Very poor

Didn't end up staying here at the Ameriva's Best Value Inn. Office was closed. Had a note on office door to call a phone number. Had to stay at the Econolodge next door. At first they couldn't find the booking, had to call wife and I did have the correct info. Booking .com ended up overbooking rooms for the other hotel. Wife called customer service to help them find our booking. Lots of hoops to jump through just for a room. The new hotel matched the price and finally gave me a room. There was a pending duplicate charge on my credit card, but one dropped off after 10 days.

It was okay for one night

Easy to find . Good location. The bed was very comfortable.

Could not check in to the motel. The lobby not functioning. Had to go to Econo Lodge. Breakfast was also at Econo Lodge . The breakfast was poor.No milk available to the cereals. Only bagels for bread.

Disappointing

AC needs to be cleaned better. The filters were full and disgusting causing the room to not get cooler. toilet paper and water pressure in shower needs improvement. The recent remodel made the stay bearable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly.

It is newly renovated so everything is clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are big. It was a really nice stay and the staff were very friendly.

That the pool was not open.

Passable

Breakfast was good, room was so, so. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Room was minimum, no where to hang up your clothes. Location had a lot of street noise. Motel itself needs more updating, especially for the price.

Handicap room, no grab bars, hanging space, outside step access, noisy heater, no Kleenex, tv bad remote.

Disappointing

There was no toilet paper no hooks or shelf for clothes, no shelf in shower and floor in shower very slippery plus no safety handle in It either. Only one night stand. No table. Heater was loud and annoying all night. Ice machine didn't work.

very nice, great value, big room!

it was very new, the did some very nice renovations.

one down side of the worker shortage was the fact that you had to check in at the Econo Lodge down the street, and there was no on sight office.

Clean and freshly renovated. Great for a stop.

I enjoyed the renovated rooms. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I missed some hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom. Please install some.

I would happliy return!

I liked everything ESPECIALLY the staff who helped me find my way there after I got disoriented and messed up on my directions! Once there they were really helpful and friendly, too! The property has recently undergone a serious renovation so the place was in really good shape. No complaints there!

Great place, clean and Super Value!

Location was confusing, on the google maps, so, I called and the guy was great…he waited outside to wave me down!! The rooms are new, Clean and basic room. Comfy bed and everything worked!

Nice with a few kinks

These were newly remodeled and really nice. The ac worked ok, not great. The girl checking us in was fantastic and pleasant.

The door on one of our rooms would not lock which was scary. That room also had locusts (?) In it. Also, checking in at another hotel is very strange to me.

Basic necessities for a stay for a good price and bed was actually very comfortable.

Close to where I needed to be. It was clean but very basic. Great air conditioner. Bed was very comfortable. Helpful cleaning staff. Plenty of hot water. The mirror was very cool and I have never seen it in any motel I’ve ever stayed in: you can push a button on it that lit up and a heater would come on to defog it and you can push another button several times to change the back lighting!

The door between my room and the one next to me was very thin. No where to hang my clothes. Shower had no shelf to put my soap, shampoo or razor. The mattress had a plastic covering, can’t imagine why! The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever had to use! Remodeling going on at office and had to check in a block away at another motel. You can tell the motel was probably constructed in the 60’s but the rooms were remodeled with basic changes but very clean.

TV and remote acted up a few times and the bed may have been a little bit lopsided.
