Coole Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Lage- ruhig, zu Fuß ist das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück- auch für Vegetarier- sehr gut.

War ok, würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Ganz nett eingerichtet

Im Zimmer 214 ist der Föhn kaputt und der Duschkopf undicht. Einen kaputten Föhn zu haben im Zimmer echt unpraktisch, wenn man längere Haare hat und dringend los muss.

Wer auf Frühstück keinen großen wert legt, ist das Hotel eine super Option, Lage ist toll, sauber und gepflegt, schnelle

An sich war das Hotel sehr schön, aber die Decken und Kissen leider nicht mehr wie auf den Bildern… nicht so fluffig. Dafür konnte das Hotel mit der Dachterrasse punkten sowie Sauna! Sauna war sehr gut und das Fitnessstudio war auch gut!

Leider hat mir das Frühstück Nichtgefallen… wie waren um ca 08.00 Uhr da, es war echt wenig an Auswahl… Die Ei speisen waren kalt, Bacon nicht durch, Brötchen hart. Früchte waren auch nicht so frisch sowie das Gemüse. Da gibt es günstige Hotels die das besser machen. Leider auf was ich mich am meisten gefreut habe. Dafür hat es aber mit der Sauna gepunktet. Aber schade das dass essen nicht gut war. Aber der Tee war sehr lecker :)

Comfortable rooms. Smarty decorated.

Some of the staff are not customer focused. When noting that we were missing an extra bed for our youngest, the staff directly went to the fine print, instead of help Location is poor. In an industrial area

Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Good for a one night stay or as a starting point for a cycling tour.

Bed could have been wider as there was plenty of space in the room. The shower in the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Pleasant stay for a good price in a modern hotel.

Clean and comfy room and good hospitality. Easy parking and good breakfast. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city centre and only 10 minutes from the highway. The rooms have a good climate.

I booked a room for two persons, but it was facilitated for one. We complaint about that and when we came into the room they'd just threw blankets and towels on a chair instead of making the bed or leave towels it in the bathroom.

The location is great, the walk around next to the river was beautiful. We arrived at 3 in the morning, the 24-hour check-in is greatly appreciated, we arrived at 3 in the morning, the receptionist was super chill and friendly, and everything was very fast so that we could get to bed. The interior heavily stylised into a sailor/port theme is definitely not my style, but I guess most people like stuff like this. I would like stuff like this to be more geared to be practical. If it wasn't for the parking issue, this would be an easy 10 star

The only real complaint is with parking when leaving. I paid for parking in the morning, but my ticket did not get updated and didn't let me out of the car park. The lady receptionist was very difficult to deal with, as she kept telling me that it works....it took me walking 4 times from my car to the front desk before she let me out manually.

A well designed and very functional hotel, thoroughly recommend

We liked the clean cut and functional decor. The hotel overlooks a big canal which has a really nice boardwalk walk. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast choices were good, well prepared and tasty ( esp good bacon)

Maybe a small kettle + mugs in the room?

Good enough for the money paid.

Breakfast was always not enough as the hotel was full. Had to wait half an hour for the omelette or croissants to be refilled.

Quite OK if you're going somewhere else.

New, clean, good breakfast. Staff helpful, close to the autobahn, ideal for a stop on the way to somewhere else. Big parking structure next to the hotel. River view from the room also OK. Nice bedsheets/duvet covers.

No parking in front of hotel, limited spaces. Located in business area/industrial estate so nothing around it except one italian restaurant. Walls between rooms made of cardboard - every time neighboring room closes bathroom door the whole entire headboard of the bed moves - shocking. No mini-fridge.

Very beautiful, comfortable and cosy place with the best staff and delicious breakfast. Not far from the city center.

Truly pet friendly.

Everything was truly excellent (incl. Breakfast), but what stood out to me was this: My partner and I stayed with our two dogs and were astonished that the staff prepared 2 dog beds with bowls for food & water and extra towels for NO EXTRA COST! That never happened before. Usually hotels are quite awkward with dogs and see it as a way to charge extra, but they were genuinely doing their best to make out stay as comfortable as possible! Will stay there again when in Heilbronn.

Limited parking spaces on-site and the public car park next to the hotel only accepts coins, no EC card or such. But that's not really the hotel's fault.

Best hotel in Heilbronn.

Is my second time in this hotel with my boyfriend, we love everything about it. This time we used the sauna and got drinks at the bar on saturday, the whole atmospher is great and they truly make you feel welcome since the first minute. Also this time we went with our dog, and the put a bed for him, very nice detail!

Good location, quite area close to river and nice place to walk. Nice and clean rooms, very pleasant staff.

Breakfast finished at 10am and at 9am was no croissant and no sweet. Staff at Breakfast was little rash and confused.

Good hotel for a quick stop. I was on a business trip.

Good room, clean and airconditioning was needed. Dinner was super delicious and staff was friendly.

At breakfast the lady was not super friendly. I opened the door to go outside and had my hands full. She told me straight up: close the door because otherwise the wasps will enter… I get that, but give me a sec to put my stuff down. She seemed irritated.
