About this house rental

Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home with a private and extensively landscaped backyard including a heated pool on a 1/2 acre lot. Great South Florida location. Our home is well appointed and continually being upgraded. Travertine floors, upgraded and well appointed Kitchen. The pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine from mid-morning through the rest of the day including views of beautiful sunsets. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to the pool area. Large ensuite with soaking tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool. 3rd Bedroom includes two twins right next to the third full bathroom. The large open living area with walkout to pool and 65"4K Television/Home entertainment system and High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home as is cable tv. Pool Resurfaced/Retiled 2020. Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. 2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa. Even though we couldnt swim most of our stay and we had ac problems, the house was perfect for our family. Anything you could need in a kitchen was there. Games, puzzles, speakers for music, and so much more. We even added a pool float and some puzzles to the collection so other guests can enjoy them as well. The location was so quiet and perfect for being away from the chaos and hustle and bustle of Florida. The landscaping was immaculate! Perfect for photo sessions. We would recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future.

if you’re looking for somewhere quieter and relaxing this house has it all a crystal clear pool. A house with everything that you need with so much to do around this area I won’t be hesitating to come back. Thank you for the best holiday. I’ve had in a very long time.

I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to stay there. The pool was absolutely wonderful, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. The booking process, checking in and out was very easy. I would give this home and process twelve stars out of 10.

The home was spacious, immaculate, and very well-appointed. The pool was lovely and well-maintained and the kitchen had everything I needed. I cooked most of our meals and didn’t find anything lacking as far as cooking, serving, plates, etc. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. This property is a 10/10!

The property was everything we expected was awesome. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating. You didn't get to use the pool. It hardly used anything actually, but we really enjoyed. A filthright home away from home for us.

We stayed in this home for 2 months while our new construction home was being built. The home is roomy and comfortable and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need. The landscaping is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai next to the pool and relaxing in a tropical paradise! We saw a large gopher tortoise, rabbits, a possum and a bobcat with her 2 kittens. The bobcat was amazing to see as she passed thru the yard. Only saw her twice. The home is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood but not far from shopping on Tamiami or Punta Gorda. We also had easy access to Sarasota, Englewood, Venice and Ft. Myers and enjoyed visiting many different beaches and waterfront restaurants. Nadine is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions we had. She was very flexible and understanding when we needed to extend our stay because of delays with our home. We felt very lucky to stay in such a lovely home and highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable home stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool and lanai area and the landscaping is gorgeous. Very quiet area but not far to shops and restaurants on Tamiami and not far from Punta Gorda. We saw a turtle, possum, and a bobcat Mom passed thru the yard with her two babies. We can’t wait to come back in August!

The homeowners have created such a welcoming vacation home. The home is beautiful, the location ideal with easy access to so much and the house is set up with everything you could need. The pool is ideal with beautiful landscaping offering privacy, serenity and the sounds of nature. This was our second visit and we hope one day to have a third.

We stayed in this Port Charlotte rental as we were meeting with a realtor to find us a new home. This rental was just as stated. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai and in the pool. Even though you could see a few homes, the house felt secluded which is what we wanted. The landscaping was beautiful. We met the pool person and he was a wealth of knowledge about the area. There was plenty of room for us all. We would definitely rent this property again and have already told our friends if they are visiting to do the same. You won't be disappointed!

This home is beautiful and every comfort for guests has been included. The property landscaping is amazing with many different plants and flowers - even a lime tree! The kitchen was very well equipped and prepared easy dinners so we could continue to enjoy the perfect pool. Very private and quiet. The owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our three children, all under the age of 13. All items that we needed were available somewhere in the house. The layout is great and it was very spacious for our family. We loved the easy access to the pool from most anywhere in the house and the pool temperature was great. We have nothing bad to say about the property. It is several miles from shopping and groceries, but we knew that when we chose the house. The location to many beaches was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at the home! The pool was so fun for the kids, the home was fully stocked with everything plus some, and we were very comfortable for our 10-day stay. We live locally and we’re getting work done on our home, and were so glad to have found a home away from home that was so lovely. Also, we had a tiny issue one day and were able to quickly reach both the property manager and Nadine, who promptly solved the issue. Thank you! Highly recommended!

This property was just wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the pool or just on the beautiful lanai. The location made easy access to the public beach and the harbor walk on the Punta Gorda side of the harbor.
