The break was good. The cook was kind and asked us about our preferences and options, for breakfast. The aloo Paratha and sandwiches were decent. Even though the Poha was not that good, the cook was kind enough to get it replaced and he accepted that feedback.
I did not like the hotel overall. I selected the Deluxe room with the glass windows but Maru told me that they have only one kind of room and we got a room with small windows on the first floor. I feel like I was given the wrong room, when I asked for details Maru was so rude and he told me that the information on Booking.com is wrong. I feel that I was targeted with discrimination and hatred, because of my ethnicity or my religion.

Great Place just outside of the main city just what we like. Centre are not to our liking . Met all basic requirements.
The outside areas could be maintained better.

Jaiselmer is known as the Golden City and so are hearts of its people. Excellent hospitality. Very cordial and accommodating.
We had a wonderfull and comfortable 4 day stay also it is close to every thing such as the Fort and few tourist places. Pleasant, spacious and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are its staff. All the staff are incredibly helpful.
The breakfast had good choices and everything is freshly made and yummy.
In fact, my friend requested to make tea and the GM set up a tea making experience - we enjoyed the conversation over tea with the team and other guest too.
If you want to experience overnight camp try Helsinki hotel's own new campus site - The Sunset on Dunes is wonderful, so is the clear night sky, at the same time enjoying authentic Jaiselmer cuisine while sitting around the bon fire and enjoying the folk dances and folk music in Night. We did not stay at the campus overnight. However, the camp was full of guest.
Thank you Ishan, Shiv and rest of the team.
Highly recommended Helsinki Hotel if you are staying in the Jaiselmer.

The room was too good. Also the reception was good.
Food was not that good. Fruits must be included and no vegetable menu was available. Only paneer recipe was available

It is absolutely beautiful. The structure of the room and the windows.
The staff seemed a little cold and not friendly. Especially when I requested for a better room.

I liked the property very much. It’s very clean and hygienic but outside the hotel they dust and dirt is everywhere.
There is no discount on extra activity like we did camp for one night with camel and jeap safari and we have paid 7500rs for this. Also there is no buffet system for breakfast. They will give you the menu option and you have to select only ywo dishes per person. Also you won’t get any restaurant near you, you have to walk 1.2 km to have food and the hotel is taking advantage of this by increasing the prices in there menu.

Excellent value for money! great location, away from the hustle but a very easy walk to the fort. amazing view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant. loved it all ! very comfortable bed. view of the fort from our room. delicious food on the rooftop with beautiful customer service from the lovely waiter

The room was good for the price it offered. Smaller things could be taken care like hot water, the towel hanger wad loose and cleaning of the room was better. The breakfast was having a limited menu and just about okay.
The breakfast was limited options and just okay

Free pick up
Arrangements made for sand dune visit
The location
It does not match the photos shown
The surrounding of the hotel is very unpleasant
Food options very less
Ac was not working hence had to shift room
They did not check the sand dune booking, as we were promised dinner in a camp which was pathetic and unhygienic plus the folk program promised was a sham, pls check before booking

Very welcoming friendly hotel. They went out of their way to get us a room ready when we arrived very early from our train. Rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop has an amazing view of the fort.

We really did not want to leave the hotel :)
Super nice food. The breakfast was extraordinary
Helsinki Hotel is a must-visit. It is such a beautiful hotel. The design is exceptional like its location.
It's super quiet with a wonderful view on the beautiful rooftop terrace overviewing the fort. Entering the lobby we were feeling home from the very first moment. The hotel manager welcomed us warm-heartedly and offered us Chai.
We chatted a little before we went up into our rooms. The rooms are very beautifully designed. We really did not wanna leave the room at all. Super cozy bed and a window nook.
Helsinki hotel is our favorite choice of the hotel all over the hotels we have been booking throughout Rajashtan.
All the staff was extremely kind and friendly. We had all the dinners in the hotel and breakfast too. We are in love with the banana Nutella pancake and the special naan "Masala Kulcha".
We are excited to come back one day.

This hotel was a very nice place to spend time, so much, that I extended my stay. The room I had was very spacious and with nice views of the desert. There was free tea and coffee, and a kettle so you can make a hot drink any time you want. The staff were very kind and were always fast to bring any room service or food ordered.
The only issue was the wifi, which unfortunately only worked right next to the router, which was in the hallway. If you won't need to work during your trip, this should not be an issue.

This is maybe the nicest, most affordable place I have stayed in India. I saw Hotel Helsinki on an advert online and never thought I'd be able to afford it, but not only could I afford it - it is a stunning place with the most comfortable bed ever! It's also in a great location, close to the centre, but far enough out to make it lovely and quiet. It's also super clean and beautifully interior designed. The staff are lovely and helpful too, the manager is great at his job also.
Can't think of anything!
