property beautiful host was amazing at communication. our only issue which was not the property owners fault but the complex did not make arrangements for piling trash and stink from trash. after contacting our host she was on it so fast

We had a wonderful vacation with our family! The cabin had everything we needed with plenty of room for the 12 of us. The communication with our host was great! The community pool was a blessing as we had above 90° temps all week!
Beautiful view of the mountains from the deck from the early morning peacefulness to the evening sunsets and twinkling lights of the cabins tucked away in the mountains!
Thank you!

Everything was great . On our first day we had a couple of raccoons on the back porch welcoming us and a mother bear with three cubs just hanging out behind the cabin. The cabin itself was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils pots and pans there was actually a Keurig with a separate coffee maker which was great for us. The remotes for all the TVs were numbered and had good batteries which everyone knows is rare. The hot tub was great there were board games and video game systems already at the cabin. Our overall experience was just wonderful! We will definitely be renting this place again.

We brought the whole family- kids and grandkids- for a week. The log cabin was great! We ate most meals in and had everything we needed. The pool table area was great for the kids! We had an issue with air conditioner and host was able to have someone fix it right away. It was a wonderful trip- one we will always remember!

Would recommend this cabin

When we arrived there were two large bags of dirty laundry in the living room. The listing made this cabin appear more secluded than it is. Cabins are basically 8 feet apart. I chose this listing because it said it was only two steps inside and I had elderly and disabled in my party. It is only two steps but the street on which you park is about a 45 degree angle. It was not easy to get in and out of vehicles. The hot tub was so loud that two of the bedrooms had a lot of sleep disturbance. There was a bucket under one broken sink. While we did not bring our dogs, there was a water dish in the kitchen but I don’t know where they would have walked their dogs with no green space. The owner/contact was responsive but honestly when you pay this much per night, you expect no issues.

Our stay was wonderful! Carlos and Karolina were amazing to work with and very quick with responses!

It was quiet and clean and really close to everything you would want to do. We had 10 people and fur babies with us . We will be back . Hiking was fantastic.

This cabin is spacious and beautifully decorated in bear decor. It is perfect for a family vacation. We found everything we needed for our week long stay. The kids loved the game room and took full advantage of the electronic and board games. The pool table was a plus!!! The porches were wonderful to sit out on in the morning and evening. Absolutely loved the rockers and swing. The living room and kitchen area was so inviting. There were 8 of us and we spent so much time together, this was such a homey comfortable space. The cabin is located perfectly away from the main parkway but so close to everything. This is the perfect cabin for a vacation and the host were so pleasant and helpful. The host provided detailed instructions that were easy to follow. My grandson was so impressed, he asked if "we could live here"
This cabin absolutely is a great place to stay!!!
4.8
Great location. Easy access. Cabin stocked with everything you need; lots of kitchen accessories, pans, plates, cups, etc. even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom!
Karolina and Carlos stayed in touch making sure all our needs were made.

Beautiful, clean cabin, plenty of space for our entire family, ages ranging from 5-85. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating space and a well equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed to cook large meals. Parking was super easy right in front of the cabin, which helped a lot with our elderly parents. Just a couple of steps to the entry level. Bedrooms on the main floor made the stay very enjoyable for them. Being with everyone without having to climb stairs. They were the first ones saying they want to come back.
The views are beautiful and we enjoyed colorful sunsets. Communication with the owners was easy by mostly text message, any questions we had they responded immediately. We are already planning to come for a week in Summer to create more memories. Thank you for hosting us.

Everything was clean and ready for us. We had one small issue and owner was very quick to respond. Finding it and check in was easy. Sufficient parking for two church vans and a car, but it is a steep area. Conveniently located.

We had a great time during our stay. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped. The teens really enjoyed the overall "cabin" feel and the game room. The only disappointment were the fireplaces. I knew they weren't wood burning, but was surprised they weren't gas burning. The electric space heaters just didn't provide the atmosphere I was looking forward to. Everything else was great!

Great place to stay

The cabin was amazing, beautifully decorated and cozy. Even though it was not one of the big ones, you could feel right at home. Location was good, not too high on the hill and not too low that you would t have a view. Everything was working in the cabin and we didn’t have any issues. I’m very pleased to have chosen this cabin to share such a wonderful holiday with my family.
4.8
Parking is the biggest problem. Thanks to the new cabins next door that let us park with them.
4.8
The place was great. Had everything we needed. It had a nice view and was close to everything. From all the action in Pigeon Forge to the fantastic riding of the TN mountains. But the parking was tricky for motorcycles. Especially big bagger style. The house is on a steep hill and so is the designated parking. Fortunately we were able to park in front of some other house 100' down the hill that were not being rented. Otherwise we would have had to park all the way down at the clubhouse, which would have been a miserable walk up the steep hill to the house.

This cabin was perfect place for our family to stay for my son’s wedding at the Trillium. This weekend was one of the busiest I’ve seen in Pigeon Forge, so I’m grateful for this place located far enough from the hassle of the traffic, and only minutes from the venue and not having to fight traffic on the parkway to get there.
Host was a SUPERSTAR in communication and accommodations. The cabin itself is spacious for our large group, but warm, cozy comfortable and inviting! Would recommend to EVERYONE that has a big family. Again, thanks to the property hosts for being great to work with 😊😊😊

Only concern was that the sleeper sofas mattresses where lumpy and uncomfortable.

Much Enjoyed R&R with Family in a remote Cabin with a Beautiful Landscape!
4.8
The views were awesome. The area was very good. The only downside was where we d to park was on a slope and hard to get in and out of car but we did it.
4.8
Karolina and Carlos were wonderful always respond to my questions promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
4.8
The cabin was VERY well located. Less than 10 minutes from the "main strip" but so peaceful and quiet. We practically lived on the private balconies which had a beautiful view. The pool is about 30 seconds away down the street. House had everything we needed. Great communication with owners. Would definitely stay again!
4.8
The cabin was perfect for our family. Everyone had a room and kids shared here and there. We played pool often. We had a good time driving and walking through parks, played here and there, shopped, and ate good food. Fun trip overall.
4.8
Pros: Spacious cabin -- there were only 6 of us but I could see how this would be great for larger families. My kids loved the game room! It was nice having pool access as well since Pigeon Forge can get quite hot during the summer! It was also nice to be close to Pigeon Forge, but not be in the thick of that main drag.
Cons: The cabin itself sits on a steep hill with other cabins and almost everything is asphault. With the pics, we thought it was more of a private, serene cabin overlooking a valley. That's not really the case. It overlooks a valley, but this is definitely a complex with cabins very close together. There's no yard at all, just a steep asphault hill that you park on to enter the house. You can walk to the pool, but with the steep hill and no sidewalk to get there, you are safer driving.
In general, this cabin wasn't as clean as what we are used to with a vacation rental. When we first arrived, we noticed crumbs and hair on the main rugs and some crumbs on the dining room table. There were also stains on the carpet (some wear stains, some spills). We ended up vacuuming and recleaning some areas. One of the bedrooms had stained sheets; they seemed like they were cleaned but not sure why they were put back on the bed with obvious stains. The hosts were responsive and seemed surprised of the problems we found. They offered to send a cleaning crew the first night, but we had already taken care of some of the minor things we found and it was a short stay.

Loved the cabin the upstairs was a little to hot

It’s hard to find an accommodation for 17 people. The lodge was wonderful, great location, beautiful views, beautifully appointed and well stocked! VRBO is so great to work with!
4.8
We had a wonderful time I Pigeon Firge. The cabin was fantastic as it faces the mountains, is within walking distance to the pool and was well equipped with a hot tub, play room and enough balcony space for everyone.
4.8
We had an amazing time and the cabin was perfect for the 3 families that stayed there. The owners were super helpful before, during and after our trip with communications and follow-up. We would definitely stay here again!
4.8
Our family made an excellent choice for our stay. The owners were very cordial and extremely easy to work with. The check-in and check-out was the easiest process!! We did not have any problems during our stay. All the TVs and remotes worked properly and we had good service with the internet. It was overall a great experience!!!
4.8
We had a wonderful Spring Break staying at Karolina's cabin. We had 4 families (8 adults, 9 toddlers) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Prior to our stay, Karolina reached out to me to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. Throughout the whole experience, she was just a text away to answer any questions we had. All I can say is Karolina is an A++ host. The cabin is very close (about 15 min drive) to the Pigeon Forge Strip and the view is amazing. We will definitely be back!
4.8
The house was big enough for my family. Everyone loved the look of the master bedroom.
My wife owns her own cleaning business and knows what took look for if the house was properly cleaned. She had no complaints. Cleanliness is what we look for when we book a vrbo, and that's exactly what we received.

Relaxing
4.8
We had a really great time at the cabin. There was more than enough room for our family of ten. The cabin is close to everything in Pigeon Forge as well as Gatlinburg. We made beautiful memories and can’t wait to return again. The only thing missing was the snow that we were looking forward to having during our stay.
4.8
Excellent location and property
4.8
We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Paw Retreat. The owners, Karolina and Carlos are responsive, informative, and really nice folks. We had a total of 11 people, which includes 2 minors, and 2 dogs. We had plenty of room to move around, sleep, and have fun with our family members. The property is tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but so convenient to all the attractions, shopping, and dining. We never drove more than 15 minutes to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
The beds were comfortable, but would suggest buying some quality pillows. There were plenty of blankets and extra bedding for everyone.
We made Thanksgiving dinner for 11 and there were enough dishes and cookware to do the job. If you're going to do cooking, bring Tupperware or the like for leftovers.
The bathrooms have towels, but small and scratchy. The bathrooms do not have any liquid hand soap either, so put that on your list to bring. We went to Dollar General down the road.
I did not enjoy the hot tub outside as much as I'd hoped. It smelled like mildew and when I got out, so did I.
Overall, it was a lovely week and the accommodations were nice and comfortable. My husband and I will be back to the area and hope to stay in a smaller property for the two of us.
4.8
The cabin was in a great location. Close to all attractions and yet secluded and quiet. Plenty of space and very clean. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

We had a great stay at Bear Paw Retreat. Carlos and Karolina were very accommodating to any questions we had. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this beautiful cabin.
