Very relaxing stay

Super location close to the San Jose airport. Pet friendly loved the little pet walking trail. Breakfast was so well laid out with great variety. The waffles were very good

The location and free Uber rides to airport makes my traveling very convenient.

The staff was alright. Just decent. The woman who serves the breakfast was most friendly of all.

Other than the check in process, our stay was comfortable. And the very early need for airport shuttle was on time!

Convenient, comfortable, price

The online check in process was a waste of time; it saved me no time at all. And when we arrived, there was a line of 17 people checking in - it was a group, each being checked in to individual rooms. One reception agent was processing the group for nearly 15 minutes before a second agent arrived to assist. When it came our turn to check in, and I indicated that I had done so online and only needed to pick up my room key, the agent told me to not bother completing the online check in next time because paperwork and documentation had to be completed and signed along with the credit card retention for incidentals in person at the reception desk.

it was okay but indian people (without being racist) are hard to speak

the room was great and the attention of the first staff member was amazing. He offered me a bonus with my business card.

I forgot to give my keys when I left the hotel (with my luggage), I came back to give them the keys, and the man there made me pay $20USD more, because of late check out! that was stupid!

Great value and everything was within driving distance. Airport, freeway 101, shopping

Location was great for my needs. I was worried about the planes at night but didn’t here much after midnight or early morning compared to SFO

It wasn’t to bad for what this property is. Pics match the property

Not going again

It was not too far from downtown.

Some guests in a room near to our were very loud all night, and although I called the reception, they didn't do anything to stop those teenagers to be loud all night.

couldn't watch tv except cnn. i don't like cnn.

staff on shift couldn't help me with remote control. it didn't work and neither did second one from front desk.

Two day trip with my 7 yr old nephew to introduce him to traveling. our stay was comfortable.

Our room was very clean and quiet.

The hallways are looking run down and shabby

It was really clean

The front desk girl was really rude I felt because I was Hispanic they treated me really different n rude. And when a Caucasian older couple walked by me to go to their rooms both from desk workers greeted them a smile n they so nice to them. I didn’t understand that I was paying customer just as any one else in that hotel was. I wouldn’t stay here again

Very nice accommodations for reasonable price. Many good choices for breakfast.

Our room was clean, comfortable, everything worked. Breakfast was terrific and started promptly at 6:00am. Great experience.

There was a rotten banana under the bed and a dead cockroach in the middle of the room. The shower was Luke warm. The sound of airplanes woke me up throughout the night. The fire c alarm went off twice. There was no parking available and I had to lug my stuff super far. The blankets were paper thin and I had to sleep with the heater on which was kinda loud. The price was high for such terrible accommodations, I will never stay at a La Quinta inn if can help it.
