Sehr schönes Hotel

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer sehr modern, sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Betten sehr bequem. Die Innenstadt in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen.

Im Gegenzug wie schön & modern das Hotel ist hätte bei der Ankunft die Dame am Empfang etwas motivierter sein dürfen.

Stay here for a disappointing, overpriced buffet

$13.00/person for a substandard buffet is outrageous. None of the food, of the poor selection, was hot. Several items were cold and when the buffet attendant refilled the scrambled eggs -- replacing the dried out crumbs still in the serving dish -- they were still only lukewarm. The biscuits were lukewarm, the gravy was cold. The grits, if removed by a spoonful and hurled across the room could have done damage had they struck anyone -- the were beyond cold, lumpy, and congealed. The next day we ate at a real restaurant, paid the same price and received HOT food. Oh, one other thing. Replace the toilets with comfort height toilets that approach 19 inches. It is really not comfortable squatting on a toad stool that went out of date decades ago.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very ghetto, and it was not clean.

It looked very nice

The bathroom was very nasty was not clean at all. It was hair in the shower. It was film on the shower floor that I could feel on my feet. No towels no rags housekeeping wasn’t pleasant at all

Very clean, comfortable and great location

Front desk was really slow. To check in the lady in front desk was too slow, she talked to everybody, make sure she got her drink, dance and all that, even that she saw it was a big line waiting to check in. She was not clear with information, she just told me I had a few of $20 dollars, not explained what it was for. But when I check out it was another lady big difference, she explained me what those $20 extra were for, and she was fast too.

Amazing!

Very modern and welcoming. Our room was amazing, with beautiful views. It felt very upscale, and had a unique layout. Restaurant/bar area also nice. Bartender mixed me a great custom cocktail. Great hotel for a couples getaway.

Good gym. Perfect staff, they was daily send sms asking about comfortable stay and if I need anything extra. Free nice parking. Nice view, room size was good. New furniture. Free shuttle to the city

The hotel was an extremely short ride to all of the main sites and attractions, it was clean, comfortable and had free parking. The staff was kind and helpful.

Very enjoyable! I would stay there again.

The break fast was very tasty. A little more variety would have been better. But it was great to have the option to eat in doors or eat outside.

This is not in your control, but the pool was cold... like bone cold. It was April, so I get it, but would be nice if the property had an indoor pool or a hot tub. But I'm sure in the summer it's great.

Nice hotel, terrible bathroom door that lacked privacy. Would be fine for a single person or couple.

Not enough bathroom privacy. Barn door on the bathroom didn’t lock, was very loud when it opened and closed along the top track, which woke up my family, and left huge cracks on either side due to the style. Hotel was nice, but this feature alone would keep me from booking here again.

Customer Service Staff Member Nightmare

Location, room, layout, placed in a wonderful location, close to everything, but far enough away to not be bothered by traffic noise/ road noise. Facilities are super clean, and staff is very helpful. (Most of the staff anyways). Only had one issue with a staff member on March 24th at 5A.M. working front desk. Other than that issue and not allowing us to check in earlier, and lying about having availability. Our stay was pleasant and would stay there again. As long as we know next time, our family will not have to find another place to stay for a few hours before being able to check in.

I don't like being lied to or being treated rudely by a staff member who was clearly too busy to finish her meal or find someone else to assist us. Don't like the confusion about bring told one thing on the phone then another when we got to hotel.

Very clean. New, less than 5 years old. Good location for touring downtown Charleston. Free shuttle service to downtown, 4:00pm to 9:30pm, daily. Even if you drive the short distance to downtown, there are plenty of parking facilities downtown. Would definitely consider staying there again. Housekeeping is very efficient, which is hard to come by these days.

Clean rooms good location

Breakfast was buffet style, and the offerings and quality were horrible on the one day I had it. there was a small sign that said the cost was $13, which I paid at the front desk. However, other hotel guests just came up and ate and never paid. The offerings were more what you find at a free breakfast provided by the hotel. There is also a bar which gets quite loud at night

Disappointing

we were initially given a room that was full of dirty plates and an unmade bed and someones belongings..... then we received a room (after dragging our stuff back downstairs) that the blinds would not close ..... when we called for help ... she had no suggestions or offered no help.... we did not sleep well with the windows exposed , we were up with the sun..... we only had 1 towel in the bathroom...We payed $349 w tax too much for the stay experience.....
