Great location in the middle of Old San Juan. Walkable to historic sites. Very responsive communication from host. Thanks for allowing the late checkout.
Smell in the bathroom from pipes. Likely due to being an old building.

Great location & comfortable.
Could not figure how to watch regular TV - NBA playoffs. Very loud late at night. Bathroom smelled a little musty.

The location was excellent for walking around Old San Juan just as we expected. The apartment was nicely updated in an old building. Everything was clean. Nice touches with coffee and snacks on arrival. Basic toiletries were appreciated too. Liked that we could access the Juliette balcony to see what was going on in the street below. It was great not to need air conditioning - the breeze was enough to keep cool. Plenty of storage and everything worked. Good for stays of 3+ days.
The mattress was average. Not much kitchen bench space, but doable. Steps to access the lift was a bit inconvenient, but at least there was a working lift. Not being coffee drinkers, some tea bags would have been a nice addition. However, we were prepared and brought a few with us especially as we arrived around 11pm.

The location is perfect! There were cold bottles of water and snacks on arrival. The entire apartment was impeccably clean. The bathroom is modest and water pressure was lacking, but that can be easily overlooked given the affordable price for the large space and excellent location.

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico, and I decided to stay in San Juan due to it being a walkable city and booked at the 310 Guest House. From beginning to the end, the hosts were in constant communication with me, and answered all my questions very quickly which I really appreciated, especially with me traveling solo going someplace new. I was able to meet Marly and she was very nice and helpful with anything I needed. 310 was absolutely perfect with its location in the heart of San Juan, close to everything; restaurants, coffee houses, souvenir shops, museums, cruise port, you name it. I walked everwhere, even to the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk up the hill. I loved the architectural design of the guest house, it was so beautiful, and quaint. My apartment was very clean, spacious, and there were plenty of snacks and water bottles in the room for me as well which were greatly appreciated. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay there, everything was clean, and ready upon arrival, and I always felt safe, and the area was quiet at night. I'd definetly recommend staying here at the 310 Guest House if you plan to visit San Juan.
Everything was great!

The location of the apartment is just perfect right in the middle of old city
It was also close to nice cafes and restaurants in town and beach front
You have everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen and all basic necessities
The AC was the best thing in this weather
It was good for the price we paid for 4 nights
It had no window so it was basically like living in a box, which was so bad no ventilation no fresh air
And the bathroom had no door! It’s like a small room in an open area with the bed and kitchen
And we didn’t have hot water all the time
It was barely warm enough for one person to shower
I think the other rooms had a balcony and nice sunlight coming in but they were all booked

The location was amazing.
The host was incredibly rude when we were trying to understand where a miscommunication took place. She also did not believe us when we shared the shower was freezing and that issue was never resolved. The host screamed at us over the phone. The room also smelled bad the whole time and we could not get rid of the smell.

It’s an incredible little spot in the middle of everything!
The door lock was a bit fussy, you really have to turn it a couple of times to get the door open. It gets some getting used to, but not a bother at all.

Maybe only thats located right in the middle of Viejo San Juan
The smell, it had a terrible stinky smell!
It had alot of roaches, it was disgusting!
It almost seem like the sheets on the bed were dirty.
Elevator would not take us down.
Tv was not working.

The location is excellent. It is in a safe area, especially late at night or for solo travelers. It has lots of very nice restaurants and cafes very close by. There is a supermarket just a few blocks down the road. It is within walking distance of most the museums and historic buildings. It is very close to the meeting point of most of the walking tours in that area. The facilities and space in the room worked out well for me. I liked the lock box for contactless key pick and drop off and had no problems with it. My room was quiet at night even though it is in a busy area. The room was clean.
I didn't feel safe using the elevator after it stalled a couple of times. I had no problem using the stairs instead. The room can feel a bit claustrophobic with its dated decor, so I planned not to spend a lot of time indoors. The shower hot water temperature and pressure is a little disappointing. I got bitten by mosquitoes both nights. After contacting the host I was told to have the a/c on a low temp the entire time in order to keep the room very cold, that helped.

Location location location. In the heart of everything. Also UBER we’re cheap and reliable.
The steps. Unfortunately the elevator was not working. I thought I was booking a hotel but more like an Airbnb. Also I needed a larger room for 7 nights. The bed was not comfortable too low for me.

The location was great and it was a well kept clean building even if it was outdated.
The room did not have windows, just the balcony doorway. The a/c was very noisy. I requested a floor mirror and never got it after I was promised I would. I was hoping for a hotel style bed but it was like sleeping at someone’s house. we slept over the covers.

The only problem was the wifi, I used my hotspot the entire trip.
