Comfy and close to Gaya Street amd the durian night market. Suzie and the team are very friendly and welcoming.
There was no water most of the time, though they provide a lot of water in bottles to use in shower. Mattresses were super thin and will collapse after a night of sleep, and you will be able to feel the wood below.

The price is affordable and relevant
The lack of privacy but it is expected for a shared room, this is only a place for me to sleep and get a bath anyway,so it's okay

Location is convenient, close to many big shopping malls and to the Jetty taking you to the islands.
A very good and cheap laundry opposite to the hostel. It is clean and the staff very sweet.
It was misadvising information regarding the room on Booking.com...the dormity room was not for 4 people as I belived when booking..it is room number 4 I was told when I got shocked entering a very small room with 8 beds... freezing cold also 16 degrees on the AC and the fan on full speed on top of that..I tried to turn the fan towards the wall but still it was crazy cold..all were complaining but nothing was done by the staff.. my new shoes were gone in the morning when I was going to leave for an island trip!! Late evening someone had put them back but also used them the whole day!!

Good location, capsule beds each with outlet, light and curtain. Basic breakfast, balcony, drinking water and hot water to have tea or coffee. Big lockers.
The female bathroom was often full of hair and the sink always clogged. But there was always toilet paper and some soap.

it’s Asia, it’s normal that it is small and compact, all hostels in asia are like this!

Very good location in the centre, near the filipino market and excellent night food market. The receptionist and other staff were very friendly and helpful. You can use their washing machine for free. There is a well equiped kitchen - fridge, water filter with drinkable water, table, dishes, balcony, hot water in the shower. Air-conditioner and fan in the rooms.
Rooms were pretty small but I didn't spend much time in there anyway. No lockers.

Washroom. I'm not sure if this is what backpackers are supposed to look like, panties are hanging everywhere and it's quite messy and stuffy.

Very friendly, helpful staff
