This was the perfect little place for us to take a long weekend in Charleston. The space was clean, the location was convenient and the hospitality was wonderful.

The space was just right for us. It was extremely clean, close Charleston and beaches and quiet. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend!

This is a perfect place for a couple. It is small, but it is everything you need. It was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. The hosts even had a bottle of red and white wine and snacks waiting on us. They were very quick to respond to any messages. It’s clean and has a separate entrance from the main house. It’s only minutes from downtown, about a 10 minute drive. Definitely recommend.

The bathroom had a step up to the toilet and bath. Several times I stumbled due to holding clothing in my hands (I was able to catch myself and did not fall). A handrail or yellow tape on the step up might help older people like me. Also I used the tub and realized there was no bar to help me get out.

This is perfect for a couple getaway. Great location! We had one little hiccup due to a storm that affected the power supply to the AC unit and they addressed it immediately. 10/10

We had a wonderful time! This quaint, adorable little place was perfect for us. It was in a great area where we felt right at home walking nightly. It is also located in good proximity for sightseeing. Our first two days were spent in Charleston, third day in Folly Beaxh and fourth in Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms. This place is so cute and comfortable and the owners are awesome!

This spot is studio apartment-like. It was in the perfect location to explore Charleston and the surrounding areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and frozen yogurt A short Uber Ride to Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek. Rented bikes to get into downtown Charleston in 15 minutes from the house. Place has everything you need.

My wife and I took a few days to roam around Charleston. The property was perfect for the two of us and the location was central to all we did.

Small but very comfortable separate building on the owners’ property in a mature, quiet development. Separate off-street parking with a private access to a private courtyard. Place was perfect for the two of us. It would have been tight with four people (max occupancy). Convenient to downtown Charleston (averaged about a 15 minute drive). Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the accommodations!

Beautiful property and convenient location just across the bridge from downtown—would stay again! We had bad luck arriving after a rainstorm and the driveway and courtyard had about 3 inches of water, but it cleared the next day. Enjoyed our stay otherwise!

This was a great little place just the right size for my husband and I and a quick drive to downtown. Very clean and good amenities.

Our stay In Charleston was absolutely amazing. The cottage was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Their southern hospitality was evident with a chilled bottle of wine which was welcome after a long drive from Virginia. Our hosts were extremely helpful and quickly answered every question we had. They also respected our privacy, the cottage was private with its own entrance and driveway. It is minutes away from historic downtown Charleston as well as Folly Beach, Sullivan’s Island and several wonderful shopping areas. We had a fabulous time and would stay in this beautiful cottage again in a heartbeat! We will be back! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

The cottage was quaint and perfect for us and the dog. The location was lovely for walking and it was easy to get to all the tourist activities we wanted. Being practically on the bike path was a bonus for us. Our week there was very enjoyable.

Nice and quiet and private. Rail trail close to house…all paved. Can walk to Harris Teeter, Whole Foods or dinner. Charleston 15-20 minute drive.

A charming little/tiny cottage within a pleasant neighbourhood setting. Taking uber into the historic centre was very useful. Cozy space for relaxing and reading upon return. Easy parking and friendly hosts.

Significant attention to detail, with touches of quality enhancements made the home superb. Quality sheets, a well-stocked pantry for basics, (herbs, oil, utensils, cleaning products etc) made all the extra stuff I brought superfluous.
Will and Tricia were excellent hosts. Offered to help with everything that I needed, including ensuring that bbq was filled with propane. Honestly recommend. The place was a little oasis steps from the most beautiful city in the world.

I had a list of all of the places I wanted to see, but I did not realize I was no more than 20 minutes from ANY destination, and in many cases it was 10 minutes! The house felt like our own little enclave and was very cozy. Kudos to making a garage a cute little home!

Fantastic hosts with a fantastic property. Exactly as described, super clean, and a plethora of little touches too numerous to list. Location close to West Ashley and Downtown Charleston. Book now, you will not be disappointed. We will return.

Immaculately clean. This property is perfect for staying in Charleston. The location makes it easy to get down to the water/marsh for a boat tour, or to downtown. The owner takes extra care to provide special touches to make the stay special. Everything was very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Grocery and restaurants within easy walking distance. We hope to visit again very soon!

We came for a short vacation. The place is very clean, private and close to restaurants/bars, and a short drive, Uber/Lyft to historic downtown Charleston.

Beautiful little nautical cottage in a converted garage. Lovely old residential neighborhood but really close (.5 mi.) to great shops and restaurants, a vibrant local scene not in the vortex of tourist Charleston but if you want to, it's a close drive over a bridge into town. Way too many thoughtful touches to list, everything you could possibly need is included. I have stayed in a dozen or so of these properties around the country and this is the star.

This place was just perfect for us! Quite charming and comfortable. Perfectly located for everywhere we wanted to go in and around Charleston. Couldn’t have made a better a choice!

We had a great stay, in a very cute cottage, close to Downtown Charleston. The property was very well stocked, and quite comfortable. There is a nice private patio area, with a barbecue grill, ability to have a campfire, and plenty of seating, with private, off-street parking included. The neighborhood is quiet, with dinning and shopping opportunities near by. The owners are very accommodating, and available for questions and answers about the property and the local area. We highly recommend this property to any couple or small family. You’ll enjoy your stay.

We looked for a spot close to Charleston to see all the city has to offer. This place is PERFECTION. It’s a 7 minute drive to the prime parts of historic C-ton. The place is quaint, private, and peaceful. The owners have thought of everything and offer so many small but meaningful conveniences that make this spot even better. From the bottle of wine waiting for us to the fire starter log left out for us to end the evening. So so good.
Thanks again for having us!

The house was adorable-very cozy. Decorated so nicely. The neighborhood was excellent! We enjoyed the walk ability of the area. The greenway was just houses away. On the down side, the bathroom had a step in it which I missed the first day we were there and it left a pretty good goose egg on my knee. Also the bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it.

This was an ideal unit for my wife and myself to stay during our week visiting Charleston and area. It was well laid out, private and perfectly equipped. Location in West Ashley was an easy 10 minute drive to Historic Charleston. The unit is situated in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, shops and bike trails nearby. No hesitation recommending this to anyone looking for a place to stay while exploring this lovely city.

Darling little bungalow, tastefully furnished, with plenty of kitchen supplies and linens, a comfortable queen bed and a nice open sunny patio with surrounding privacy walls (gated). The only problem was that it smelled like old cigarette smoke which wouldn't clear after five days with windows and door open! Even our clothes smelled of stale cigarette smoke when we unpacked them at home. Other than that it was charming.

The propery was really easy to access and we were able to come and go without disturbing the host. The room was very clean and came with some complementary snacks and wine. 😍 The room accommodated my son(5), my husband and myself very well and didnt feel crowded. Over all this place is a 10/10 and we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Charleston area again.

Cottage is better suited for couples.
Not a lot of privacy with teenagers.
They have a grill but a hot plate to cook on so might want to buy prepared sides.
It cute and cozy but we felt like we didn’t have enough privacy to enjoy ourselves.
We left a day early. The lights shining in at night was hard to sleep.

At first you think we are staying in a backyard. Then you open the fence to this quant little area! We had privacy, fire pit. Even when you walk into the one bedroom studio it has everything you need. The host provided coffee, gave wipes, hairdryer , even a straightener. Conveniently located to all the great restaurants.
We will stay here again.
