Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front property on Poipu Beach. White sands, palm tree shaded grassy areas, state of the art gas grills, complimentary towels and beach chairs and chaise lounges are all standard fare. Relax on the beach or go boogie boarding. Snorkeling is seconds away. If you prefer the shade, there's a beautiful shaded grassy area to enjoy with very comfortable chaise lounges or chairs for your use at the Beach Hut. We have a great beach umbrella for you to take to the beach as well as a large cooler! Boogie boards too!

Our condo is completely remodeled with dramatic granite counters, white cabinets, tiled and glass shower, over-sized tiled floor. It is fully stocked with spices and amenities, (and a very powerful Ninja blender!). There's also a bocce ball set! Snorkel gear; kids beach toys! We have TWO air conditioning units - bedroom and living room. NEW living room furniture and new SOFA BED! COMFY!
All new designer furniture. All new TVs and appliances. Wireless modem. 1 gbps internet speed! Stereo sound bar with bluetooth abilities! All new LED lights! New lanai furniture on brand new lanai tile! Completely equipped for a very comfortable stay. Pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts across the street, at no charge. NO Resort fees! NO parking fees! The beach is literally only 90 seconds away!
There is air conditioning in BOTH the bedroom and living rooms! Laundry facility is a 60 second walk across the driveway.

My kids and I stayed for a week and had the best time! #39 is ideally located with quiet lawn just outside the back door and the ocean front just steps away! The place was clean, had lots of natural light and a well stocked kitchen for anything you might want to cook or prepare. I highly recommend!

Nicest of the units we’ve stayed in. Close to main lawn but landscaping offers privacy on the lanai. Had all we needed. Overall pleasant experience.

Fantastic location! Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo is well clean, equipped and has a very comfortable bed! the end unit location provides for great ventilation and virtually zero foot traffic past the lani for added privacy.

We loved our condo location and everything was perfect for our four nights stay! The bed was firm, but comfortable for us. We loved the sounds of birds, all of the beautiful flora/fauna and the views at the beach were lovely. The condo grounds are gorgeous!

Exceptional, remodeled unit with perfect location -less than two minutes to the beach, and comfort. We are visiting Kauai and Kiahuna Plantation for 20 years and stayed in may units; this was definitely one of the best stays.

We’ve seen almost a dozen units on the property and this is one of our favorites. It’s nicely updated, well equipped, very clean and only a short walk to the beach. This unit has two working AC units (which is a rarity). It’s also as the end of the building in a greenery corner so it’s quite and more private than many units. I would stay here again

The property was very clean and tighty.You have everything to cook meals and wash dishes, all the comforts of home.Didn't know about the towel, dish clothes, and wash clothes situation. Very close to the beach which was very nice. The grounds are very well kept like a park or golf course.I would definitely recommend this condo to other people.

We loved this unit and the property, we will definitely refer family and friends when they want to come to Kauai for a vacation. We are a local family that wanted to feel like we were on vacation…and boy did we. This is a beautiful unit, has everything you need.

LOCATION-LOCATION Everything was so nice a 2 min walk to Beach and Ocean .. You can Surf , snorkel and kick board . A 10 min walk to see the sea turtles coming in to rest on the beach . This was truly amazing …

Condo was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. One of the reasons we chose this property was the beautiful pool that we assumed that was on the grounds of the property. The pool was actually across the road at a athletic club. We had a car so it was no big deal. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a VRBO property. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the property and Kauai. Charlie & Janet

First let me tell you that Randy is a 6 star when it comes to communication. He is on top of all the communications and does t make you wait. The property itself is great and my few complaints and they are pretty minor in the scheme of things are: there is zero storage area for your pantry items like cereal, chips, etc. We were able to hear our neighbors through the louvre windows at night but they were all respectful and went to bed at a decent hour and lastly the toilet is really situated in an odd spot - nothing Randy can do, but I felt like I was in a French bathroom with zero leg room. Lol. Other than that the property is very close to the beach, clean and updated. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and minutes from two golf courses. If you want a cute getaway this property fits nicely.

Every detail was covered for a beautiful vacation. Boogie boards, rafts, fins etc... in the closet. Back patio overlooks Hawaiian landscape, which ties in with the homes decor. Highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic spotless condo! We enjoyed a very comfortable 40th Anniversary stay at Randy's Kiahuna condo #39. The location is ideal and very quiet. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioner ( for those of you wondering, the A/C isn't in the pictures, but rest assured, it's there and it works very well ! ). Randy was also very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Very hard to leave!

This is the best location for a small family, the beautiful garden area gives a lot of room for the kids to run around and play and see the roosters and other birds. Also the Air conditioning was a huge plus for my family. The unit is very close to the beach and the towel hut is right down the sidewalk from the unit. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Kauai. Randy was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. Thank you Randy.

The Kiahuna Plantation landscaping, and it's location at one of the best beaches in the island, make for a fantastic stay every time! As described by owner Randy, unit 39 is clean and relatively quiet and secluded, as it is at the end of a little landscaping cull de sac. Ground floor, with a little bush/tree shielded yard of the lanai.

Location is perfect, short walk to one beach and plenty of restaurants. Unit is close to the beach and on the ground floor, right by the office. We arrived too early to check in but they let us store our bags in the office so we could go to the beach while we waited. Only feedback would be the beach gear situation. Beach towels are provided by the resort, one relatively small towel per guest. Same with chairs, but they aren't the kind that are easy to move so if you want to go to one of the other beaches, you can't take those with you. The umbrella was nice to have though. Overall we had a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Randy’s unit. We loved that we could catch morning sun on the private lanai. The kitchen was well-equipped so we had everything we needed. Just salt & pepper though, no herbs or spices as someone had mentioned, so be prepared for that. We’ll pack some of our own next time. The mattress was heavenly—not too soft, not too firm. The beach club across the street is so cool, and the food at the bar & grill was delicious. We definitely plan to return.

The condo is clean and comfortable, and the grounds of the resort are well-maintained. We were grateful for the air conditioners as it got quite warm a couple of days. The king size bed was very comfortable! The kitchen only had salt and pepper... no spices were there. We wished the pool was closer, but it was not a big deal as we enjoyed the beach. The beach was beautiful, and having chairs and towels available right near the beach was very convenient.

My wife and I were unable to make the trip, so my two sisters went in our place. My sisters said the condo was spotless and everything work as they should. They loved the ground floor, the patio and the easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!!!
