overall it was really nice. if we go to Heilbronn again we will definitely rent rooms here.

easy access to the city and the staff was kind

the only thing which made up a bit is we got the our room on next to the outside resting area where other members can smoke cigarettes and it was noisy.

Functional pension for short stay

The pension is functional and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not understand that the pension was a self check-in and when I arrived I talked to a person who was cleaning the room. She was very friendly and told me what to do. When I called the reception, they were also very helpful.

Not recommend it at all.

Only cleanness

The place was not the same as the pictures presented in booking.com The wifi didn’t work and when we complained about it. their answer was not acceptable. we spent 3 nights there without any internet.

Worth it, nice place to stay

The self check in did not work, so went in reception and the person there was very friendly. I had to go to the other building which was first hard to find because I'm not knowing the area ( should have to be shown), but other than that, it was everything perfect.

Very good

Close to many shops and city centre, automated check-in. Could park infront of pension, but it's paid parking and is available only few hours a day. Rooms look exactly as on pictures. Theres a restaurant or two nearby.

Busy road, parking situation and cleaning ladies unfortunately don't speak english.

good location, bad room.

We got room number 1. We had the smoking area just outside our window and people were constantly outside smoking and making nose. Well did not sleep neither could we have the windows open, the curtains was always closed because people could see in. Alcoholics were outside till 7 in the morning making nose.

dont have a room just outside the smoking area with a big window.

Everything went well. Room was good, clean and comfortable, many towels and good soap and shampoo. Easy system with cards and doors. When you finished your stay - just drop your card from door in the post-box near entrance to pension.

I expect a little more support from stuff to show where is the pension with rooms and which is my room number, I've got it from third time.

Good location relative to university, fridge, spacious room and bathroom, light controllable from the multiple points in the room.

Took some time to find the reboot button on the check-in kiosk (the app crashed but worked perfectly after reboot), a message inviting to call in case of problems could also mention that…

We payed extra for a late check out and still the cleaning staff nocked every 15 mins. ... They continued even after we told them.

strange people working

so the client relations were really poor. but the place is nice. we were given the wrong key. we had to come to the main building and wait. then there crowds of people late in the evening who could not get in and that was super frustrating when the manager was away from 8 pm and we felt bad about it. so get ready for the fact that the manager will not take care of your booking.

Very good

A very good place to stay. There is only automatic check-in and check-out but that's enough. Works good - no problem with payment. Close to the city centre. Clean and comfortable enough for this price.

OK but local noise an issue

Facilities in the room fine. Man on reception, Kurt I think, very nice and helpful. Location is good if you want to be near the theatre or town centre.

Noisy. Men sat outside on the so called terrace, either talking to each other or on the phone till quite late. Then at some point someone arrived and started shouting and woke us up. There is no coffee shop as per booking.com list of facilities and the so called terrace was more of a yard that random men, I assume attached to the hotel, sat in.
