About this apartment rental

Copper Mountain is our home away from home. We love to bring the family together slopeside. Copper is affordable, down-to-earth, and, in our opinion, has the Best skiing in Summit County. However, if you want to visit Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, or A-Basin, it's a 30-minute drive. Copper is also on a special Summit County bus route, so anyone who visits does not need to rent a car.

This vintage 3-bedroom + loft condo is a True ski-in/ski-out vacation retreat! Just 100 yards from the Super B Express six-person chairlift in East Village. A great value for a large group or multiple families! The two-level condo offers amazing views of the ski slopes.

The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the second with two double beds, plus a full bath attached. The second bath is also on the main floor. The second level of the condo is accessed via a spiral staircase. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The fourth sleeping area (which is open to the hallway) includes a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a twin bed. There is also a twin bed in the loft. A fourth bathroom is connected to this sleeping area.

The Foxpine Inn has a large slopeside hot tub and laundry facilities. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle. Taller vehicles that do not fit in the garage can park outside the building. All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter (summer parking is free).

Pet Friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per dog, max 2.

The Super B chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free ''Copper Coach'' shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the condo and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain—just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 50 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and takes you to either Center or West Village.

Early Season Information: The Super B chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found on the Copper Mountain website.

The condo was very clean, inviting and cozy after a long day of skiing. We were 3 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone had their own space. We loved that the kids could be upstairs while the adults downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the mountain was right out the door and plenty of storage for gear. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a large place to gather and have fun!

Lots of space to spread out. Quiet time of year (Sep 30-Oct 2). Downside is there are no restaurants around/open during this “off season”. Frisco is close enough for a quick takeout. Outdated complex, but we didn’t need much else. Family-friendly and dog-friendly are huge perks!

Great spot for friends

This place was great for friends staying for a short trip. We needed a central location to ride our bikes over Vail pass. Dog friendly and great response time from staff. We will stay here again.

The Location of this condo is ideal for those looking for advanced mountain terrain (Blues and Blacks). However, you will have to ride the bus to catch the easier runs and ski school (not a problem as the bus stop is a short 5 min walk). The unit is a bit run down but offered enough beds for our family to enjoy the space and not feel overly crowded. There were a couple things not working in the unit and the maintenance team jumped right on it to find a solution. Sky Run was great to work with and were very gracious hosts.

Great Location / Property Needs Some Updates
Great Location / Property Needs Some Updates
Stayed with family and friends for three nights. Location was great, communication with property management was responsive and helpful, interior and furnishings could be updated especially for the price paid to stay at this place (e.g. broken/cracked window, mattresses are old and flat, carpet and couch stains). Overall was an ok place, just felt not as cozy and clean as other places have been in that same building.

The condo main areas were cramped and the access to the patio was blocked by the sectional couch. The windows didn’t work properly. The kitchen was small for a condo that sleeps 12. The hot tub was awesome. Overall the building felt run-down and the noise level was high at times.
