Awful

The Apartment itself is fine inside

Maybe I’m naive but this is really an air b and b. The owner was very welcoming when I got there and arranged a taxi from the airport. She promised me the broken mosquito net door and the safe would be fixed. After that ( I was there for 6 nights) I no one came. No problems fixed, No cleaning, no change of linen. The Electricity and water are chargeable separately and I could not sleep without the aircon on all night. Brickwall view from the balcony.Constant noise from motor bike (car park) outside the window also Tanker pumping every evening for an hour. The worst part was I had arranged with the owner for a taxi to take me to the airport on the morning I was leaving. No Taxi showed and I was unable to contact anyone. I struggled to get a replacement taxi and had to leave the key in an unmanned reception. I was lucky to make my flight home.

I love this place and happy to come again.

close to beach, cafe, restaurant, peaceful sleep, plenty of parking motorcycle and car 🚗. Owner is good take care and kind.

This is not hotel so they have no drinking water and everyday cleaner.

Nice apartment for longer stays

Great apartment and host. Cleaning once a week is included, there is also a lot of useful staff for the beach you can use. All the necessities like exchange, rentals and 7-eleven is right around the corner. Wi-Fi is good

It's was perfectly located for me, but the most impressive part was Alex, the host, who was super helpful.

Exceptional

Nice and clean room with everything one needs for stay. Short distance from amazing Nai Harn beach and many shops and restaurants nearby.

TV could be bigger.

A place worth the money. Very kind and helpful owner. Room clean and well equipped. Underground, roomy parking lot. Personally, I was infatuated with the nearby Veranda restaurant where we were dining two evenings in a row. Overall a nice stop on our Phuket trip.

Smell in bathroom so needed to keep door closed at all times . All Tv stations where in Russian and very basic cutlery etc. No globes in bedside lamps , View of construction site next door

Room was nice and totally the same as photos. Walking distance to Nai Harn Beach, many extra staff inside washing machine, many toiletries from other guests you can use it. Owner was supported any message, and reply quickly.

No cleaning service, no change towels and bed shield for a 7 night,no body pic up trash or wash plate and glasses.You should did it for your self. extra charge for electric and water bild around 7$ day. Huge deposit 200$.View really bad construction on both of sides. Noice from construction from 8am morning till 8pm. Can't relax at day time bcz of noice
