Breathtaking sea view, comfortable bed and shower, very kind welcoming
You need a bike to buy things. They are not in a walking distance, but you can order food and scooters at your arrival with the help of the staff, which solves the problem

The best thing was Banana, who responded to the best of his capabilities and power to make our stay less of a disappointment.
This was billed as a 5 star luxury apartment. It was far below that standard.
The dishwasher was broken, they tried to fix it but then just removed it. So our luxury break for Christmas meant constant washing up. The management said the cleaners would wash up but it was impractical as there were not enough glasses and crockery to get by without washing up as you went. The kitchen equipment was old and tatty. The dustpan and brush broken. 3 side plates in total. A miss match of glasses and cups. Horrible pots and pans. The coffee table of twisted roots had a glass top in the pictures but had obviously been broken so it was a nightmare to use with glasses. The bedding was all old and different shades of white - to whiteish - to yellow tinged, as were the towels, some were very ragged. The beds had thick plastic mattress covers, ripped in places, very hot and sweaty.
The photos on Bookings were very deceptive. Wide angled lens shots and generic shots from other villas were definitely meant to give an impression of a very different view to the one we actually had. Which as seen in the photos below were largely of the next door building, a glimpse of sea could be seen from the very corner of the property at the top of the staircase leading to the drive. The telephone mast, electricity pylons and building site definitely didn't feature in the advertising.
The outdoor furniture was old and tatty. No BBQ as advertised, requested one and they delivered a dirty old thing with one of its feet missing, they did give it a wash. The pool steps slippery and dangerous. The view into the luxury kitchen area had a very dominant feature of a dirty washing machine, the internet box hanging off the wall.
The 'luxury' accessories include cheap pink hand wash soap. Small things but all adding up to a very un-luxury villa.
Difficult to get to with very little to see or do locally - local beaches were totally covered in rubbish
Hiring a car is essential.

Amazingly clean and spacious Villa with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Pool and views were stunning. Very friendly staff and housekeeping every other day. Great Wi-Fi and internet TV for after the sun has gone down. Good aircon and fan facilities inside and plenty of comfortable space outside including gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen/ fridge
Beautiful view of the sunsets good local shop for basics with slightly larger store a mile walk away (safe to walk)
Very remote (which we actually loved!) but with this comes lack of local dining options, plenty of takeaway delivery options available but never the same as eating out. Local beach bar provided some good value food and cocktails but beach could do with litter picking exercise.
One bedroom window didn’t lock properly so we fudged a solution and disappointed that the on-site team didn’t come and fix (despite saying they would). I will stress though that none of the above impacted our stay which we simply loved

View, beds, lounge area
Not enough sun beds and they were rotten
2 double bed room was bit small

beautiful breathtaking views from all rooms of the villa, clean, well equipped kitchen, cleaning services every other day. the staff in the whatsapp group were absolutely amazing. they handle everything for you, from ordering a taxi, to ordering food, to booking any trips etc.
absolutely nothing.
4.5
Outstanding views and location. Staff were brilliant and attentive.
Very small concerns - the kitchen could be a little better equipped and the water pressure is not amazing upstairs.

A very spacious and well-equipped villa.
Amazing view and nice pool.
A dedicated team that takes care of everything you need to relax (taxi/restaurants/tours)

Great location: fantastic views of sunset and stars (unreal!) & quiet lovely beach near by.
Convenient: you’re able to order loads of different food (and wine) from a menu given to you. Which is very reasonably priced (I’m an expat)
Bbq facilities and a fully kitted out kitchen.
Great value for money: we went during wet season (June) when it’s a third of the price - didn’t experience any rain during the whole stay :) / food off the menus was great and again reasonably priced.
Comfortable: beds were great. Speakers inside and outside the property. Fridge outdoor so you don’t even have to move from the pool to grab another beer.
Service: we were well looked after by ‘Jum’ and ‘Banana’ who added us to a WhatsApp group and handled any queries we had or if we wanted anything ordered etc.
Not a problem for us. But you’d be best to have your own transport as the hill going to the villa is a bit steep esp if you’re with your elderly parents like myself.
I’d say get your own transport (hire) anyways as taxis are overpriced (looking at the grab app)

The view was stunning with east and west salt water views. The villa was large and well laid out. Jum, our host, was very sweet and did an excellent job. Patio had a cool layout. Kitchen was very nice.
Patio furniture was tired and needed to be replaced. Pool was green and needed a day to clear up from prior guest. Lower level bedroom smelled. At the price paid expected more.

Fabulously located villa. The highest comfort and great location. Infinity pool with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand. The wonderful staff of Samui Bayside catered to our every craving. The standard of the villa at the level of a luxury five-star hotel. The equipment of the villa - kitchen, laundry - without any reservations. Quiet neighborhood with great access to a small beach.

The best place I ever stayed in Thailand since I visited this country (2014). The Villa is actually much more beautiful than one can see in the pictures. Highly decorated interiors with all top class facilities. We also had dinner with their Private Chef and trust me the food was amazing. The staff is very polite and available all the time. And view from the balcony is too good as it faces the sea. The pick and drop service available from the Villa and also motorbike rent available.
Nothing as such.
