The hotel has a great location! It's a 5 min walk from the Limousine Airport Bus Station. 3 min if you catch the crosswalk lights. There are shops, a post office, restaurants and more at the Bus Station. Ton of options. There is a convenience store on the corner and the river is down the street. You can take a beautiful walk along the river or cross over for more restaurants, hole in the wall bakeries, and shops. The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Wonderful staff. The room is clean and modern though extremely small and tight. We only needed a night and it was comfortable and perfect location before heading to the airport. Even included a complimentary non-alcoholic drink. If staying longer splurge for more space.
Just the room size being very tight and small-no where to put luggage, though total value for the location and one night.

The dinner and onsen were really good, well worth the money. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nice and spacious. Very relaxing stay.
Nothing bad

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which was difficult to find during my travel in Japan. Staff was really helpful and really nice. Location was perfect, on the river and 5-minute walk from the stop to the bus for the airport. There are two laundry coins, and the washing and drying machine works perfectly. A vending machine is also available on the first floor.A conveniente store is just behind the hotel. I loved everything of my stay!

Very comfortable bed and I love to take a bath. So even if it’s not the biggest bathtub I will enjoy it.
The neighbourhood is also very quite, which made for absolutely no noise when in the room. Which is a big plus to me.
I used their laundry facilities: the washing was perfect, but after drying my clothes for about 1 hour and a half (90 minutes) my clothes were still soaking wet. Wouldn’t recommend using them if you want to wash multiple clothing items.

Loveee the size of the room for a solo traveler. Bed is comfy. Private bathroom is clean. I also love that across my room is the laundy area. The buffet breakfast is good. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
Pro Tip: In Suigentumae Station, search for exit 1a or b BUT DO NOT EXIT there. Exit at TCAT escalator specially if you have big luggages. Walk straight and look for Hamochi exit. Cross the street and you will see Lawson. It will take you less than 7mins to reach the hotel. If you have flights to/from Narita or Haneda, this hotel is ideal for you so you can take the airport limousine.
None! I liked my stay and will definitely go back here!

1. There was breakfast included and it came in the form of a bento. It consisted of fish (grilled or broiled), rice, tamagoyaki, and some sides, which made for a really filling breakfast.
2. The cleaner on our floor (8th floor) was really nice and friendly, maybe it was because I spoke the language she spoke.
3. The location was a few minutes away from the Hanzomon Line and is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from TCAT, which had a bus shuttle to and from Haneda and Narita airport.
4. There's an AEON My Basket convenience store across the street and it was nice to be able to just buy food from there. As I was there for work and had to work in the morning (think WFH's Work From Home but Work From Hotel), it was a nice short walk across the street to buy delicious convenience store bento for lunch and eat up in my room.
5. The area seems to be filled with residential buildings and was a non-smoking area, so the hotel was also non-smoking.
6. There are also laundry machines available at certain floors, for a fee. It's very convenient!
1. There was the occassional ambulance or firetruck that would pass by and those would get quite loud but it's not enough to rouse you from your sleep.
2. The room was typical of Japanese hotels or business hotels, meaning they are quite small. It's perfectly fine if you stay on your own with minimal luggage because of the tight space.
3. There's also no closet space or not enough closet space to hang my clothes. I got to take a peek at another room when the staff were cleaning and they had a niche to hang coats and some clothes. I had two hooks that allotted 3 hangers each. It was difficult to work around that since I had to hang my coat and my clothes for work meetings just to avoid it creasing.
4. The bathroom was a bit tight but it had a tub, a sink, and a toilet, all Toto. I don't know why but whenver I entered to use the bathroom, I felt a bit dizzy, almost as if I was sea sick. It felt uneven or sometimes felt like it was swaying (that's why I likened it to sea sickness).
5. Not the hotel's fault but August weather in Tokyo felt hotter than any time of year in Manila. I would avoid trips during Summer here.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Sehr sauber.

small room had most of what everyone needs, space is at a premium in Tokyo. this said its good value for what it is
very disappointed with the VERY small bath tub , it wasnt apparent in the photos on the website and booking .com

Location was really nice
I smoke, they should provide smokers a place to smoke. There was absolutely no lounge to relax from the very very small room. The dining area on the 2nd floor should be converted into a lounge

Location was perfect! 3min to the city airport bus station- direct bus to both airport HND and NRT.
The carpet was dirty and with stains.
The WIFI didn’t work in the room at all (or downstairs). Pretty inconvenient. I am flying to Tokyo next month to work and need to find a hotel with Wi-Fi/internet connection in the room.

The location is so great - you can walk 5-10 minutes to the metro stations, easy to get to the centre of the city or any attractions including Disneyland!
Personally for me - it’s so tiny room, but it seems so common for Japan
4.0
It was very clean, in fact every day they changed our towels and they were cleaning our room . Also nice room a bit far away of the centre but it was ok .
The check in was at 3 o’clock and the check out at 11am which I think is not fair as soon as we pay for 3 whole days . Also the breakfast , it was a box with rice and fish and so on but in Europe we are not familiar to this breakfast so we paid for it and didn’t eat it. I think the price is high enough to provide some more choices ..

Location was pretty good. Very quite area, not far from subway station (5 minute walking). Some nice restaurants were located at one side of the hotel, within walking distance. Staff were nice, despite the English limitations. the room was very clean, as well as the hotel facilities.
Breakfast was served as a cold bento box and tea. We were expecting some more variety, with some kids options. And you had to pick at the lobby and bring to your room. Even the canteen room was not open for the guests, not sure why (they didn't tell). Rooms were really small, but this is to be expected in Japan.
4.0
The staff we had at the entrance desk was not willing to help or friendly - we arrived 20’ earlier for check in and she had us waiting at the lobby even if the room was empty and ready. Definitely something I hadn’t experienced before at a 4star hotel. Also the bed was way too small for two people. Wouldn’t recommend.

location was perfect, as it is close to trains and supermarkets, the staff where friendly and welcoming.
As a group of three girls, (two a couple) we all weren’t allowed to sleep in the double room together setting us back another 900$, even though the single beds where large enough for two. the second room we had to pay for also had hair and contacts lenses throughout the room/bed, including when we had to room change.
4.0
The location was perfect, at least for me. The staff is really respectful and solved all the problems that I had during my stay.

Staff is very nice. Washing mashines are available for 500¥. Rooms were clean. Free water. Very good location. Three different subways within walking distance.
The walls and doors arent very soundproof
