About this house rental

This home is great for two families looking to share the expense. With two different living areas it allows each family their own space. Townhouse is located within walking distance of Settlers Green, the new Home Depot and Christmas Tree Shop. We are located in the heart of all North Conway has to offer. Snow mobile trails can be accessed directly from the parking lot area. Mt. Cranmore is a 5 min. drive. Storyland is only 15 min. away. Black Mountain and Wildcat are about 25 min. away.
Townhouse is fully furnished with luxury furniture and appliances. There are 4 televisions and 2 HDTV flat screen. Towels and linens provided.

We returned to this location in what had become our annual Storyland and Santa's Village weekend. We will definitely be returning as the place is able to hold there different families.

Location was perfect, complex was super quite, plenty of space for 2 families. A few things that didn't work (remotes and tvs in the bottom level), which were a bit annoying but overll great place.

We rented this property with two other families for a ski weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and two separate living areas making it easy for the kids and adults to hang out. We would recommend this property and would stay here again. The location was key for restaurants and shopping and only a short drive to several ski resorts and other winter activities.

The townhouse was perfect for our large family. It was centrally located to all restaurants and stores. The house was equipped with all necessary essentials and very clean. We are looking forward to be able to stay there again in the future.

Quick weekend getaway for a family wedding in Fryeburg, Maine. This townhouse met all our needs. Multiple levels, bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready at the same time. It is very conveniently located near many beautiful scenic spots, as well as outlets , and restaurants. Quick response from owner when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I would recommend this townhouse and would rent here again if in the area.

Meet our needs for our stay. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Really only sleeps 10 comfortable with sleeping arrangements without sleeping in the loft area. Would consider using again.

Even before we checked in, the owner responded to us quickly with any questions we had. Once we were there, it was a great week. Location is perfect, house was clean, neat, and had everything you needed. We had 10 people--grandparents,adult children, and grandchildren and everyone loved it. There was nothing you could want that wasn't there and the location is central to everything. We did Storyland, Santa's Village, White Lake, shopping, North Conway center, and the poool. Wonderful time!

Accommodations were perfect for my family and gave everyone their own room and privacy. Different levels were great , although stairs to the lower level needs a railing. Although paying for a cleaning fee was not particularly clean , dirty silverware put into the drawer , rugs not vacuumed . Great location , overall my family , kids ranging from 1 to 8 and their parents had a great stay

All in all, a terrific stay - convenient, great price, terrific and easy communication, and a comfortable, spacious base. The only downsides are a lack of lighting makes reading in the living room difficult, but I realize not everyone cares about that in a vacation home. It was also hard to get ventilation in the winter so it got hot and musty fairly quickly.

Great location! Right in the heart of North Conway! Minutes from restaurants and shops. Only about a 10 min drive too Cranmore. Only negative... It's a town house. I've never stayed or lived in a townhouse. The neighbors were extremely noisy. Not that it was a party or anything. But it sounded like they were in the house having a gathering rather the unit next door.

Our Hiking Group planned a weekend away to do some light hiking and other outdoor activities. Unfortunately, due to the weather we were sidelined to inside activities. The property was perfectly located for this situation. We were surrounded by shopping and dining options and the house was big enough that we hosted a game night. We all had a great weekend.

Clean as a whistle, conscientious, roomy! My one and only problem we’re the TVS! It needs better directions on how to work them! We don’t have spectrum or roku. The only thing we were able to watch was Disney plus! Great for when the kids stopped over!!! Highly recommend this spot!

This condo is located so close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and all that North Conway has to offer! I was amazed that it was still calm and quiet within the area of the condo despite the proximity. The pool was a bonus for the hot days. The large number of bedrooms with a variety of layouts made it perfect for our group with two families. I wouldnt recommend the lofted room for children. We didnt feel it was safe for ours given the steep spiral staircase and lack of door, but we still had plenty of bedrooms without it. And the host was very responsive!

This was a great property, clean and large to accommodate my family. All couples actually got our own floor which was great. In walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and dining or a quick drive with plenty of parking. The pool was great as well as the on site dumpster and additional parking. Would absolutely stay again!

My family and I very much enjoying staying here! There were 9 of us in total (6 adults and 3 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. Each of the rooms was pretty well-insulated in terms of sound, meaning that it was easy to for us to talk, play games, or watch TV in multiple rooms without disturbing each other. There was also plenty of storage space for groceries in the kitchen and for our clothes/toiletries in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is pretty centrally located in North Conway and is very close to Settlers Green and to the downtown North Conway area. We would definitely recommend this space to other families looking for a place to stay in North Conway.

Comfortable temperature throughout the house. My family of 6 had plenty of room. Clean. The twin beds on the bottom floor are definitely for kids as they can handle the hardness. Great time and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was perfect for our two families. Everything was very clean and the property is in a perfect location. We did Santa’s village and story land with the 6 kids and enjoyed relaxing back at the house after. Thank you for a great long weekend!!

Was a great place to stay with our three families, we each had our own floor with a full bathroom so getting ready each morning was a breeze. Easy trip downtown and 12 min drive to story land. We do annual trip with our 3 families to bring our children to story land each year and this was the perfect house to do so. Hopefully will be able to stay again next year. Just wish the caterpillars weren't everywhere so we could have enjoyed the patio!

Visiting with young children we had to make multiple runs to grocery stores. The location was great with its proximity to all the stores, good restaurants and short drive to storyland as well. The house was spacious for our group of 10.

This property was well maintained and clean. I found it to be one of the best coordinated properties I have ever rented in terms of communication, and access to the property. The location was extremely convenient and in close proximity to grocery shopping, premium outlets and mostly all outdoor activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our say and wouldn't hesitate renting this property again in any season. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for great place to spend time in North Conway. Check in process was smooth and simple. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a large screen TV in the living room and plenty of seating so we could all enjoy a movie together. The gas fireplace was a nice addition in terms of ambiance and warmth. Location was perfect! Cynthia was attentive and responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!!
