We had a 2-night stay in this hotel and the overall experience was very good! The staff was helpful and helped us with all the small requests as well. Our room was clean and the facilities were in a good condition. We had a small hot water issue, but the staff solved it right away, which was very helpful. Breakfast was also nice. We had our dinner and tea on the rooftop terrace of the hotel, where we could enjoy the night view of the Jaisalmer Fort.

This hotel has been exceptional in every aspect, just to name some of them:
We had a really nice welcoming with a free tea at the roof top with amazing views of the city.
The staff was really helpfull helping us with directions or tu understand the trains in india.
The room was nice, beutiful and clean with everything to cover our needs. Also the shower was as hot-warm as you wish (something difficult to find sometimes here).
The breakfast was really good too.
They allowed us to keep our lugagge in the hotel after the check out…
To summarize: 100% recomended with the best quality-prize we could imagine

Very comfortable rooms, wonderful views from the terrace and above all the kindest staff I have had the pleasure of staying with in any hotel I have stayed in, India or otherwise. They could not do enough particularly when I was ill, twice accompanying me to the doctor and hospital. They also gave us a tour of the city which was very interesting, non touristy and for free. you would be mad to stay anywhere else in Jaisalmer.
nothing.

Cool design, friendly staff and nice food in the restaurant. Room comfortable and plenty of hot water. Staff helped us with a custom desert trip with no issues at all.

Great hotel! Conveniently located close to the city center this haveli offers both all the comforts you need as well as a stunning view of the fort.
The staff was polite & helpful and we can recommend the restaurant. They serve authentic but milder versions of local dishes that you can order without any apprehension.
One of our best hotel experiences in India, we highly recommend it.
The Internet could have been slightly stronger in our room.

The staff and location and the food! Plus the Desert Safari!
This was one of our best stays during our month long trip around Rajasthan. Perfect location, fantastically helpful staff and great food! They also do a great over nigh desert safari! would recommend the Hotel Pleasant Haveli to any traveler.

I stayed with my husband and my mother in the triple bedroom. We had a nice a pleasant stay - the only adults part just not so true, but wasn't bothered by it. The rooms are decent, clean, staff very helping. Terrace is nice in the night, hot in the day but they have an inside section. Indian food is most adviseable to order, its very good, the rest of the menu is mediocre.
The hotel has its own overnight non-touristic desert safari which we booked after our two night stay. It was a once in a lifetime experience! Everyone who enjoys nature should go for it, you travel with your own people and the guide, so you have the nature to yourself. Enjoy delicious food under the beautiful stars. Book this experience after your hotel stay, don't worry they take care of your luggage and you save money on not booking that extra night. Wild camping - no bathrooms

The staff couldn't have been more friendly, picking us up from the railway station at 6am and driving us to the bus station when we left. Beautiful view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant where the staff were super attentive and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
There were some power outages, only for a moment or two and not associated just to the hotel.

Everything except the food which did not match my taste. However the manager Dilip Singh informed me the the old cook will be back soon as the season is starting.
The attitude of the cook who thinks he is genius just because he can speak one or two foreign languages. Takes care of the foreigners and Indians he seems do not deserve. This is what I observed. I had lunch twice and dinner once at the hotel but just regretted. He doesn't want to listen anything as he is Mr. Perfect.😀

Liked my staying in this hotel. Manager was very good. He picked us from the Station at late night and even dropped late night. Arranged all the rides for us. Did not face much problem. View from the terrace is good. Food was good. The chef was nice and cooked as per our instructions.

We arrived in Jaisalmer with terrible food poisoning after a 12 hr bus ride. The hotel staff not only picked us up from the bus with fresh bottles of water, they also made the rest of our stay as comfortable as they possibly could have. Not only did they continuously bring water and food to our room at all hours, they also brought us to a hospital twice and translated our complaints for the hospital staff to make sure that we were taken care of. They constantly delivered food and water to the hospital without us having to ask, and they eventually even dropped us off at the train station at 2 am in the night when it was time to leave and carried our bags into the train. As for the amenities, they were beautiful, stylish and perfectly clean, and we dearly hope to be back one day to enjoy the city of Jaisalmer from the comfort of Pleasant Haveli Hotel. The staff have really gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed for every second of our stay, and if you are in Jaisalmer you absolutely cannot miss out on this beautiful hotel and its lovely people.

Great place to stay. The owner and the staff are super friendly. Arrived in the morning by train and they were waiting for us to pick up, and had the room ready before checkin time, which was great. Rooftop and restaurant are amazing too. Highly recommend. Location is good, everything in walking distance.

The better stay we had in India. The night train we took made us arrived at 5AM but the tenants managed to give us a roop anyway so that we can rest. They organized the desert safari, the restaurant has a nice view and everyone is so nice. PS : the room is like a princess palace !
