Excellent location and host. Only had problem with AC noise rest of things are excellent.

Master room AC was little noisy. Need repairing.

Should be much better, poorly managed.

Location, space, bathroom, pool and wifi

Poor service, not enough utensils, dirty kitchen, only one cup, one fork, 2 spoons and one knife for 3 people We had to chase for towels and toilet paper. The mattress on the single bed was poor.

Kitchen little bit mesh up..with not proper cutleris and microwave can't used. Tv remote also can't used.

Bed and the mattress. Not comfortable. Maybe can consider to put thin carpet on the floor. No toothbrush & toothpaste.

Good place for good money

The location is great, the apartments have amazing views and are quite spacious, and the toilette was well equiped. There is a big swimming pool at 15th floor. I also would thank the manager who is great! Thank you Tuhing for the hospitality and all the arrangements we needed!

The fridge, even we didn't use it was a bit dirty and the furniture was a bit old. Maybe needs a complete renovation ;)

The location of the property is amazing. The LRT station is connected directly to the development and it makes accessibility to other parts of the KL very convenient. Most of daily necessities are available in the development. F&B options are plenty. Good for both holiday and work.

Room facilities are relatively old, no hair dryer and slippers，there is a nightclub next to it, and singing can be heard even on the 37th floor

no hair dryer the bathtub no hot water the shower water smell like mud water event already open for long time still have mud water smell and no hot water .tower just have one. no good view. WiFi cant open YouTube or anything. aircond not cool at all feel very hot if aircond still open . no tissue paper .Room not comforting . and the floor is very slippery if my leg have water became X2 slippery very dangerous my gf falls after shower because the room mopping using too many soap and if leg have water steps on the floor you will fall.

This time, I had a better stay than the last. I'm reviewing this. 1. Tuhin, a member of staff, was there as usual to greet me and my siblings when we arrived in the lobby, take us to our room, and give us the keys. He is incredibly kind and amiable. 2. This time, our room was a little bit lower on the ground level than it was during the day. 3. The bathroom is very practical and simple to use. Despite the outdated bathroom design, I have no issues using it. 4. The couch is extremely cosy. I chose to sleep on the sofa the second night because it was more cosy than the bed. 5. It is very handy to visit the hotel and shop.

1. The scenery is not as lovely. 2. No toiletries are available. The toiletries that were available during my previous visit were not available this time. I'm not sure if the maid overlooked it or if the supervisor neglected to look. Thank goodness, I had my own supplies with me. 2. I'm staying for three days and two nights, and I've requested that my room be cleaned. However, housekeeping didn't arrive right away to clean the room, so I had to gather trash near the door to prevent the space from smelling. 3. Even though I used the toilet perfume, the restroom smells quite bad. 4. The water flow is also weak. 5. The air conditioning in the room is too cold, but the living area is very warm. The lights are very dim. 6. Extrabed is not acceptable. it moves. 7. Ironboard is incredibly unsatisfactory. A tiny one is offered, but it cannot be used immediately. I was forced to iron on the table. 8. The utensils and glasses are very dirty.
