とても広くて、ゆったり過ごす事ができましたホテルを選んだ一つの理由は有明アリーナ迄歩いて行ける事でしたので、その点からも充分満足しました

コンサートが終わってからホテル迄帰る間に食べる所を探しました。名古屋の感覚だと未だ未だやってるお店が一杯有るのですが、なかなか見付けられず、結局コンビニ弁当がお夕飯になってしまった事が残念です

I will definitely be back, the staff was amazing and having the train right outside the door was also very helpful.

寝床を確保するだけだったはずが......

1階にコンビニが入っており、ちょっとした買い物がすぐできる。ベッドがロングサイズだった。朝食の質が高かった。

ベッドのマットレスは硬く、寝心地は今ひとつだった。空調の設定が難しかった。

下調べは念入りに！

いきたい施設に近く車での移動でしたが便利な場所にあった。ベッドは柔らかく寝心地が良かった。ファブリーズがあったのと、welcomeドリンク(水)は助かった。テレビは大きく、Wi-Fiもさくさく繋がり快適だった。冷房良く聞いていて良かった。

事前にメールで駐車場の件で問い合わせしたが、一切返信がなく直接電話した。当日もスタッフの方の対応は業務的でビジネスホテル並のレベル、welcomeなイメージはなかった。駐車場からの入口が分かりにくく道路から入りにくい所だった。部屋は思ったより狭かった。テレビ前のソファーが良かったが、テーブルの大きさが小さく物をあまりのせられなかった。バスルームがガラス張りで脱衣所しか鏡がなかったのでメイクが困った。もう１つメイク用に大きな鏡が欲しかった。4人部屋で3人同時にメイクは出来ない。最上階でエグゼクティブの部屋だっtたので期待していたがきたいしていたほどではなかった。

Excellent location for Big Sight conference goer

Location is super. It is next to the train station and walking distance to the conference hall/Big Sight. Family Mart and 7-11 are downstairs of the hotel which is super convenient.

The room is super small. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The toilet sink is the smallest sink I have ever seen. There isn't a deck to work on. The coffee packages in the lobby is nice. It is convenient to take back to the room to make a cup of joe in the morning. The breakfast is okay.

The view...

I told the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they put a handwritten birthday card in the room, which we found really nice. The location is great, just few steps away from the driverless Yurikamome station and another station that is Shinjuku/Shibuya line. We also used the massage chair in the room a lot until our backs were tender 😆 it was worth it. AMAZING VIEW from our window.

The massage chair is worn out; it works well but the appearance could use some lift. The wallpaper in our room is torn and needs fixing.

Great value with good access to Tokyo.

We came back to the hotel after a two year lapse and we loved it for the location (close to Tokyo Big Sight for our exhibition) and two train stations literally minutes away for easy access into other locations in Tokyo. The rooms are big, modern, clean and very good value. There's a konbini downstairs too. One of the few hotels in Japan that provides extra pillows. The beds are comfortable, shower and bath bigger than most hotels in Japan. Recommended.

Can't think of any. We'd definitely choose this hotel if we ever come here again. Ariake is pretty much out of the way from most places but hardly the hotel's fault.

Stayed in a family room, room size is acceptable for four people. The bathroom is generously sized. The toilet is separated and has it own sink, which is very convenient.

Was told that family rooms are all located on lower floor. Our room faced the metro exit, so we have to put down the curtains all the time.

Very good location if need to take MRT & have agenda in Tokyo Big Sight. But the overall service & breakfast truly not in expectation & need a big improvement if compared with other hotel in near around the area.

Counter service not really good & only intern, Ms. Kim provided very excellent service.
