Beachfront town home with spectacular ocean views located directly on St. Augustine Beach.

The property boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 6-8 guests, but also great for couples wanting a spacious and private retreat on the beach.

Master bedroom with king bed on the third floor has unbeatable ocean views. The ocean will be the first thing you see every morning. Can even crack open the sliding glass door to the balcony to listen to the crashing waves as you drift off to sleep at night. Very spacious master bathroom adjoined to the master bedroom with walk in shower.

The third floor balcony provides the best views of the beach and ocean. The perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or tea and watch the amazing sunrises.

Main floor is on the second floor where the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom are located.

Huge kitchen area with ample counter space. Many kitchen amenities to choose from. Fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and much more.

Living room is furnished with very comfortable furniture to maximize your time to rest and relax. Smart TV with cable access to all major channels/networks to provide entertainment throughout your stay. Also, there is a desk area located in the living room for any work from home travelers that want to work with an ocean view.

The large sliding glass doors takes you out to the 2nd floor balcony with an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean.

The entrance brings you into the first floor where the two guest bedrooms are located as well as two full bathrooms.

The first guest room has a comfortable queen bed with adjoining ensuite full bathroom. Equipped with smart tv with access to cable networks as well as streaming apps. There is also a private desk area. The sliding glass doors take you out to front patio on the lawn level.

The second guest room provides two queen beds as well as a smart tv. Just down the hall is another full bathroom.

There is a washer and dryer on the first floor that can be used throughout your stay as needed.

The home provides high speed internet with excellent and reliable connection throughout the house. There is also central air conditioning and heat provided for every room.

We have for your use: beach chairs, beach towels, wake boards, and more beach accessories. We have several bicycles for your use to ride around the area. No need to pack up and travel with all your beach gear!

The community provides a large pool and hot tub with ample lounge chairs and tables. Just a very short walk from the unit you will be staying at.

Just a few minutes by walking, biking, or driving to groceries, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, putt-putt golf and more. Visit nearby Anastasia Island State Park or travel over one of the two bridges to visit the historic town of old St. Augustine (less than 10 minutes away).

We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect! The townhome was as close to the beach as possible with the access just steps from the door. It is in a quiet development, the only thing you hear from the balconies is the ocean and birds. We encountered only a minor complaint with the ac that the owner quickly gave us the solution to. In short, the place was nice, the location was nice, the beach was nice, and the owners were nice!

As always we had a great time. The view from the balcony 's were breathtaking. Nighttime looking for crabs is hilarious and a fun family adventure. The ocean was a little rough but the boys had fun with the boggie boards, as well as their dad. The morning we left there was a rainbow in the sky. Sad to leave and head home.

By far the most comfortable condo with beautiful grounds and pool. Gated community. Loved all the deck levels. and the ocean few. Great selection of beach chairs, and toys. Plus 5 bikes to enjoy. Best yet! We love St. Augustine!

Great condo. Lots of bedrooms and baths. Views of Atlantic. Short walk to beach right next to the boardwalk. Lots of beach gear to borrow. Plenty of towels and everything we needed.

We loved this place! Bob and Karol were wonderful hosts. Very responsive to any questions we had. The property was clean. So spacious for a family of 7. Everyone had their own space and plenty of bathrooms so no one was crowded. The beach access couldn’t be more convenient. The boardwalk is super close to the building. The garage is stocked with chairs, a tent, wagon and even several bicycles—all things you would typically have to rent separately. Location was wonderful! Restaurants, coffee and other entertainment is just a short walk or bike ride away. Very nice, quiet neighborhood full of friendly people. We’re already talking about how we’d love to come back next year!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was spacious and had all the needed amenities. The host was responsive to our requests and very helpful. The location and access to the beach was so convenient. We drank in the views when we weren’t at the beach. We stayed here with a family of five adults and teens. Would stay again!

Positives: Very happy with our stay. The condo was well stocked with everything you need and then some. Very clean. Great views, always a breeze. Great location with easy access to the beach. All the chairs, tent, and toys you need. Negatives: the condo was 3 stories with steep stairs. We met my uncle who is 80 so stairs like that are a little scary. The AC on the second level wasn’t working right but other than that everything was perfect! I would stay there again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is well laid out and well stocked. Everything works well. The kitchen has what you need. It was great to have towels and access to supplies for the beach. The location was perfect - both the view of the sea, easy access to the beach, and grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My favorite thing was to watch the sunrise from my bed! Loved it. Would totally stay here again.

Everything about our experience was more than pleasant. Accommodations were fabulous and there was nothing we could not find. Balcony views of the ocean were the icing on the cake.

The views from the condo ate just exquisite. The balconies offer an immediate spot to take in the sea air and ocean views. One balcony has a table for family meals. The outdoor area off of the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee or a quick lunch. The boardwalk is just steps away when ready for a walk on the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Grocery stores are close and historic St. Augustine offers lots of restaurants and activities. My favorite part is the wide, open, pristine, uncrowded beaches and watching the sunrises and moonrises over the ocean. I highly recommend it for your next visit.

We had a great time on our 1st visit to St Augustine Beach. The condo has a nice beach view from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Very comfortable reclining chairs were a big plus. When renting the unit, we asked the owner if there was a hand shower in the main shower (it didn't show in the pictures. This is something we like to have. It turns out that there wasn't one, but there is now. A new shower head with a hand shower attachment was added just because we asked about it. That's a new and very positive VRBO experience.

The nit is well appointed in rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, large comfortable living room. We had rainy weekend so did not use the patios even though they looked very inviting. The downstairs bed by the beach (dolphin room) squeaks loudly and frequently when you move - other than that everything was great

We enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms was sufficient. Clean, but a little musty on the ground floor level. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs and wagon were super helpful. Views of the dunes and ocean were great. Publix and a great little park were a short walk down the road.

Wonderful location with a nice deep pool and a hot tub for the community. Boardwalk to beach has shower to rinse off and a foot shower too. Pool has restrooms and showers too. The unit is 3 floors so it is roomy. 3.5 bathrooms. It does have stairs so beware if that’s a problem for you. Cute and cozy furniture and decor. Nice kitchen and spacious. One car garage holds many beach chairs and a canopy and beach wagon and bicycles. Many beach and pool towels there. And the balconies are great. The beach is beautiful. This was our 11th year visiting Saint Augustine Beach. We will definitely stay at condo/ townhome again.

This was our 1st time in St. Augustine and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, it was just a short walk away. The fact that beach chairs, a canopy, towels, bikes, beach toys, etc. were made available to us was a huge bonus. The pool and hot tub were nice as well and very well maintained. This condo was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back!

Was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and what a view. Pool was clean and nice. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We had 3 couples and the space worked well for us. Each couple had their own bathroom- always a plus.

Our family of 3 couples and a toddler had lots of room to enjoy time together as well as space for privacy. Walkover to the beach was right outside the door with convenient area to rinse off from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable, kitchen offers everything you’ll need for your stay and room to move around. Location is convenient to greet restaurants and activities of St. Augustine.

Generally, condo was acceptable. Issues - 1) Could not get hot water in one of the downstairs bathrooms. Thus, had to endure Luke warm, at best, showers. 2) Towel rack in one of downstairs bathrooms was off the wall. 3) Toilet in one of downstairs bathrooms constantly was flushing/recycling all day and night. 4) Could not get TV in one of downstairs bedrooms to function. Could not find controller for TV. 5) Front door digital lock was not reliable. About 25% of the time, the digital lock would not activate/lock when door was closed. One time it took over 10 minutes and numerous attempts to get system to lock.

Loved staying at this property. We enjoyed using the bikes that were available as part of our stay and having three balconies to choose from for different views was awesome. Would definitely recommend as long as everyone in your party can handle stairs.

Great location in the complex and in St Aug’s Beach. The condo is just a little outdated but it makes up for everything with everything the owners provide. The kitchen is equipped with every gadget, pan, mixing bowl, serving platter you could ever need. Bedrooms were great. Sheets were soft and bathrooms were spacious. Master bath has been recently renovated. We were quite pleased with everything!

Loved the oceanfront condo! Didn’t get to use the pool or go on the beach due to Tropical Storm Nicole. We had to leave a day early due to high winds and forecast for flooding (which happened). We were fortunate that we left when we did. Spoke with the owner about a partial refund but haven’t heard back yet. Hoping to get something back as we had to end our vacation early go rent hotel rooms further north. Very nice condo and location for the 2 days we were there. Will come back for sure!

Condo was very clean the views were amazing on all 3 levels. Very easy and short walk to beach. In this area you can also drive on the beach which was so helpful. We could park our truck in front of condo so going to beach each day was easy. The bottom garage is filled with beach chairs (7), wagons, toys, highchair every thing you would ever need for beach. We will definitely be booking again. The pool was very nice also. Great Vacation place!

We are a family with grown children, and significant others. We loved staying at this property. There was room for everyone, the beach, pool, delicious restaurants, are all within a short walk, or driving distance. Loved all of the private decks for relaxing and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Highly recommend, and we will be back again next year.
