausted. Additionally, the buffet breakfast restaurant, there were many servers that on our way. I know they’re trying to clear those empty dishes, but they just came out from nowhere and goes our way.

I was happy with all aspects of my stay except one.
The shower temperature was cold and this was not remedied during my first stay of over a week. The staff telling me that the shower low temp was normal.

The hotel is close to the airport, room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The concierge was very helpful with securing us a ride across town with a fixed rate so we did not have to haggle with a cab driver. If you are arriving in Manila on a late flight and need to stay in the city for the night, this is the place.

The bed was not comfortable. cable tv not working. The door bangs so loud.

I liked the location but it wasn’t as good as I expected it to be
The room that I had didn’t feel like the air conditioning is working. Turned it hella low but nothing happened. Stayed in 2nd floor and didn’t have any view

Almost everything is great! The staff, food, location, the accommodation & facilities are above average.
The mess hall should have been more spacious since the guests have to fall in line at the lobby waiting for their turn to get inside for the breakfast.

very comfortable bed
Just in front of the airport
friendly staff
There’s no view except for the highway

Filipino classical music background was my favorite. Convenient location. Breakfast is not too much, but reasonable.
My room did not have table for working. Maybe it was not part of the package.

Very near to the airport, the security is good but the receptionist was impolite. there was a guy which I don't remember the name anymore and he let me wait for several minutes in a wrong line and did not even inform me until someone else did. Very impolite for a receptionist. He made me embarrassed
The reception and the dress code for the breakfast. I am not sure that putting a dress code on a breakfast is a good idea. I would consider dinner as something that i can dress up but breakfast is not.

Good location for us as it is just a 5 minute cab ride from NAIA Terminal 3. Fairly easy cab rides to Makati, Mall of Asia etc. Room was comfortable and large (we had a Runway Suite) overlooking the airport. Staff were great and very helpful.
The location is in a very busy traffic area and sits right next to the NAIA Expressway and Andrews Avenue so you should expect traffic noise and some fumes. The food was generally pretty good but the buffet breakfast was very disappointing e.g. only one kind of juice available, very limited choice of fruit, no bacon that I could find and only an omelette station so no scrambled or fried eggs, no pastries. Our original room had no hot water but this was dealt with very quickly and helpfully with a room transfer.

The rooms were very nice and everything was clean and tidy.
The mattress was a bit lumpy.

Sauna, Pool, Very comfortable bed, free drinking water bottles in the room. Nice room at corner with windows in two directions. Concierge service to assist in getting a Grab/Taxi. Free wifi.
Its close to the airport. Nice district.
The actual location is not like in the map. This should be fixed. Just see the real location in google maps. Its a little walk of 5 to 10 minutes from the passageway(brigde from the airport).
Steam room was under maintanance.
Breakfast room is to small for the ammount of guests. If you not fast enough back at your seat they might seat another guest already. For such a big hotel the Selection of food at the breakfast buffet could be bigger.

Clean and easy.. everything you need is available. But would like to give emphasis on the the staff.. from the reception to the house people, they’re all so accommodating and very helpful. Thank you especially to Mr. Vidal who helped and assisted me.
Just the tissue on the bathroom was wet.
