We really enjoyed this house! It was a great location for all of our sightseeing adventures! The owners were great with communication. Would definitely rent again!

Stayed 3 nights with 4 adults early June 2022. This is a nice house with great bones, clean, and accessorized to feel spacious. There are small things that alert you it's a rental property (paint slightly worn around handles, stove has at least one dial not working, bedroom carpets need pulled, etc) but by & large it's a solid rental. Owners have taken pains to select a few nice pieces of artwork to help it feel more upscale. Things to note: Beds are quite comfortable with multiple pillows per bed. The bed frames are unusually low to the ground, so if you have trouble getting up from a seated position be ready for that. I forgot to check each bedroom - would have liked to have a mirror in mine, though, since it's a rental & ppl could be traveling with not-family & not want to wander out into the main part of the house & bath off the hall without a touch up first thing in the am: Easy upgrade! As of 06/2022 there is no remote available for the garage door. Entry to the home is via a newer keycode unit, which was nice. Back patio furniture should be replaced. There's a grill, but we didn't use it. The neighborhood itself is a very nice quiet residential area with super easy access to get out & roll around (Downtown Dallas maaaaybe 30 min during off-peak traffic times. Maybe. Airport the same.). There are houses close on both sides & we never heard a peep. I wouldn't plan to walk to amenities/stores, but a short drive will get you to almost anything you want. The driveway is 1-car deep & kinda steep, could squeeze in 2 cars across. There's a little bit of street parking if necessary. 2 bath towels per bed were provided, and a small selection of shampoo/conditioners were in each bathroom, along with a hairdryer in the Master, and a few very basic dry-good condiments in the kitchen. Pots/pans/plates/silverware were very well stocked. Every bedroom had its own TV w remote & owner-shared access to several channels such as Netflix. Closets were also clean w a handful of hangers in each. A/C was via Nest with in-home control and responded quickly on 80-90* days while we were there, so don't be afraid to turn it down as they request when you head out for awhile. Communication with the owners was STELLAR - all interactions were remote, but they were super fast to respond, eager for us to enjoy our 3 night stay and very friendly. All in all a very good rental, would absolutely consider staying here again.

House was great. Very close to Walmart and drive-throughs. Quiet. Check in process was quick/simple with access code to house. Owner immediately responsive to texts/messages.

Very clean, very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of shopping close by. Responsiveness of owner to questions was absolutely outstanding. Would definitely stay there again!

Daniel was very easy to deal with and was very proactive. We had actually booked another property but there was a calendar issue and he reached out to us before we left for Texas. In the business world everyone is great when things are going well but I evaluate people based on how they handle issues. Daniel was fantastic and provided us another property and he communicated great throughout the whole process. Instead of saying it's not my fault he provided a solution immediately. That alone would have been enough for me but he continued the great customer service during our entire stay. We will be back in the Dallas area again and I will for sure rent from Daniel again. The property itself was modern and well taken care of and worked great for our party of 7 people. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located near the places we needed to get to.

Everything was perfect for myself & friends the owner was a pleasure!

The owners were very accommodating, the house itself was immaculate and set in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The location was close to the highway and real close to Walmart. We really enjoyed our stay there, the house was stocked with just about everything one might need. We will definitely stay here again if coming to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

We are a family of five with older children from Australia. The house was perfect, clean, warm (winter) and in a charming street. Our hosts were so helpful. Would highly recommend.

My only suggestion would be to replace the scratched Teflon pots and pans in the for cooking & frying. Scratched Teflon is not healthy to injest. Other than that it was perfect!!

It was a perfect stay, would love to go back for a another game and stay there.

This trip was extra special because we took my parents and inlaws to their first Cowboys game. The house was perfect for all 6 of us with each of us having the privacy we needed but the comfort of being able to be together in the living room and kitchen area. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure we were able to watch the popular boxing match that was going on during one of our nights at the house. I cannot say enough great things about the house or Daniel! Great house, location and owner! 5 stars

We had an enjoyable stay in this home. Our grandson was playing baseball in the area and it was very convenient to the games and in a good area. Just a few small things were needed but we all enjoyed the home and the area!

This house was in a great location for our family vacation as we had plans to visit both the city of Dallas as well as Arlington and it is sort of in between both. The house was clean upon arrival. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no paper towels or napkins, but there is a WalMart right down the street. The owner was great to work with and easy to get in contact with. We had no issues and did not have any need to contact him during our stay. We were not aware there was not traditional cable or satellite, but there was Sling TV and Netflix. We did miss the football games on Thanksgiving because the channels were unavailable which was somewhat of a bummer. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend a King size bed in the Master bedroom. There is plenty of space for one. The only complaint I have is the neighbors dogs. We were unable to go in the backyard at all because the dogs would bark the entire time until we went back in the house. A couple times the dogs got in the fence and stood at the back door barking. Not sure how they were getting in but there must be a break in the fence somewhere. It was unfortunate as there was nice weather while we were there and we would have liked to relax outside. This is the only reason I did not give the property a 5 star.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, and the owner's attention. He was very prompt to respond when I contacted him, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. There was an issue with housekeeping, but it was swiftly resolved. Comfortable, convenient (Walmart is literally just around the corner), and a great price! I will definitely stay there again if I have business in Dallas.

House was clean and the location was convenient. A bit disappointed in the items provided for cooking, as well as the linens provided.
