Khách sạn tốt về chất lượng dịch vụ và vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển.

Vị trí toạ lạc của khách sạn thật sự tiện nghi và thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển đến các khu vực khác. Giường gối sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ tận tình và vui vẻ. Đồ ăn sáng đa dạng món, có thay đổi giữa các ngày

Một số điểm bản thân chưa hài lòng về khách sạn: Thứ nhất, cửa kéo nhà vệ sinh có bị rỉ sét, lâu không bảo trì khi dùng có tiếng ồn gây khó chịu (đã được nhân viên hỗ trợ khắc phục). Thứ hai, nhà vệ sinh đang sử dụng lại có mùi hôi tanh như sữa, nhân viên trực đêm có đến vệ sinh ngay nhưng dùng khăn trắng nhỏ, mặc dù không ảnh hưởng đến bản thân tuy nhiên việc sử dụng khăn trắng giống với khăn của khách dùng trong nhà vệ sinh làm tôi cảm thấy hơi lo ngại.

The hotel is situated in a prime location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's an excellent location where the night market is just next door. Restaurants and shops are just within walking distance. Love the free photobooth which is located on the ground floor. We enjoyed the live music on Thursday night.

Access to the gym was disappointing as the directions were unclear and opening hours are not convenient for hotel guests to use as it closes for 2 hours, from 12pm to 2pm.

The hotel was very good in all expected aspects. I would definitely go back again.

Very clean overall. Good room service. Convenient to center. Nice restaurant. Very helpful staff.

Pillow was a little too firm. Breakfast was too chaotic due to large crowds and food running out.

Value for money.

The size of room and the ambiance of the room is the best. The room had an excellent view of the river, with a big massive bed plus clean toilets and dressing areas.

There is nothing that I found that I did not like.

We are very impressed by the friendly, polite, and extremely helpful customer services staff who made our stay at the hotel an indelible one.

Quite a few staff are not proficent in English.

Exactly what we needed for a short stay in Dalat

very helpful staff and easily one of the more impressive hotels in Dalat the room was clean and well equipped for a couple nights stay, had we stayed longer than a couple nights we would have probably upgraded to a more spacious room

the selection at breakfast was very good but the experience is a bit manic, lots of guests cutting across each other, the layout of the room is such you have to squeeze past several tables and guests to reach your table or the buffet.

Okay per VN standards

At the center of town, close to everything.

Situated right above the market so it’s noisy, you can hear honking starting at 5am. Like any other hotel in Vietnam, the bathroom is poorly constructed/ sealed so you’ll end up with water leaking all over outside the enclosure after you take a shower.

Absolutely perfect staycation

It was such an amazing and satisfying staycation with Hotel Colline. Hotel room is very clean, services are amazing, location is perfectly close to the city center. Most importantly, I have to give a big thumb up to one of the hotel staffs, with the name of Miss Phuong Thao. Her passions towards her job is incredibly impressive and beyond expectation. She is very attentive and always give us really good recommendation on all the local delicacies and sight seeings to us. Her warm and highly passionate attitude towards her job made our first trip to Dalat superb and unforgettable ! Thank you Hotel Colline. You’re lucky to have such passionate staff with you. We will never be hesitate to repeat all our subsequent staycation in Dalat with Hotel Colline!

Very poor and disappointing

Nothing except the location

The property is basically junk. it will take an assay to describe how everything is very poorly made, the bathroom is a complete joke and disaster. a couple of glass panels instead of walls, very small and leaking water everywhere. The room paint, built in furniture and finishing os beyond horrible (as if a child built it) and the quality is so poor. everything os already chipped and broken. The mattress, like everything else is super cheap and the hotel doesn’t provide a clothes iron.

The location is good.

Too small rooms. Breakfast finished very early... Don't like the bathroom. You have to pay for bottle water!!!!
