Shuttle drivers were the only reliable staff on property

Room was clean

No F & B. Staff told us dining open till 9:00pm. So we decided to get something to eat around 8:00 no food available only drinks. On the website it shows dining till 10:00PM. I also forgot my denim jacket in dining area, while we sat waiting for someone to serve us, no one to check lost and found till 7:30 am next morning. Not sure if they even have 24 hr security

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely come back when we get a chance.

The breakfast was the winner! Love all the foods! With enough parking spaces . Close to everything . Staff was fantastic!

Great hotel, staff and comfort

Staff, the room size (was HUGE!) and location

The breakfast in the mornings... Some of the pancakes were stale, and having to use plastics... I understand when its all plastics but with a plastic fork and a metal knife and regular plates... Its seems a tad odd.

I had a simple, hassle-free stay for a 1-week business trip

New, clean, and comfortable with easy parking in a quiet neighbourhood.

Although the hotel was highly busy, one of the two elevators was out of order and it hadn’t been fixed during my 1-week stay. I remember some long queues in front of the elevator multiple times during the week. In breakfasts, some food quickly run out but the replacements come late or never. Couldn’t find any English breakfast tea or black tea in breakfast. On 3 out of 7 days, there was no housekeeping in my room. Ventilator in the room was a little bit noisy so if you’re so sensitive to white noise, it can be problematic.

The 1st person that was at the front desk when we got there at 2:35pm. Was very rude and almost made me feel as if he was prejudice. Told me to sit down and helped 3 other couples before he would even address me when my son told him we where there before all those other guests

If you want to stay close to the airport for one night I would say it was a good price. Would not stay more then one nig

Room was comfortable and clean

Staff seemed like they didn’t want to work. You ask questions and it was very yes or no with no suggestions. Front staff were are their phones. Cleaning staff were the most helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very hectic. One staff to try to replenish and clean so many items were out and it was very messy. Lines to get breakfast because people were waiting for food to arrive or be replenished. We were there about 8am. No seats or towels in the pool area. I would recommend adding more seats for people.

Room was spacious and clean. Loved the couch bed that was very comfortable.

The only thing in my eyes I'd say that needs fixing is the pressure of the water in the shower. But it wasn't a showstopper.

The hotel is very conveniently located right off the freeway in San Jose. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.. The bathroom is a nice size ,very comfortable., The Best thing was they had a shuttle to the airport which was wonderful !!!and I could leave my car there overnight and paid a minimal fee! That was the main reason I picked this hotel I was very close to the airport

I only stayed overnight. I flew out of San Jose airport, so there wasn’t very much not to like it was a very nice hotel.

Disappointed.

Location is very close to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Room was quiet.

Our room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival (like vomit), perhaps from the cleaning solution used. Since it was late and we were tired, we sprayed some perfume and hoped for the best. There was a dirty tissue on the couch and no hair conditioner, shampoo, or soap in the shower (the refillable containers were empty). We left early so we missed breakfast, and unlike other Hyatt hotels there was no grab and go option offered. Garbage can by the elevator was overflowing, and elevator floor was gross - covered in sticky spilled drinks.

Breakfast was surprisingly good ! Rooms were clean! Spectacular shampoo and Conditioner. Honestly one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in San Jose.
