very enjoy and comfortable

strategic location，beautiful view can see twin towers ；my parents enjoying with Netflix and fast network.

the toilet only got one hahaha need to have some waiting time for shower and toilet

If location is your primary concern this is highly recommended

Great location and great host who responded very promptly

the room promises a view of KLCC but there was none. the swimming facility needs to pay RM$20 per person. we thought it was inclusive. the carpark is super small that our starex had difficulty maneuvering inside. recommend to drive smaller car and only recommend this place due to location. In between KLCC and Pavilion

Not enjoyable.

Good location

This apartment is quite a lowly maintained room especially spending almost RM5000. There were mould and dirt everywhere and no towel changes or bed sheet changes. Only one measly lousy pot that sticks to everything we cooked was provided. Not kids safe as the main table is one big u shaped glass. I would strongly discourage families from staying. U need to pay to use the swimming pool so was misleading on the pictures that the pool was included.

KL family trip

The apartment is quite near to KLCC walking distance @500m, plenty of shops and eateries. In this particular apartment, the view is not facing the famous KLCC towers, so it is not as described in the picture 😉 the host was very good and helpful in getting us a trolley with the 🧳 luggage 😀 and also carried our luggage 👍🏻

The parking lots are limited, especially at night 🌙 when tenants are back to the property and you have to park the car at different levels and walk 🚶‍♀️ to the lift lobby.

Good hotel if you're going to KLCC

The host was very friendly, showing me the ways to specific locations, especially KLCC as I was booking this hotel for Comic Fiesta 2023. The place was very spacious also, as I was getting a minor upgrade which was very helpful. Definitely will be booking with them next year~

Nothing in particular, as we hardly could find any downsides with this particular hotel.

Is within walking distance to Pavillion, KLCC, Starhill, Lot 10 and almost everywhere in the city centre. Is very convenient.

Very enjoyable stay. Looking for the same stay when plan for KL trip again.

Alucard Chen from soho was very helpful. Allow late night check-in and hand over the key personally, even in mid-night. The location was very comfortable. Waking distance to KLCC conventional center, KLCC Suria mall, Petronas twin tower. All are connected via tunnel and pass ways. There is 24 by 7 Mart in 3rd floor which is very convenience. Food order by grab be delivered to lobby.

Nothing missing for short time travelers. Everything was perfect.

Very good location,it's located in the heart of the city. Just 2min walk and you'll reach the walkway Easy to find food. pool is clean

The second bed could be more comfortable, The bed is quite old,please change the mattress to a more comfortable one

Location so close to all that’s needed in KL. Very well equipped .beautiful apartment , very comfortable beds . Host was extremely responsive and very helpful

Maybe as a welcome and first day there could have been more toilet paper and maybe tea coffee milk sachets on arrival
