Modern Hotel in a Good Location.

Good location, close to restaurants and not too far from the lake and centre of town. Good breakfast with a range of options. Comfortable bed, modern facilities.

Soundproofing. Could hear between rooms and from hallway.

Die Lage des Hotels war zentral in der Stadt. Das Hotel war sauber und groß, der Fitnessraum ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zufrieden.

Für ein Europäer hätte das Frühstück etwas mehr Wurst beinhalten können

nice place overall

breakfast was great. staff is friendly and helpful. hotel was exceptionally clean.

walls are too thin so it’s very noisy in your room. you can hear others snore, let alone all the screaming in the lobby from other guests.

Beautiful Dalat!

One of the bigger properties here in Dalat, it's spacious and comfortable here. Breakfast area has indoor and outdoor area where, one can enjoy the weather and view.

Back facing rooms faced constant din from the stray dogs at night. Was woken up many times by the barking and commotion the dogs created throughout the night.

Room was very noisy at night and in the morning due to single glazed windows. This is my only complaint.

The family room was specious! Very nice breakfast.

We stayed in a family room. - There wasn’t a shower glass door in the bathroom. Although there is a curtain, when taking a shower the bathroom becomes wet all around. - Although the room was in the seventh floor, it was very noisy. We wake up early in the morning because of the noisy traffic came out from the street.

First night stay in Dalat

Location is good and convenient. Many cafes and restaurants just down the street with mini mart and pharmacy nearby.

Reception does not seem very receptive and not very helpful. Room is quite normal and standard. Batheroom slippers which are made of rubber are very dirty. Seems like they hadn't been washed for many years and worn by many vistors. Very disappointed with the hotel hyeniene standard. Guests were talking loudly outside the rooms , and the children were running around shouting and playing. All the noise pollution and disturbances were ongoing from 10pm till almost 1am in the morning! None of the hotel staff was there to stop the disturbances to other guests. This will be the last time we will be staying at this hotel. I am pretty sure that there will be better hotels around in this same area.

Modern clean hotel and good location

Clean hotel with modern rooms. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was very basic but not bad. Location is good, in the city centre. staff is nice.

The steak from the room service was too chewy, the rest was good.

The location is quite good.

The towels are a bit old and need to be replaced The shower gel is not enough for days in Double room but only give 1 card so sometimes it is inconvenient for travel

FALSE ADVERTISING!! We booked a 2 bedroom suite with the understanding children under the age of 6 was free of charge. t

Very disappointed

Kinda disappointed about the room. We booked a family suite for our trip. There is 2 rooms to the suite and 1 of them, the AC isn’t working. I don’t feel comfortable staying in the room. I constantly wakes up in the middle of the night

Very Nice Room, Good Location and Helpful Staff

Good Location, Very Nice Breakfast, very nice and cooperative staff as they allowed us to use their own kitchen to cook food for our Baby

Room No 305, we feel the AC is not working properly although the weather is cold outside during the night. But during the day time we feel hot inside the room even though the AC temperature is 16 Mini Fridge is not getting cold..

Too Noisy To Sleep!

The bed and pillows were lovely. The breakfast was good.

It was so NOISY as there is a nightclub in the hotel on the first floor that goes every night until midnight. Consequently , you can't sleep until then as it reverberates through the room and we were on the 4th flloor! Why it isn't sound proofed I don't know. Terrible! The view was very disappointing. Mostly looked onto houses and empty lots full of rubbish.
