The condominium, full of flowers between the dry stone walls, is located in a quiet and safe area with a breathtaking view of the gulf, which can also be enjoyed from the shared garden set among the traditional dry stone walls of Liguria.
The 120 square meter apartment consists of an elegant living room overlooking Portofino, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub and three bedrooms.
A double bedroom, a twin bedroom is a delightful attic with a single bed.
The whole apartment has parquet flooring and Marina-style furniture and brass finishes.
The apartment has a parking space.
Possibility to visit Portofino, Santa Margherita and the 5 lands with the boat reachable with 15 minutes on foot. The train station is 5 minutes by car.

The center of Rapallo with its all services such as bars, restaurants and boutiques is easily accessible with a short walk or with private bus only for our residence stopping In front of the house 4 times per day.
The residence where the apartment is located is very quiet and absolute safe.
The apartment is composed by a comfortable and elegant living room boat style, a totally equipped kitchen with dishwash, two large bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with king-size bed, one wonderful boat attic style with one single bed and two comfortable bathrooms one with tub and the other with shower.
From every room you will enjoy a wonderful panoramic sea view and admire the fantastic landscape.
This house can accommodate five persons; it is very comfortable for families or friends holiday.
The property has a private Parking and a private bus service.
Located near the Tigullio’s Gulf there is a ferry-boats where it is possible to take boats to Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino; the train station is at 8 minutes by taxi now 20 minutes by feet from the apartment.
at 20 minutes walk there is a cableway taking you above the Gulf and from where you will admire all its glory.
For golf lovers there is a splendid field with 18 holes only at 8 minutes by car; for who loves tennis there are also some fields available in the same club.
