o 2 Bottles of Dishwashing Soap
o 4 Garbage Bags
o 1 Roll Toilet Paper (Each Bathroom)
o 1 Bar of Soap (Each Bathroom)
o You will need to purchase additional supplies as needed. Only purchase laundry and dishwasher detergents with the brands we have initially supplied. “HE” laundry detergent is MANDATROY.

* Compliance and acceptance of our rental policy is mandatory. You will be sent Page 1 of our Rental Agreement for completion. Look for "Beach Cottage 2304" in the subject line. Be sure to check your spam folder.

* NOTE OUR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY PER OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE FIRM.

PARKING FOR RENTAL: Parking passes are mandatory. One (1) undercover parking space is allowed in the parking garage. There is visitor parking in the front of the building as space is available. MOTOR HOMES or CAMPERS are not allowed on the Property for more than 24 Hours. Permanent Parking Available Offsite. A fee for this space may be applicable. MOTORCYCLES are allowed onsite and are to be parked in the visitor parking area.

We really enjoyed our stay in your unit. Was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Was nice to have a beach umbrella and chairs. The view was great! Many beautiful sunsets! We definitely will be back.

The proximity to the beach made this place a winner for us. It was a 2 minute walk downstairs and through the garage and you’re there! The provided beach chairs are really camp chairs, but we went and bought some beach chairs at a nearby store. Very quiet condo - we did not hear any noise from neighbors or the road. The porch which faced the pool and the ocean was a great place to hang out or play board games. Figuring out where to enter building 2 was very tricky for us - it is not marked very well. The location is close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!

We loved staying at this condo! The view of the gulf was wonderful. The tub in the 2nd bathroom needs to be looked at. There were a couple of small spots on the tub below the showerhead that had rusted through completely. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Close to many restaurants and short drive to shopping and attractions. Furniture somewhat dated and beach chairs were actually camp chairs. Pool and hot tub area so clean and always plenty of chairs. Master bed was very comfortable. Condo was clean.

Our stay was good overall. Property had things that needed repair, screens didn’t work etc. place appeared clean but floor was pretty dirty. biggest problem was spending parts of 3 days trying to get tv to work.

Staying in this specific condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything you could need, even games and books, Netflix and Disney . The balcony is huge with a perfect view. The pool area is super nice with a great view of the sunset. After reserving I only had one question, I sent an email to the owners and got a very prompt reply. Our kids LOVED everything about it and asked that when we come back we choose this condo. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to return!

Thought the condo was just what was needed for our vacation. The place was so clean and nice, compared to some other properties I’ve stayed at. Doug was fantastic and hard working through out our stay. Loved the view, and the grounds were well kept. Secured building was nice addition, knowing not just anyone could come into the building. Loved the donations to the homeless, made me feel less guilty about throwing out or giving away left over food we didn’t use. CON- didn’t like the AC would not go below 72. I have my home thermometer sat at 66-68 degrees, so that was the only struggle.

The condo is in a great location with a great view of the pool and gulf! The condo had everything we needed. The only negative was the thermostat was locked out at 72 degrees. The master bedroom was a little too warm but ceiling fan helped. Overall a great vacation!

We had an excellent stay. Very convenient to getting places. Definitely would stay again without a doubt. Very safe and peaceful with the private beach for our small family. Definitely needs some updates with the beds not super comfortable it nothing like the view we had from our two balconies.

We ha e stayed in Beach Cottages for the past 15 years. This was our first time in this unit. The Condo was clean and ready for us at the time of check-in. We love the property because of the proximity to the beach, John's Pass as well as St. Pete's and Clearwater.....There is always something to do! Wish we would have had access to beach chairs and toys, as has been the case in most other units we have rented. We just bought our own and left them for others to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Property was as advertised. Jerry made check-in easy and we enjoyed the property setup. Great pool and sun deck area. The condo was a little dated and not as clean as we'd like to see when arriving, but wasn't enough of a concern to make any special requests. Beach/Florida spots are tough to keep up on. Really appreciated the quiet washer and dryer and the kitchen was nicely furnished with enough variety to cover several meals we prepared during our stay.

The condo was still being cleaned when we arrived after our checkin time. Cleaning service was very rude about it. The floors were filthy...our feet were black after 15 minutes. We mopped all the floors. There were dried food stains on the kitchen cabinets and all down the guest room door. Someone else's shoes under the bed, and 3 used bottles of water were under the beds. Location was beautiful. Condo was not.

The location and view were great. The condo was well furnished. It was very peaceful. Small repairs are needed. Jerry was easy to contact. Building maintenance does a great job keeping the facility in good condition. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. DID I MENTION THE BEACH!!

The location and value of the condo was perfect for a family of 5. We loved that we had to walk through the parking lot to get to the beach because we were able to keep the big beach chairs in the car without carrying them up and down every day. The private access to the beach was nice. The pool area was always spotless and a nice change of scenery after being at the beach. The amount of locked gates were unusual but we understand for safety! We just always had a set of keys with us. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat.
