The house was clean, comfortable , and well equipped. The neighborhood is nice with a lovely walking path around the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. It is easy to get downtown or to the beach. The only downside was that the pool was not heated. Mark was easy to communicate with, check in was seamless.

Great House in Naples, FL
House was wonderful. Very private back area with a small swimming pool. Comfortable furniture under roof overhang out of direct sun. Kitchen well-equipped with modern appliances. Bathrooms similarly modern. Neighborhood is calm yet you are not far from the heart of Naples. Owner is very responsive and conscientious.

The Great Escape!
What a breath of fresh air. Florida designer chic with an astute attention to detail…plus, all the comforts of home. An idyllic, discreet Kings Lake neighborhood Bright mornings by the pool. Healthy walks around the lake. Yet delightfully only minutes from downtown. Mark, the owner is responsive, responsible and readily on top of things. Excellent!!!

Naples Vacation
Generally good. Unfortunately the weather was not optimal….too cold to use the pool.. The house was more than adaquate. The plumbing is a bit dated and the hot water takes a while to kick in. But the house was presented in a clean and usable condition.

Lovely November getaway
Enjoyed ten day holiday in Mark’s property at King’s Lake. We had stayed in King’s Lake before so knew the location was good. The property was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty towels. Communication with Mark was straightforward and easy and he always responded quickly. Would happily stay again.

Once the booking was complete, we were scheduled to check in on July 27. After speaking with the property owner, we learned the previous guest would not be out until the 28th. He was very nice and offered us a free night if we came the 28, which we agreed to. However, this did not happen.
We checked in on the 28th, which was my birthday. The inside of the home is well decorated and reasonably clean. There was a spiderweb in the master bathroom shower on the window sill. The pool area also looked like it had not been cleaned. The pool floats and bar area had layers of dirt. The sitting area lounges could have been swept off. The pool also could have used a creepy crawly as it contained many particles and spiderwebs.
We also noticed that there were CCTV cameras in the pool area actively monitoring. These were not listed in the property details. The pool area was listed in the property details as private and unsupervised. It also stated swim at your own risk. Nothing about cameras in the pool area was listed. This made us very uncomfortable and if they had been listed, we would not have booked this location. After contacting Vrbo, it was decided that we would leave the property on July 29.
This left us stranded in Naples having to find alternative accommodations, no access to customer service from Vrbo, and having yet to receive a refund. We were also notified that a portion of the deposit ($135) had been withheld due to silverware missing. We made certain to place anything we used that day in the dishwasher.
These circumstances were all very unfortunate as this was my first vacation during this entire pandemic as an ICU RN.

Customer Service
Due to personal conflicts we are not able to stay at the property, however Mark provided superior customer service. He communicated promptly and very understanding of our circumstances. We will definitely book this home when we rescheduled our visit to Naples. We are looking forward to staying at his beautiful home.

Wonderful Stay.
This home was beautifully and uniquely decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. It made for an excellent vacation experience. The backyard/pool area was delightful for those days and evenings when you want an alternative to the beach. It even has a mango tree with delicious mangos to enjoy. Mark is a responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend this property!

High Quality Florida Getaway
Mark’s home was fabulous, clean and spacious. A friend and I had an extended stay in Florida while working remote and couldn’t not have been happier with the accommodations. With us working, we had zero issues with the WiFi, which was important. We also really enjoyed the location of the home to the local Publix; we walked every morning to the Starbucks or around the lake path. The backyard was setup with great privacy from neighbors as well. One thing we thought could make the home even better would be an outdoor grill - for future consideration. Overall, very pleased with this property and the cleanliness!

Very nice home
The home was as advertised. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Spent most of the time using the outdoor living. The pool as others have stated was a bit on the cool side. As the weather warmed it became useable. The kitchen was well laid out and plenty of dishes for cooking, etc. The home was about 3.8 miles from the pier. Lots of action there including the return of the dolphins. Restaurants were nice nearby. Looked Taco And Tequila. Reasonable prices and the workers have good suggestions on drinks and food choices. Did three trips to the shopping area to walk around and eat! The home again was very nice and would recommend staying there.

Lovely place to stay in Naples
We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Naples. The house was spacious, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and mats.. and loved the screened-in pool! Mark was great at communication...couldn't have asked for a better week.

My husband and I were very comfortable spending Jan and Feb in this property during the pandemic. We walked everyday around the lake just steps from the house or in the neighborhood and enjoyed visting with the colony of turtles in the lake that hang out by the foot bridge. Naples and the beach are a short drive away and while we didn't spend much time at either due to crowds we did find the kitchen very well set up for us to cook nearly every evening at home, complete with Keurig coffee maker and every appliance one could need.We are golfers, but still beginners, so the little Riviera executive course a few minutes away was perfect for practicing and we could just walk right on without a tee time. There are a few full public courses very near the house. Beds were very comfy and the house is nicely stocked with plenty of towels, linens, and beach gear. The owner, Mark, was always available and very friendly and his orchids blooming by the pool add a nice touch to the poolside. My husband sat in the swinging chair at poolside every day. Our only disappoitment was that the pool was not heated so too cool for us for swimming during winter months and the outside yard did not live up to the nice decor of the interior. We were very happy to be out of the Colorado cold for the long CoVid winter in this comfortable well located house.

A Treaure!
Mark was wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and nicely furnished as shown in the pictures. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything. There is a path across the street to walk around the small lake. There is a lot of room for families in this house.
There were chairs and mats for the beach and big new beach towels!

Fantastic Property & Owner!
This home is spotless and the owner, Tom, is ultra-responsive and couldn't be nicer. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Naples visiting friends and this was the perfect home for two people who enjoy renovated and clean living conditions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tom!

Very pleasant stay
Mark's home is located in a very well-kept and safe neighbourhood with good shopping facilities nearby. Downtown Naples and the beaches are within easy reach.
The interior of the house is modern and well furnished. The kitchen appliances leave nothing to be desired, the equipment was fairly well stocked. But on our wish list there would have been a grill.
Mark was very attentive, was always approachable and reacted very fast to questions. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

A little piece of heaven
My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for our spring break vacation this past March. The house is simply breathtaking, the home decor is modern, very clean and very chic, and the view at sunset from the pool is gorgeous. There are three very spacious bedrooms which my children enjoyed a lot. The neighborhood is very quiet yet super beautiful and clean. We loved how close the grocery stores and coffee shop were to the house so we would walk there every morning. Everything was at a hand's reach. The house is also very close to the beach, which we would visit daily, and to 5th Avenue which we also visited religiously. My family and I loved it and we cannot wait to go back there soon!

Hope to be back next year!!
My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in Mark’s great new home. The house is set in the Kings Lake area of Naples a short drive from everything Naples has to offer.
Kings Lake has a lovely about one-mile path around with birds, squirrels, turtles and warnings for an alligator (unseen during our visit)! Most days that was part of our routine.
The house has two indoor living rooms, one with a wall mounted TV the other more of a quiet area. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with very modern appliances and a great layout. The kitchen is sited between the living rooms and a dining room for six. It has counter seating and is next to a breakfast/lunch nook with a table and four chairs. That became my computer room which was easily connected to his Wi-Fi.
There is a spacious Lanai with a swimming pool. Mark thought it might be too cold to swim in, but as northerners we were in it almost every day. Most breakfasts and lunches were eaten here.
The master bedroom has queen bed with an en-suite bathroom attached to a large walk in closet and twin sinks. The bedroom has a large screen TV wall mounted. The second bedroom also has a queen bed a and large closet with a separate bathroom.
The house is very attractively decorated as was the house we rented from Mark last year. We entered this year’s rental already knowing that Mark was attentive to detail, responded to questions quickly and that the house would be a joy to rent.
During our time there we had a great time visiting Sanibel and taking an eco-boat tour, going on an air boat ride in the everglades, meeting up with friends, walking in Corkscrew Audubon Sanctuary, visiting Rookery Bay, in restaurants, and on the beaches.
Thank you for a terrific rental with a great location, Mark. Looking forward to next year @ !BeachyChic!

Highly recommend!
My husband & I had a fantastic week in this lovely home! It’s clean, spacious, brightly lit & beautifully decorated. There is a large TV in the nicely furnished sitting area by the kitchen as well as in the lovely master BR which also has a slider out to the lanai. The kitchen has nice stainless appliances, a good blender for our smoothies, was fairly well stocked and everything was in working order. Loved the screened-in pool & pretty lanai for relaxing & outdoor dining and the foliage out back provides nice privacy. We like to run so keyless entry was convenient & we were pleasantly surprised and relieved by the quiet, well-maintained, safe neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the access path just up the street that leads to a walkway around the charming lake with lots of water birds & friendly neighbors out for their walks. The development is in a convenient location and has a good Publix just minutes away (Tacos & Tequila is in the same strip mall... the Skinny Organic margarita & grilled Tequila Lime Shrimp tacos were delicious!). The only things on our wish list would be a couple of beach chairs for our use. We’ve rented many vacation homes where going to the beach is a given & haven’t come across one yet that didn’t provide chairs so we ended up packing our own beach towels but they’re bulky & heavy. Also, we weren’t allowed to use the washer & dryer which we usually like to do since we prefer to pack light so I’m glad I found this out in advance & packed accordingly. A couple of chaise lounges for out in the sun by the pool would also be great. We had a terrific time at this beautiful home & would stay here again. Thank you for a memorable week & for your kind hospitality, Mark! We hope to return!

Quiet Naples Get Away
My husband, our oldest son and I stayed at !Beachychic! for eight days while visiting our youngest son in Naples. We found the home roomy with a convenient floor plan. The kitchen was well-equipped and the appliances new. The beds were comfortable and the screened in outdoor lounge and dining area around the pool was lovely. The only thing missing in the lanai was a grill. This home is in a very nice neighborhood and convenient to all Naples has to offer. You will not even have to leave the Kings Lake development to walk or drive to Publix. Loved the orange tree in the backyard.
