Amazing place to stay, couldn't fault it. The Irish breakfast is the best with all the beautiful trimmings. Rooms are lovely and cosy and so comfortable. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend and great value for money

The room is comfortable, with ample storage space and the bed is good quality. Though, the real highlight of this B&B is the breakfast. I have been served a full Irish breakfast completely plant based and it was very good!
Nothing to be disliked. Just keep in mind that Elphin is a very small town and for a restaurant you will have to move to the nearest city, that is 12km far.

The place is exquisite, breakfast, decoration and accomodation were also a plus. You can tell they put attention to every detail. Our stay couldn't have been better. Thank you very much for the nice welcoming and tips around Elphin, we hope we come back soon!

Firmer mattress and pillows.

Nice and quiet village perfectly situated to explore the surroundings. Very nice personel, and the breakfast was enormous! The room was big and cosy, and the bathroom was perfect. Very short way to Rathcroghan, the Celtic site with enthrilling excavations and information about Ireland in prehistory. Many places to visit within a short drive, which suited us very good. Definitely worth a visit!

Everything, rooms were clean, hostess was lovely & so helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The Townhouse was situated in just the right place for an overnight stay before boarding our hire boat for a week on the Shannon.

Very friendly host. We asked for soya milk for tea. Immediately she jumped into the car and drove to the supermarket to get some. While outside it was raining and windy.
Vegan full irish breakfast available: e.g. vegan black pudding, vegan cheese etc.
Room was very clean.
Unfortunately, there was mould on the wall next to the bed. Not very healthy.

Rooms were very clean. Host was very nice. We had everything we needed. We could also bring our dog which was a huge bonus.
Everything was great.

The Townhouse felt very warm and inviting as soon as I entered and I was welcomed by the lovely owner, Kathleen. My room was comfy, spacious and perfect for my stay. The location too was great as St Patrick's church; my grandparents final resting place, food shops, a windmill and bars to watch the Irish six nations in were all within walking distance. Also easy to get the local bus outside. There was also a sumptuous choice for breakfast daily, which was absolutely delicious. All the staff I met were kind and helpful and allowed my elderly aunt to visit me as she was passing through the area. I'm so grateful as I'd not seen her for around 15 years!
The fact that I'd not booked longer for my stay as there's still places I've not had chance to visit as I'd travelled by public transport. I'm hoping to return one day.

Lovely clean modern room with everything you could want.
Extra bed was a blow up bed which was very noisy.
Plumbing can be heard when other guests flush toilet..enough to waken you from ure sleep

The location was a little off the beaten track for where we were going, but it was worth it. The hostess was very gracious and the breakfast exceptional. The little frig was a very nice touch.
