היה בסך הכל נחמד ונעים אבל לא מספיק נוח ועם כל מיני בעיות

השירות נהדר, הבריכה יפה, הגינה המטופחת, המטבחון נוח, המקלחת למטה הייתה אחלה. נחמד שיש רשתות בחלונות נגד היתושים

החדר למעלה לא היה מעוצב נעים והדוש של המקלחת היה סתום. האורות לבנים קרים. החדרים למטה מסריחים מעובש שמגיע כנראה מהמזגן. המיטות קשות ולא מאוד נוחות. הספות ישנות ובמצב לא טוב. האינטרנט לא יציב. המנעול של הדלת לא היה נוח. הייתה בעיה בכספת והיה צריך מפתח כדי לפתוח אותה (מלחיץ כשהדברים שלך בפנים).

Really sweet quiet place

Super friendly always available manager Nimfa was great. Takes care of all you need. Trips, taxi... everything

Unfortunately the whirlpool wasn't working. Also in the big pool the jetzt don't work. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very good

Nice spacious rooms. Nice terras outside of the room. Great location, close by a lot of restaurants. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. Great laundry service. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning every other day. Lots of closet space for clothes.

One of the shower head holders was broken so it keeps falling down. The matras in one of the bedrooms is really due for replacement. The other one was fine.

Very happy

The manager was super nice. Rooms clean and a good value. So nice we booked a couple more nights shortly after we checked in. Also rented a scooter from the facility. Hope to be back next year for an extended stay.

The staff were amazing, on my first day, I wanted to get a few supplies such as bread, cheese etc and Nipha offered to go to the shop for me as I didn't know where to go. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The staff is super great and soo friendly. They help out with everything without hesitation. Big hugs to you Nipha, the act of these people are the reason i LOVE Thailand and will be settling down there in the future. I can recommend this place anytime. I already longing to my next visit. Big hugs from Sweden.

Actually the only thing bad was the internet it lost signal in the bedroom, other than that is was top notch.

Lovely little resort

The location was great and very quiet. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were really lovely. Everything was clean. They allow pets (worth checking first just in case).

A hidden gem away from all the chaos and noise!

The Staff was truly incredible as well as helpful, ensuring you has the best stay possible. I think the manager was one of the loveliest people who was always up for a good conversation or willing to go the extra mile to help you ( she even went to a restaurant and tried to find our baby's lost toy) even when she was working nonstop!

honestly, the only true complaint is that the internet was pretty awful. I am not sure if that's a fault with Phuket or what but that is really the only negative to this place.

I would stay here again.

The best aspect is the location of the property, as it is down a quiet side street with little traffic. The room has 3 parts to it and is very spacious. Nipa was an excellent host and looked after me very well. The cleaners came every other day.

Less noisy neighbours, but it wasn't a big problem.

Perfect for a stay with pets - SHA hotel

Highligths: - Location: The hotel is conveniently located in Rawai, not too far from the beach and all the cafes and restaurants. You can walk but scooter / car will definitely be easier. - Nice pool - Staff kindness: super friendly and helpful. I saw them going beyond expectations to help customers solve different issues. - Pet Friendy: We chose this SHA hotel to have our 2 Thai cats with us. The staff was really friendly with our pets and we appreciated it!

Some furniture could be upgraded (curtains falling apart) or better maintained (our toilet was leaking). A bit noisy at time when other neighbors are by the pool.

Nice Apartment with a lovely pool.

Good sized apartment with nice beds, strong shower and a lovely pool suitable for children. Close to many restaurants, bars, etc and an easy drive to a couple of nice beaches. Very sweet and helpful lady managing the property.

Unusually poor (compared to 5 other hotels we stayed in Thailand) wifi connection. If this is not a concern, this hotel would be quite nice for a long term stay. Uncomfortable couches (sofa beds I think) in the living area.

I loved my room with the trees outside. I loved they had a screen door so I could sleep without air con and enjoy the breeze. The bed was very very comfortable and the pillows too. Sheets fresh and cleaned when you wanted. I was lucky to get a room overlooking the pool and garden.

Gorgeous brand new condo with beautiful pools and stunning views!

We originally booked at Babylon pool villas, but they didn't have a suite available with a kitchen, so they upgraded us to a BRAND NEW one bedroom condo at BABYLON SKY GARDENS, the sister hotel, at Ra Wai beach. The beach isn't very nice for swimming, but we thoroughly enjoyed both pools, one of them on the roof with stunning 360 degree views! Breathtaking! The condo was totally new, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and had a massive balcony. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. within a short walk, so no need for a taxi or scooter. We thoroughly enjoyed the total relaxation, extreme luxury, and being away from the crowds and noise.

It would have been helpful if the staff spoke a bit more English, but they knew enough that we got along okay. There could be a few more directional signs to find the place.
