Your hosts James & Karen Fuller moved to Ibis Park Farm in October 2012 with our dog Maddy, alpacas and chooks.
The farm originally had two Jarrah cottages on the property and our family home. Unfortunately one of the cottages was damaged in a storm and demolished.
We currently run 20 breeder Murray Grey cows and 1 bull (Mr McGregor) on the property. There is one station cow (the red cow) on the property her name is Milly.
Our Alpaca family is slowly growing. Our very cute grey girl named Aurora. All our alpacas have names – Chanel, Destiny, Blossom and more.. Alpacas are known for their herd protection for sheep at lambing season). They will chase and kill foxes.
We also have our Muscovy Ducks who free range around the farm during the day.
Our chooks and roosters can also be seen around the farm as well.

Ibis farm is a great working farm with only one chalet. Karen was a great host, harry the dog was a hit along with Millie the possessive cow.
Kids had a wonderful time at the property with the tractor and buggy rides, feeding the animals and learning about the routine and habits of the animals.
Property was clean with all the necessities. Pots, pans, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and most importantly a stable internet connection. There’s even a kids playroom filled with toys.
A big shoutout to Karen who very graciously brought us around her daily duties on the farm.

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Jim on their beautiful farm. They included us and the kids in all sorts of activities: unbaling hay for the cows, finding eggs the chickens had laid, feeding all sorts of animals including alpacas, going on bushwalks, riding the tractor, and more! The cottage was perfectly outfitted and comfortable, and Pinjarra is just a short drive away for supplies, a playground, and plenty of cute shops and cafes. Mandurah and the estuary are also in driving distance for a bit of a splash. I would highly recommend this stay -- and my kids keep asking when we're going back!

This is such a fabulous farm stay. The kids loved everything - the farm animals, farm dog and the activities like going in the tractor, unrolling the hay and painting gum nuts. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Had everything we needed, and we did need the washing machine after a wet and rainy day in the fields! Karen and Jim were super hospitable and interactive with the kids. We all felt very welcome. Thanks for the countryside recharge!

Amazing property & host
We all had an amazing time renting at ibis farm cottage. Karen the host went above and beyond arranging activities for all the children. By far exceeded our expectations. She fitted in so much in between the rain. The cottage itself was so clean end full of different amenities. Plenty of things to keep the children entertained. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful break and amazing host
We loved our stay in West Coolup. The cottage was warm and cosy in the height of winter, it has a lovely and very well equipped kitchen and Karen has added so many thoughtful extras inside and out. There is a beautiful fenced yard for the kids to play in as well as a fire for toasting marshmallows.
Karen was so great with our kids and showed us all around the farm and how to feed to different animals. They loved being able to help her with some of her farm chores too. The highlight for them was the ride inside the cab of the tractor, though the twilight buggy ride to visit the cows and kangaroos came very close.
Tbank you Karen for an excellent stay!

Perfect stay for a family getaway
Stayed got a week and found the location to be perfect, close enough to town but far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Lovely cottage with all amenities from games to fast WiFi, perfect for our family with kids aged 18months to 14 years. Everyone had so much fun with farm activities and it was so safe to let the kids free range in the yard with swings, toys, games that were provided that I managed to have a truly relaxing break. Best feature was our host Karen who engaged with the kids every day with patience and enthusiasm. We’re so glad we found you, we were so sad to leave but we hope to visit again!

Wonderful Holiday
Very impressed. The whole experience was wonderful. Cottage was exceptionally well equipped and sparkling clean. Karen was lovely and so very helpful with any query we had. She included our family in the farm activities and we had the best time. It was a lovely break, peaceful nights watching the stars and tending the firepit, collecting eggs, out on the tractor or ATV, feeding the animals and we even saw a calf being born!
Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic Family Farmstay
A huge thank you to Karen for the lovely time we enjoyed at the Ibis Park Farmstay. The cottage still had that old world charm with all the modern ammenities to make our stay very comfortable. The kids loved interacting with the animals and Karen provided a wealth of knowledge on the operations of the farm. We were also lucky enough to see baby calfs and take part in the daily tasks. The bonfire and marshmallows was also a highlight for a particular 8 year old . We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Amazing Stay!
We had such an excellent stay at Ibis Park Farmstay! The accommodation was spacious, impeccably clean, cosy and incredibly well-equipped! The owners, Karen & Jim are such a lovely, accommodating couple. We really enjoyed taking walks out into the nearby bushes to explore (and 'Roo spotting!) feeding the animals and learning about the farm from Karen and Jim. The bonfire on our final night was a real highlight for us as we roasted marshmallows and gazed at the stars. The farm itself is tucked away in a tranquil and peaceful location. Not too difficult to find at all, after a very enjoyable drive past other farms. It was a very memorable time for us which we will look back on dearly. Thank you Karen & Jim for having us and letting us experience the farm, we will definitely be back. -Jess, Alven & Liam (P.S. Please send our love to Maddy!)

Highly recommended farm stay !
We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous farm. With 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby, we stayed in this cosy cottage that was very clean and well maintained! Hosts were very thoughtful and prepared the baby cot and bed fence for the kids . This place is recommended to stay as a stop over , as it is conveniently located in between Margaret River and Perth City. Short drive, 10-15 min to town centers where there is Coles and Kmart for shopping . The kids enjoyed feeding the free ranging chooks, ducks and little calf, and collecting eggs . Thank you Jim for taking us on the go cart, the kids loved it ! Thank you once again Karen and Jim for this awesome experience !

Very comfortable and fun for the kids
We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed all the animals and learning how they are cared for. We had eggs daily and our farm host included the children in feeding times. We would recommend this farm stay which is not too isolated if you want a day in Mandurah or Pinjara also.

Best experience of farmstay
It was our very first experience of farmstay and so lucky to become Ibis Park's first guests. The place was impressed us at first glance because it looked extremely new and spotless. The kids were excited about helping feed the animals and riding on the tractor. They loved the farm more than they loved the big playground nearby.
Karen, the lovely hostess, was very kind and friendly to us. She was patient to explain everything to the kids and even gave each of them a certificate at the end of our stay.
I would highly recommend Ibis Park farmstay because of its comfort and cleanness, nice host, convenient location and farm activities.
