The open floor plan features a family room with a large sectional sofa and a dining area. Enough space for the whole family to relax.
Save money and prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
The primary bedroom has King size mattress. The second bedroom features a Queen size mattress. The third bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. The den provides additional sleeping with a pull out sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have their own television.
All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans.
If you have little ones, we provide a booster seat and pack and play at no additional cost.
There is a Walgreens drug store on site and a Publix grocery market directly next to Vista Cay which can be accessed by walking just 3 minutes.
We stayed at Vista Cay several times before becoming owners. The location is ideal, the complex is quiet and conveniently located minutes from everything Orlando has to offer. This is our second home so we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible. I am confident that your family will love it as much as we do.

The location is exactly as seen in the pictures. So much room!! It was perfect for our group of 7. The owners communicated well and everything went very smoothly!

The perfect location in Orlando. Super close to the convention center if you are in town for business, and close to all the parks if you are in town for fun.

We were there for a volleyball tournament and had so much room in the condo! The guy who runs the pool(Roger) was a little difficult to deal with but that really was the only issue we had. The condo was spacious and well maintained, had everything we needed and Jeff was fantastic and easy to work with booking the property!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s clean and nicely decorated, with a TON of space! I loved that there were extra box fans, being a nighttime fan sleeper! The path to the pool is located just behind the the building, making it an easy walk. The condo was across the street from Dunkin and Publix, making it a convenient walk instead of driving.

Perfect locarion for what we needed. Would have given a 5 star review except for the cleaning of the floors and countertops. You would shower and walk to the living room and your feet would be black on the bottom.

We stayed here while attending a conference at the OCCC. The property was pleasant. We enjoyed the swimming pool, game room, and playground and the short walking distance to Publix and other shopping. The condo itself was well taken care of, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host gave us clear and accurate instructions regarding everything we needed to know.

This is the perfect place to stay. Close to everything, but still feels cozy. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or spread out when you want alone time. Walking distance to the shopping center with Public and fantastic restaurants (N.Y.P.D. pizza and The Diner...both chef's kiss. HIGHLY recommend) We would definitely look here first for our next trip to Orlando.

Everything was as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out in the condo. Convenience location to convention center with nearby grocery and shops. Vista Caye is nice community with nice pools and is quiet in evening. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at other condos at Vista Cay in the past and this is by far the best. It is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. We were going to the 3 SeaWorld parks and this location was perfect. The close proximity to Publix and some good small restaurants is very nice. There are plenty of pool and bath towels and the beds were all very comfortable. It was quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this condo over all others.

Our trip was made amazing because we had a great place to come to every night! The condo was very spacious, clean, in a great location I loved the layout. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Everything that was advertised on the VRBO was just the same in the condo! The pool area was nice my kids had so much fun! Everything you would need at home like pots and pans, plates etc was available. Beds were comfy. Wi-Fi was easy to access. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Very spacious floor plan in a gated community. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. I was elated to find 2 box fans in the closets as we had only brought 1 and knew someone was going to have to go without their white noise but we had plenty and everyone slept as peaceful as they do at home. If you are used to other vacation rentals being filled with leftover coffee, spices, random dry groceries etc you won’t find that here but to be completely honest I loved how simple and organized everything was. We took the quick drive or walk to the grocery store nearby several times. The pool can get busy but it’s nice overall. They have a DJ on Saturdays and the music can be very loud. Great stay, would definitely recommend. This place has everything you need and more.

This is an incredible property with so many amenities! Fully stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out for a family of five. Kids loved easy access to Universal; short drive away and Chik Filet across the street. Publix is around the corner to grab snacks & food; fridge has a great ice machine that was perfect. The pool is huge with lots of beach chairs. The condo had all your beach towels, bath towels and bed linens so you just need to bring bathing suits. The beds are incredible, we slept great and ceiling fans are great. Condo is in a very nice area, about 2 miles from a massive convention center. Two outlet malls are close by for shoppers to enjoy. Didn’t want to leave

I am very particular in where I rent. This property was everything and more to meet my expectations. It has a open layout all on the 1st floor, clean with great accommodations for everything you may need during your stay for kitchen (+ many extra towels/beach towels). Master bedroom with a large bathroom. Very close to amusement parks, restaurants, grocery store etc. We not only enjoyed Orlando, we visited St. Augustine (oldest city a a must see), and New Smyrna Beach. It was a safe community with a gated community (security code needed upon entering establishment). A large outdoor pool with bar, game room and lake with walking path right in your back yard. Owner was very professional and quick with responses. Great time and highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights here for a family Orlando trip, mostly to Universal Studios. The property is ideally located for Universal, only 15-20 minute drive to the parks even in morning commute traffic. Most shopping and amenities are within 2-3 miles. The condo is in a gated community and we felt safe the entire time. We didn't use any of the condo amenities (pool, gym, etc.). WiFi and TV was working great. The condo is very spacious, almost too much... they could use another piece of furniture or two. The only downside was the floors have no rugs and the combination of ceramic tile and wood tile floors need a good steam cleaning, we had to wear socks and shoes or our feet would turn black.

We love staying at Vista Cay but this has been our best stay to date. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries and to keep us updated throughout the booking process.
Contactless check in went without a hitch and the apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the photos and was clean upon arrival.
The guest manual had clear instructions for the use of the property and for the check out process.
The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we required throughout our stay, as well as plenty of cupboard space to store our groceries. In the bedrooms there were plenty of pillows and clothes hangers and a good supply of towels in the linen cupboard.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and it has become our favourite choice for future stays at Vista Cay (we are already looking at dates to book it again next year).

The stay was great, floors were not the cleanest; however overall we were very happy.
2 suggestions for future is the provide trash bags and dish soap. As being involved with family that have rental property just a few personal touches would be nice.
The owner of the property was very responsive and very easy to work with. I will be booking again if available.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We stay in condos when we vacation, and this time was the smoothest checkin / checkout. Owner was very responsive to all questions/ needs. Loved the property and would consider staying here again when in the Orlando area.

The condo was super spacious. Perfect for us and two teenagers. Loved the close location to both Disney and Universal. And Pirate's Cove miniature golf was great fun too. The Vista Cay community & the neighbors we meet were nice & friendly. Plenty of parking spots available. Overall, a great rental experience.

Great place to stay!
We stayed mid-June 2022. It was close to everything, and we were able to walk to the Orange County Convention Center for volleyball games. We would stay there again. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Impeccable and Spacious!
