Welcome to the Golden Pineapple... Generously appointed, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with bonus room/home office and private heated (optional) pool.

Located in a nice quiet North Port neighborhood, near i75 and Rte. 41 providing easy access to shopping, dining, great beaches, golf courses, parks and Warm Minerals Springs is a short drive away.

This three bedroom, two bath vacation home is situated on a very nice double corner lot (the yard is not fully fenced in). The home has an open floor plan, when you enter the home you are greeted with a comfortable seating area with views of the lanai. A few steps further takes you into the kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and open to the living area and breakfast nook. There is also a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a walk-in closet and private master bath, with sunken walk-in shower and dual sinks. The master bedroom also has sliders with access to the lanai/pool area. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a full sized bed, double door closet and sliders to the garden area with views of the lime tree. The guest full bathroom contains a standard tub/shower combo and the home also has an attached 2 car garage for convenient parking and access to the home. The lanai/pool area is great for swimming, grilling, dining, lounging or just sipping your coffee outside in the morning.

The home is equipped with YouTubeTV which offers a premium subscription with over 100+ channels in the living area and master and guest bedrooms with high speed internet and WiFi is available throughout the home. The house is fully stocked with fresh linens and bath towels and there are also towels for the pool as well as umbrellas and chairs for the beach.

This home is pet friendly (no cats), and non-smoking with a max occupancy of 6 people. Please inquire about the option to have the pool heated during your stay.

Please note, our security system includes cameras that monitor the well & pool equipment and the exterior of the home only (for the safety of our guests). For your privacy, the pool area is not monitored.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week at the Pineapple House. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our time there. Its proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and a short drive to the beach (about 30 minutes) was very convenient. Your hospitality was exceptional, with quick and clear communication throughout our stay. The high-speed internet and comfortable amenities ensured we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our vacation—we would highly recommend it to others!

We had a fantastic stay at John's Vrbo in Florida. From the moment we booked, John was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and very spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy. The quiet location was a real bonus, with low traffic ensuring a peaceful and serene environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area. It was well-fenced for safety and included a lovely lanai, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather without any interruptions. The Pineapple House lives up to it's five star reviews! We loved the layout, and decor of the home. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare meals and have fun at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels). John was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to minor problems and questions. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic, I enjoyed walking my dog in the mornings. The lanai and pool were wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean upon arriving and just a great house to spend our time in Florida. Kitchen was equipped very nicely and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The supplies from toiletries, paper goods, to soaps were just another pleasant surprise. It was a truly great "Vacation". Thanks John for your continued communication and for making our stay so pleasant.

I had high confidence (and expectations) of this property based on all the previous 5 star ratings. The property was up to those expectations. The house was very clean. The master bed was very comforable. I liked the layout of the house. Makes it easy for spending time with family. The office was very useful and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated that they provided dish soap and garbage bags and detergent. They also had chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles in the garage you could use. The seating on the patio was ample and the two chairs outside the bedroom sliding door were really comfortable. The pool was the higlight and we enjoyed it a lot. The host does a great job of providing all the things you might need. The host provides lots of clear information and instructions and responda very quickly if you have a question. Staying here felt like home, I will very strongly consider returning.

The house was clean, roomy, quiet neighborhood. Garage to park our car was spacious and clean. Pool was wonderful with noodles provided! The owner/host was quick to answer our questions and provide solutions to any issues we had. We highly recommend this lovely home.

The house was as described, well appointed, and a very comfortable home for indoor/outdoor living in a quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the split BR plan, lanai/pool area, and Roku TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. John was very responsive to all communications.

What a beautiful home away from home. The house was clean, it had so many extras (air fryer, cleaners, extra pillows/blankets), brand new washer and dryer, and it was pet friendly. Not to mention the owner responded to every message sent almost immediately. Such an excellent experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was outstanding! It is in a beautiful neighborhood, friendly and very quiet. It is also pet friendly. The home was in the path of Hurricane Ian and John updated us with repairs to the pool cage and fencing several times before our arrival. The house is immaculate! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you need. There are beach chairs, umbrellas in case you want to go to the beach. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool, reading and relaxing on the lanai. This house is highly recommended and we look forward to returning again the next year.

We enjoyed our month at Golden Pineapple. Neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Pool was excellent and we swam everyday. Any issues were handled quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this home for vacation needs.,

We rented property from Christmas Eve for 2 weeks. First off the property is SO clean and has everything that you could need or want to be comfortable. We had friends join us for Christmas Day - we had dinner outside on the lanaii and were able to enjoy the quiet and the warm swimming pool. We generally rent in FL around Christmas this is our 4th year, this property is the best that we have rented and will rent again if available. They also have beach chairs, mats, umbrellas that we put to good use as well. Honestly, the owners have thought and considered everything that you could need to enjoy your stay.

Four of us stayed for 13 days in this lovely home. It was absolutely spotless with plentiful provisions in the kitchen and baths. You would have to try hard to find even a speck of dust! We fell in love with the heated pool which had the cage over it to keep out insects and other creatures. The pool was heavenly! We often swam morning and evening and spent many hours reading on the back patio. The neighborhood was so very quiet and we took many long walks through the area. I would love to stay here again and recommend it highly!

We had a wonderful winter vacation at the Pineapple House. John and Jenn really did a great job making Us feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and visiting nearby towns.Five Stars for sure. We will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We were using it as our "in between" home during the home buying/moving process. The master bed was very comfortable. TV in the master which I appreciated. Strong WIFI, comfortable couches, large side yard for my dogs. Did not use the pool because it was cold during our stay, however, sitting out on the pool deck was nice. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple House. It was well stocked and conveniently located near 75 and shopping. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it was a wonderful vacation. We’ll be back! John was very responsive to messages. The check in and check out process was easy. We paid a little extra to heat the pool and were able to swim on Christmas when the temperature dropped below 50. Highly recommended this home and hosts!
