Instead of seeing mountain views from the balcony, as I saw in the add for the cabin, we had a forest almost right up to the balcony. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with repairs needed to the cabin. For the amount of cabins in the association, the pool was over crowded most of the time.
The area was just beautiful and close to everything that might be on your to-do list. Traffic is a bumper to bumper situation. Overall, we got to do everything on our list and had an absolute great time in the area.

Our Women’s Ministry enjoyed our stay in the cabin Memory Maker and it is named appropriately. We made some incredible memories during our 3 night stay. It was everything the website said it would be. The location was great and the cabin was clean and well maintained. Thomas rentals was easily accessible and made sure that any questions or concerns were addressed. It is definitely a place that we would stay at again. If you have a group or family that would like a very nice place to stay for a getaway then look no further than Memory Maker Cabin in Seiverville, TN. This was our group's second time staying in Memory Maker. We loved it so much last year that we decided to rent it out again -- and we were not disappointed! Memory Maker is in a great location and is easy to access from the main roads. The cabin was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Communication with management was clear, prompt, and courteous. In comparison to other rental agencies, S&D Properties (Thomas Rentals) promoted at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed time out in Pigeon Forge, just a few minutes drive away. We would highly recommend this cabin to others, and we hope we can come again next year!

We had a great time. The cabin is located in a really convenient area. It’s at the very beginning of the resort so the road isn’t steep yet. However, because it isn’t high up the mountain, the views aren’t that great but it’s still nice. The cabin had plenty of space for multiple families like we had. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great trip to Tennessee. We were a group of 12 ages (50-9 years old). Overall our experience was great and we had a blast. The rental is nice but could use some updates. Would I stay again, yes and only noting experience and suggestion below:
The bedrooms were nice and clean, note not deep cleaned. The beds were comfortable. The third floor view was amazing. The bathrooms provided adequate towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and starting toiletries. No hair dryer.
In terms of privacy, the bottom floor bedroom provides the best in terms of noise/privacy. The cabin is built with little insulation. Planned quiet time is suggested to allow for sleep.
The kitchen is small and kitchen supplies (pots, utensils, crockpot) are aged. The fridge was warm upon arrival and took until the next morning to chill. There is one fridge. We used a large cooler on 2nd floor back porch to keep drinks chilled and iced daily. Dining room table should be replaced.
The hot tub is emptied after each rental. Upon arrival, the water was cold and breaker was blown. Once flipped, it worked great.
The theater room was great and the kids loved it. A suggestion would be to add a Firestick or Roku for streaming at no cost to the owner. Don't forget the popcorn!
We used the outdoor grill for burgers and found the element only heated the front. There is charcoal grill available as well.
We went to the community pool. It is a small pool. Depth is only 5ft. We had the pool to ourselves which was nice and there are lounge chairs available.
The development is very nice. Beware you are in TN and the roads are steep and winding. Definitely take a walk.. the views are gorgeous.
We used Door Dash for pizza delivery and ordered thru Instacart at Publix for grocery delivery. I suggest both as it is very convenient. Most places will not deliver to addresses outside of 4-5 miles of the business.

Beautiful Cabin, lots of room, and wonderful amenities. Beds were very worn and uncomfortable, all of them according to the whole family. Cabin was clean and property management was very prompt with any questions. Do not plan to have relations with your significant other unless you want the whole house to know it. You can hear EVERY step throughout the entire cabin all of the time. For a large group or large family, this is a wonderful place to stay and be sure that everyone has plenty of room.

We had a total of 18 family members that stayed at the Memory Maker cabin. Everyone was impressed with and very much enjoyed their stay. We will be going back next year. We have already convinced other family members to come along! We had some really great food from Geno's Pizza and McAlister's. Also, we had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg at Ripley's Aquarium. Everyone said we could have just stayed in the cabin and that would have been a relaxing vacation in and of itself. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have so so many things to do! We also went to the Lazerport Fun Center; they have blacklight mini golf, lazer tag, go cart racing, and a huge arcade! Our cabin was clean as can be and the one issue we had with plumbing was resolved quickly and the owner personally reached out to me. We cannot wait til next year!
