Welcome to Sunglasses & Sunsets located on the white sandy gulf beach of Redington Shores, Florida. We purchased this gorgeous condo in 2017. Everything was bought new, including our King size Serta iComfort mattress and Queen size Beautyrest pillow top . There is also a new leather sectional with a memory gel foam queen size sleeper. Three Samsung Tv's sized 55", 42" and 32" and free Wifi(100mbps). Netflix included on living area TV and master TV. Kitchen is granite and baths have been completely renovated with granite and custom tile. No need to go to a laundromat as we have a front loading washer and dryer. After a day at the private heated pool and spa, or walking the beautiful beach that is just steps away, come relax on our balcony with views of the gulf. There are inter-coastal views from each bedroom and balcony. Master also has a walk out.
Trolley stop is right outside our building that you can ride from Clearwater to St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. We are located 8 miles south of Clearwater and approximately 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and even closer to St. Pete/Clearwater Airport.
Come relax and enjoy this gorgeous beach in our home. We want to share this magical place with you.

We love staying at San Remo, this is our third time, very friendly neighborhood, beach is usually not crowded. Enjoyed staying at this condo, everythingwas just as the photos, the couch is a little bit older due to use. The owner responded timely. The condo has plenty of items for the beach, like chairs, toys, boards, etc.

We stayed at the San Remo 302 for a week in early June. The condo was very clean and very well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We could see the ocean from our balcony, and it was an easy walk to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to going back next year!

So, we enjoyed the condo overall. It was equipped with mostly everything one would need for the week. The mattresses and pillows were not great, especially if you are hoping to have refreshing sleep on vacation. The pillows were completely flat and mattresses seemed to be old with very little support. On our very first full day, we went out on the beach to setup. We were immediately greeted by a very condescending woman who asked us to move stating, “this is private property.” Number one, the public beach is not hers to gate-keep, and number two, we paid to stay at this condo for the week! Once we informed her that we were guests of San Remo, she back tracked. However, I’m not sure what gave her the right to decide who looks like they may or may not be guests? We have stayed in this area of Florida for the past nine years and have never been treated this way. That experience alone will likely prevent us from staying at San Remo again. Next, the pool area was pitch dark as soon as the sun went down. I asked the owner about this and was told it was just how things are done at this place. However, on the next to last day, I saw an electrician at the pool saying that there was no power to the electrical boxes. Major fall/drowning risk and disappointing to have access to basic lighting restricted. Last day, as I was packing around 930am, there was a knock at the door. Before I could answer, someone started coming inside!!! I was in a bra and pj pants! It was the cleaning crew!

Beautiful condo with all of the accoutrements needed for a splendid time. The outdoor elements, the pool, the hot tub, the grills and the beach, only added to the enjoyment we experienced. This vacation merited a 10 out of ten! Thank you Elliot for a pleasurable stay.

Wish I had known about the construction —-very loud and made common area dirty/slow elevator (them using). But condo itself was very clean —just a few things Broken chair, instructions for W/D and TV would have been very helpful. Overall it is a great place!

What a perfect location and a great condo! The trolley stop was right out front. It’s also located next to the Seabird Sanctuary (which our daughter absolutely loved). We had a great trip! Easy to drive to Tampa and Clearwater for day trips, or you could take the trolley.

Absolutely loved our week stay in Patti's Condo. Had everything you needed and extra. Very peaceful. Even with the balcony being under construction, it didn't disturb us at all. No loud noise or anything. Travel around area was close and easy to travel. Private beach, pool and hot tub came with rental. Never seen a building manager but didn't need anyone either. Any questions I had Patti answered and with quick responses. Condo decorated beautifully, felt homey. Hope to have another stay in Patti's condo. Loved it!

We were told 13 days prior to our reservation about a “little construction” going on at the property but that our unit was finished. Our balcony was closed the entire stay. The balcony furniture was left in the living room. The outside storage area was closed due to construction. For the last 3 days there was no water in the pool area to wash feet or use the restroom. The noise was so loud the last half of our trip that you couldn’t be in the unit from 8am-5. The door to our balcony wouldn’t lock. It took most of the first evening to restore power to the tv wall and hall. The unit was beautiful and the location is amazing We just work really had to afford a vacation every year and this was not what we had hoped for. I also spent the first hour scrubbing mold from the inside of the washing machine. My complaint was first sent to the owner. During the trip I was told to go outside to avoid the noise and that they didn’t know it would be like that. The final complaint was left unanswered.

Really enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub area. Good location and perfect for family. Beach is only steps away. Lots of shops close by, great ice cream place down the road. Beach is not overcrowded. Condo is spacious. Needs better cleaning team.

We had there best time at the Sunglasses condo! From the minute we walked in, the condo felt like home. The view from the balcony was the perfect backdrop for our breakfast planning talks, and our evening wind downs after watching the sunset from the adjacent private beach. The pool and spa were also quickly added to our daily repertoire, between excursions. We can't recommend it more enthusiastically!

The Sunglasses and Sunsets condo includes everything we needed to enjoy our three-week vacation. We did not cook but the kitchen has all the supplies you would need. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The rooms are large and the furniture is very comfortable. Plenty of outlets to plug in all of our electronics. We enjoyed having the private porch to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The elevator is a little slow (there is only one) but we usually took the stairs so that was not an issue for us. Access to the beach and pool are excellent. A lot of good restaurants in the area to enjoy.

The property was as described and in a great location, easy access to the beach and pool.The owner was super helpful when I reached out with a couple questions and responded quickly. It is stocked with pots, pans blender, kureig that is also a regular coffee pot and so much more. It was amazing. There are also plenty of beach towels, pool toys and chairs. Saves so much packing of items. Can't say enough great about this property. We also used the pull out couch bed and my kids said it was very comfortable and you never hear.that on one of those. Thank you for am awesome vacation.

This condo was an excellent place to stay and a priced very reasonably. Condo was very nicely decorated, very well equipped and given a lot of TLC. It had everything we needed and more. Ability to communicate with the owner directly was excellent and we were given good recommendations for dining, etc. during our stay. Definitely one of the best rental experiences we have had. We would recommend it to all and would definitely only consider renting here if we go back!

Our first time staying in a condo and it won't be our last. Nice and clean when we arrived. More then enough room for a family of 4. Loved having a washer and dryer. Was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Everything was perfect and looked like the pictures when we booked. Looking forward to coming back next summer

Good ocean-side view. It has windows on sunrise side as well. A lot off blankets, towels, kitchen tools. High speed internet, good AC and a lot of room spaces. Parking lot are good. We store our beach items on special place on 1st floor. Perfect pool. Groceries stores ~ 7 minutes away on a car. Beach are clean. Sunset are not visible from the unit. Thank you.

Older condo in a great location. Clean and well equipped. Needs new coffee pot with auto shut off. First day we were there, younger children were using the hot tub as a play pool. Management needs to post “no one under 12 allowed”.

It was fun. The beach was awesome. The restaurants were open again and well prepared. The pool was a good afternoon alternative. Sand dollars were easy to find. Great time. We are booked back to the same neighborhood in October.
