Overall good. Breakfast is simple and it’s good enough.

One of the room is facing flyover,thus it was noisy during the night. My friend has swap the room for me so I can have a flood sleep. 😁.

Not worth the money

It was near to the airport

Due to a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit, we were compelled to switch rooms, relocating from the 9th floor to the 7th floor. However, our unfortunate streak continued as the new room presented similar issues - the air-conditioner still failed to function optimally, and to add to our woes, the water in the toilet did not drain properly. Consequently, after taking a shower, the water accumulated on the floor, creating an unpleasant situation.

I don’t prefer staying lower floor as it’s much noisy than staying at upper floor

Value for money but can be improved

Spacious room with adequate facilities

The door of the bath room wet area was not sealed properly so water could leak out to the dry area and the room curtain was not able to keep the sun fully out which disrupted my sleep.

Very spacious Junior Suite. Just 15 minutes away from airport. After arriving west Malaysia only realised that I left a phone charger in the room. Same day I wrote email to the hotel, the staff called me telling they found the charger. Highly appreciate their excellent service. Keep it up!

Best value for money Hotel!

Cozy and warm feeling. The city view is nice also. The design of the room is great! Love it!

There is no nearby store or markets that you can just walk to go there. The nearest is at millenium.

Near KKIA airport

Love the comfy bed. Everything is good for a one night stay. Stayed there because it's near the airport. Will stay there again if I have an early morning flight.

Just what I needed. Price wise. location and parking. Clean which is also my priority

Clean, easy parking especially for my vehicle. Can’t fit in basement or multi story car parks. Location convenient if have own vehicle.

TV channels are boring. My Room didn’t come with a fridge.

Not suitable for muslims as there were pub upstairs but if you stay in the room it was not noisy
